A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. El servicio del hotel era bueno, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es excelente, las atracciones de los alrededores están cerca y comer también es muy conveniente. Si necesitas comida china, no hay cerca, pero puedes comer sushi. Junto a él se encuentra el parque y el casco antiguo. Uber es más barato cuando vas al aeropuerto. Se trata de unas 40 rupias polacas durante el tiempo libre y ajetreado.

Da un hotel 5 stelle, ci si aspetta che il personale della reception, sappia parlare più lingue straniere, e non solo inglese e polacco. È assurdo in oltre, che si debba chiedere alla reception, la sera prima, di far pulire la stanza, in tutti gli hotel dove sono stata compreso in crociera, ho sempre messo il cartellino verde fuori dalla porta che indica che si può pulire la stanza, senza doverlo chiedere io ogni volta. La colazione è buona, ma per un cinque stelle mi aspettavo più scelta. Per quanto riguarda il rispetto delle norme anti-covid, aiuto, lasciano un po' desiderare, spesso gli ospiti non usano la mascherina negli spazi comuni interni, compresi ascensore e colazione (ci si dovrebbe spostare a prendere la colazione con la mascherina e toglierla solo al tavolo). Ma i primi a non fare rispettare le regole, sono proprio i dipendenti dell'hotel, e spesso sono i primi ad avere la mascherina sotto il naso.

Hotel céntrico, dentro de la muralla medieval. A 5 minutos de Santa María. Habitación amplia y limpia. Buen colchón y calle silenciosa que ayuda al descanso. A destacar en el hotel su bar biblioteca donde poder disfrutar de un café, cerveza o copa leyendo un buen libro en un habitáculo perfecto para ello. También destacar la exposición arqueológica en el restaurante. Y lo mejor sin duda la calidad y cantidad del desayuno.

La habitación es grande, hay un lugar para poner la caja, pero la cama no es grande, no está lejos del casco antiguo y de la estación de tren, probablemente en el medio. Hay una escuela de música en el hotel, y siempre hay estudiantes de la universidad que practican el piano y pasan música hermosa. No sé si el aire acondicionado de la habitación está roto, no hace demasiado frío, la casa está bastante mareada, el otro está bien, hay desayuno, pero la variedad no puede comer mucho.

We have just had a 3 night stay at the Plaza Boutique hotel in Krakow. The room itself was fine, comfortable and clean although the plug in the bath didn’t fit and so wouldn’t hold the water. The breakfast was ok, pretty good choice and plenty of it. More fruit options would have been nice though. There was none on the first day (and we were first there at 7am) yet on the final day there was much more choice. Strange. As other posters have said, it’s a good 30 minute walk to the old town but much closer to the Jewish Quarter which we actually preferred. What really let the hotel down in our experience was the front of house staff. They didn’t really engage with us at all, often not even looking up from their phones/screens when we came down for breakfast or saying hello/goodbye when we came and went. Rarely even a smile. This did not apply to the waiting staff at breakfast who were friendly and helpful. Would we return to this hotel. No.

Juste back from Qubus Hotel absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms spacious, clean everyday. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great the best we have had in a long time, many different choices for everyone. We also had a meal in the hotel, it was wonderful. El hotel ofrece un complimentar 30min crucero que hemos reservado previamente. Amo este y el capitán fue tan amable.
