En el centro de la ciudad. Muchas comidas cerca. Mercado nocturno y la tienda de comidas de Anjung Senja se encuentra cerca. Centro KK está a pocos minutos a pie. El edificio es viejo, pero las habitaciones están bien renovadas. Espacial habitación, baño limpio, personal amigable y recepción. En general, estamos satisfechos y tuvimos un buen descanso de noche. Gracias y mantener el buen servicio. 👍🏻👍🏻

El contador de recepción ... y el restaurante también ...Una vez entrado en la habitación, olores malos ...I buscó donde vino el olor. Felizmente traje mi refresco de aire junto. El frigorífico sucio, el sofá también tiene tintura y el baño también. 2 habitaciones están bien pero no el salón. El piso está adhesivo, así que sólo usamos nuestros propios pantalones de baño. La puerta de la WC necesita cambiar una nueva para que el mueble se vea muy viejo.

Serio!!! La habitación es muy limpia y temprana. Es que el sentimiento de estar en casa incluso si está lejos de su propio hogar. Debo decir que es muy conveniente moverse a la ciudad, el e-hailing es fácil de conseguir. La comida es sólo un toque lejos de nuestro teléfono. No hay quejas, ya que tengo un buen descanso de noche antes de nuestro vuelo.. por cierto, el aeropuerto es sólo una distancia a pie si te gusta tener un paseo .. sólo una sugerencia para los regalos

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

The hotel room which I stayed was very confortable, with wide space, big bed, clean bedsheets and near to eating places and also near to the airport. Initially I was afraid the noise from the airplanes may disturb my sleep as my room was facing on the left side of the building, but to my surprise I did not hear planes flying so I was happy that I didn't experience any noise to disturb my tranquility. The only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel so my breakfast came as a bento like box takeaway. No coffee also, the coffee is available in the room but is chargeable. Only the tea bags are free. The parking is multi-storeyed and managed electronically. You put your car into the car lift and it is then parked automatically one car at a time. To retrieve your car, you need to scan your hotel card for it to be brought down via the car lift again. It may be time consuming if you are in a hurry and there are a few people in the queue before you.

Hoteles en Atap: Este hotel es un hotel estratégico para el mercado de noche el viernes y el sábado. Esta es la segunda vez que escogí este hotel coz comodidad para mí traer 2 niños para la habitación familiar en el ATAP HOTEL. El hotel de personal también es muy amigable. Es bueno si la habitación lista a las 2 pm también puede inspeccionar.

My recent stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite only spending 2 days and 1 night at the hotel, the level of service I experienced was truly top-notch. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the overall ambiance, which contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I must make a special mention of one staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me. She mentioned that she has been a part of the hotel's team for the past 20 years, and her dedication to her work was palpable in every interaction we had with her. Her genuine friendliness, warmth, and professionalism enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. I believe it would be wonderful if the hotel could consider acknowledging her dedication and exceptional service with a bonus or some form of recognition. Her commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests like myself deserves commendation, and such gestures would not only serve as a token of appreciation but also motivate her and other staff members to continue delivering outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the hotel's hospitality once again. The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu
