I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

Bueno, había una versión ‘hot’ que tenía una cosa omeleta envuelta, y un cuarto de waffle envuelto. La omeleta era caliente y un poco soggia, y la waffle era fría, húmeda y soggia (se la arrojó). We had such a lovely stay, but the loveliest of all was Ms. Shinitia Jackson. She worked the front desk both days of our stay and is one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and set us multiple times on the complimentary shuttle (another major plus to this hotel). The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was a plus. It’s simple, but we really enjoyed it, and the location was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

Estaba aquí dos veces el año pasado. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y funcionales. Las camas estaban cómodas. El personal era amable. Un par de desventajas menores. En primer lugar, hay sólo 2 lavabos y secadoras en el hotel (pero son libres de usar) si puedes tomar uno. En segundo lugar, un pequeño vaso de vino en el bar del hotel costa $11. Algo más fuerte en mi opinión. En tercer lugar, el transbordador no comienza a correr hasta las 4:30. Mi vuelo fue a las 5:30 (chequeo comenzó a las 4:50), por lo que tuvimos que conseguir un transporte alternativo.

Paid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

Estaba aquí dos veces el año pasado. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y funcionales. Las camas estaban cómodas. El personal era amable. Un par de desventajas menores. En primer lugar, hay sólo 2 lavabos y secadoras en el hotel (pero son libres de usar) si puedes tomar uno. En segundo lugar, un pequeño vaso de vino en el bar del hotel costa $11. Algo más fuerte en mi opinión. En tercer lugar, el transbordador no comienza a correr hasta las 4:30. Mi vuelo fue a las 5:30 (chequeo comenzó a las 4:50), por lo que tuvimos que conseguir un transporte alternativo.

¡Nos quedamos aquí hace más de un año cuando empezamos a viajar 2 1/2hrs lejos de casa para muchos nombramientos médicos, este hotel es el mejor que hemos estado en! Cada empleado es muy agradable y útil! ¡Phyllis, el gerente general, es como la familia para nosotros ahora! La habitación de la ciudad es muy buena, pero la habitación de la ciudad es muy buena. También intentamos hacer que Mac y queso y la microonda no funcionaba muy bien. Empujemos 2:30 minutos y llegó 4:00 min. Fue un poco de desactivación. La puerta de la ducha también se levantó al suelo. La buena parte - eran amigables y la habitación estaba limpia.
