We returned to this hotel after an excellent stay end last year. We changed our route and booked this hotel. Again, perfect service. We got a much nicer room this time. Very large and in a quit location. Nice balcony with a view of the forest. This worked out perfectly for some nice wine and cheese. The pool was great and open this time. We enjoyed the swim. In the evening we had dinner. That was the highlight of our stay last time so expectations were high. The dinner was only ok this time. Did they change the chef? I mean the food was perfectly fine but nothing special. We were a little bit disappointed In the morning the breakfast was changed a little. The variety of the food was less then before. The quality was very good however. All in all, we will return and this hotel is on our favorite list. Hopefully the restaurant is improved so the food will again be excellent and a reason to drive to this hotel.

El Novotel Maffliers combina ejemplarmente el confort de un hotel de su categoría con un toque campestre. El entorno es precioso, las habitaciones, bonitas, y con unas preciosas vistas. El desayuno, fantástico.

Première fois que je passe plusieurs nuits dans cette chaine d'hôtel. La chambre est petite mais bien agencée ainsi que la salle de bains, petite mais bien agencée. c'est relativement calme mais je pense qu'il faut éviter les chambres en rez de chaussée. La literie est correcte. Petit bémol, une grande serviette et une petite pour 2 personnes. c'est un peu juste.

Stayed as on a Shearings 5 day coach trip. Travelled with 2 teenagers. Please note that there is no longer a pool at this hotel. It has been filled in, which was a huge disappoin**ent to us. However, whilst I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel, it was adequate for the rest of our needs. Our beds were comfortable & clean. The shower & toilet were clean. Toiletries were provided, as well as tea & coffee making facilities. Still only providing small paper cups. There were only 2 even though 3 of us in the room, so we used 1 from the shower room. Would suggest going back to china cups/mugs but if not- supply bigger & more paper cups. We would have more than one drink. They also supply a complimentary small bottle of water each day in the small fridge which was much appreciated. I understand that the hotel has recently been taken over - now B&B rather than Novotel. There was some work being done near the lifts - the carpets were a bit grubby here & up the stairs to the next level. There was no noise or disturbance whilst we were in the hotel which was mainly in the evening. Breakfast was a selection of :- cold meats, cheese, a choice of 4 cereals, fruit juices, different slices of bread to make toast, plain croissants, choc au pain, cinnamon rolls & a machine that rolled out 2 small pancakes at each press of a button. There was some fruit & hot drinks were accessible from a machine. For the evening meals, as we were in a coach party, they wanted us to sit together in one area of the restaurant. There were 2 large round tables, a long rectangle & the rest were for 4 to sit at- if you are a couple, you share a table, one way of getting to know your travelling companions. The menu of what you were having that evening was displayed on a piece of paper on each table. There was no choice. The portion size was adequate, the dressing on the starters was lovely. We did go for a very short walk 2 evenings we were there but we didn’t see anything of note in the area, no other restaurants or shops, we did walk through the park next to the hotel - only a small play area. So overall I would have no problem staying here again on such a trip but would have liked a pool!

Quelle déception, je regrette Olivarius... Au moment de la réservation , je demande si ils prennent encore les ANCV, ont me répond mais bien sur!!! Sauf qu'une fois sur place le jeune a l'accueil ne sait pas comment faire pour les encaisser!!! Après huit heures de route, je n'ai qu'une envie prendre une bonne douche, une fois mouillé je m’aperçois que le flacon de savon mis a disposition est sec de chez sec... Du coup je vais a la réception pour réclamer du savon( pour que je puisse finir ma douche) et la on me propose un flacon de 200 millilitres pour 4 personnes!!! Heureusement une responsable passe par la et me propose un flacon beaucoup plus grand, merci. Ensuite a l'époque d'OLIVARIUS on avait dans les chambres des petits thés ou cafés a dispositions, il ont disparu.... Le petit déjeuners a volonté n'a plus rien a voir avec OLIVARIUS, pas d'endroit pour poser les plateaux le temps de se servir ou alors a l'autre bout de la ou vous vous servez. Bref, j'avais l'habitude d'y aller quand je montais sur Cergy, je pense que je testerais d'autres hôtels a l'avenir...

La habitación era muy limpia, felicitaciones al equipo de limpieza. Noche tranquila, no hay ruido perturbador de otros huéspedes. Valor invencible para el desayuno, el jugo naranja es especialmente excelente.
