El hotel es muy agradable y las habitaciones son grandes y bien equipadas, normalmente es también uno de nuestros favoritos en el camino a casa, sin embargo, esta vez nos hemos decepcionado mucho! Incluso si el check-in se hizo muy profesional y la dama era muy amable tuvimos que esperar hasta que todos los documentos se introdujeron manualmente en el sistema. Hemos venido de 3 horas en coche en la autopista y honestamente habríamos apreciado si el proceso hubiera sido más suave (por ejemplo, hacer una copia de los documentos o simplemente escanearlos en el sistema). Cuando nos preguntamos por qué, nos dijeron que las leyes de privacidad obligaron a hacerlo... la privacidad sólo requiere que la empresa solicite el consentimiento para mantener los datos durante el tiempo mínimo necesario para cumplir el propósito para el que se recogieron la información, Honestamente, este procedimiento podría ser fácilmente mejorado, ya que debí firmar cualquiera que sea el consentimiento diferente (en la actualidad estoy empleado como Ingeniero de Privacidad). En la mañana, incluso si tuviéramos una suite y somos invitados favoritos de Mariott, ya que sólo podíamos entrar en la habitación tarde a la noche queríamos dormir, pero tuvimos 4 personas diferentes golpeando en la puerta desde 10 a...uno incluso entró en la habitación para comprobar el Minibar con nosotros dentro...es cierto que no hemos puesto el “no molestes en la puerta” pero primero, el supervisor de piso debería coordinar con la recepción para saber quién ha salido de la habitación y qué no, ¡Y segundo después de que la primera persona golpeó la información debería ser compartida con los demás...pagar 300€ por una noche y ser preguntado “cuándo salen de la habitación” 4 veces no es mi idea de hospitalidad premium! La última vez que se echó el control no se le preguntó cómo era la estancia, no se le agradeció que estuviera con ellos...cuando se le pidió hablar con el FO mgr para quejarse me dijeron que la División de Room mgr estaba almorzando y debí esperar 30-40 minutos antes de hablar con él... no sólo en mi No estoy seguro de dónde aprendieron a trabajar en un hotel, pero no es mi idea de experiencia premium...una vez más, espero que las personas individuales no se culpan, ya que aquí es más un asunto de procesos y formación que las personas individuales.
