Visiting with friends. Initially the hotel is a nice layout. There are three accessible bars; The Lobby, Poolside and Restaurant bar. All of which serve a good, varied range of drinks, meals mostly branded. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A great range of bathroom disposables including toothbrush& paste, razor & cream, loofah, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton buds, sanitary products and conditioner. The staff are why I have bumped my rating up. The restaurant and bar staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. From helping connect phones to liaising with the bank and hospital when we had an emergency. Always a cheery greeting and smiles (well, from most but you always get one or two grumpy ones) The lifeguards are great and very attentive. What stopped me giving five stars was the food. Although it was good it was very much the same type of thing meal after meal. A lot of food wasn’t served hot enough. Mashed potatoes are packet.

It should be 5*, I'm sure 3* would be appropriate for this hotel. I am writing on the last day of my holiday and I have heard several complaints at the reception. I would like to add that today I also had a longer conversation with people on the spot at the hotel. During the week, I wrote a note that does not meet the criteria of the hotel: * Room - Broken and dirty lamp domes, balcony door (filmed, no daylight) lock broken which is a clear security issue, broken tiles in the bathroom. We ended up in a disabled room, there was no shower cabin because there was no curtain, the whole bathroom was full of water after the shower. It was not possible to attach the shower to the wall. There is no room for towels etc. in the room and on the balcony. to dry. In the spa, towels are not changed during the day, if wet, you have to wait until the next day. One morning there were no towels at the spa, they arrived after lunch. The bed is very uncomfortably hard (although I myself prefer a firmer mattress). Since our room is on the main floor, all the noise comes into the room. About 2 cm between the doors, when someone walks in the corridor, you can hear it as if in the room. All the noise from the bar comes into the room until late at night. What bothers me the most is the pan flute music, which is played at full volume before 7 in the morning and ends at midnight (Titanic and other soundtracks once an hour, same record) - everything can be heard in the room. * Cleaning - garbage was not cleaned from the floor (large, visible), bed linen was not changed (after making a note, only sheets, blankets were not changed, I asked again), towels had to be changed if I left them on the floor if necessary (the dirty ones were picked up, new ones were not put, I took them myself from the trolley), toilet paper was not put (I took it myself), nothing was added to the minibar during the week (there was nothing but water and soft drinks, but you had to add it if something was missing). During the week, I often cleaned myself and brought the necessary items. There are cardboard cups in the room instead of glasses, detergents in the bathroom leave something to be desired. *Restaurant catering - the same tasteless meal throughout the week, nothing changed. Yesterday was Turkish night, I expected that at least that evening there would be something about Rürgi. Usually the tablecloths could be at least for that evening. There was nothing that was typical of Turkey (from what is usually offered). Today we bought baklava from a patisserie, because we haven't seen it in a hotel yet. There are no local fruits, the only thing offered is apples and plums (once we saw watermelons, but we didn't have enough). No more food is added when it runs out. There were 2 cooks outside - one made fish (local, which no one wanted; once they offered grilled salmon, but there was a queue of about 30 people), the other made pizza (often so peppery that it was impossible to eat). The best friendly hotel in kemer, the best owner with staf and family make you feel always very welcome, very clean nice rooms and wounderful cleanings ladies also the pool area is perfect clean, breakfast is nice with new dishes every day, can absolutely recommend this hotel for a 100% relaxed holiday 🤩👌

What can I say that I haven't already said before about this fabulous hotel, it never fails to live up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and had our cases whisked up to our beautiful room where was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We quickly freshened up and then went down to the lounge bar for a drink before heading down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as it is open 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. The next day we booked ourselves into the spa for a Turkish bath and massage and it was fantastic as usual. The whole experience is so relaxing and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional. It was lovely to catch up with our friends in the animation team who always recognise us and make us welcome. We loved going to the Luna Bar where Ferit, Fatih, Emine and the rest of the team took very good care of us before finishing the night off in the lounge bar. The lounge bar also had some very good performers on most nights and there was some very good entertainment on each night around the pool area.......spoilt for choice really! As usual the hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants which we were able to book quite easily. The quality of the drinks is amazing and the choice of premium brands is exceptional. We had a fabulous holiday as usual and we can't wait to return in April/May 2024. The staff are all a credit to this hotel and work so hard to make it such an enjoyable experience to be there. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Akra Kemer to anyone looking for the ultra all inclusive experience.

Мы с подружками отдыхали в Armas Beach 13 дней По приезду нас встретили на ресепшене дружелюбные администраторы , предложили покушать , взять полотенца и идти на пляж , пока нам готовят номер , так как мы приехали рано утром После этого нас заселили в номер , номер был чистый , уютный , вид был на горы 😍 Хотелось бы отметить обслуживающий персонал , официанты всегда улыбались , подсказывали и помогали в любой ситуации 😉, а бармены моя новая подруга Алена и Диди всегда наливали вкусные и КРЕПКИЕ КУБА - ЛИБРА 😀😀👍👍👍👍 Еда была разнообразная и вкусная , всегда были фрукты - арбуз , сливы , мандарины , дыни . We stayed in a ground floor room with balcony. There wasn't much of a view other than greenery and the path way was used by the staff. But it didn't bother us as we very rarely sat out. The room itself was very spacious with a double and single bed, a TV and fridge that was stocked daily with bottles of water. Air conditioning was good but only works while the patio doors are closed and the hotel key card is in the electric slot. There was a large bathroom with toilet, a powerful shower, hairdryer and shaving point. The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired looking and could probably do with updating. But all worked well overall. The food was ok. If you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something to eat. Also, none of the food is labelled, so it is anyone's guess as to what it is you are eating. We didn't starve, but felt the food was quite limited and very repetitive. Across the way from the restaurant, there is a hut where at breakfast, you can get fresh pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs. Next door is also a hut that serve gozlemes (pancakes filled with potato or cheese). There are a number of coffee machines, fruit teas and juices. On day 4 I discovered there was a tea urn that had something resembling English tea, but is very strong. The entertainment was on twice in the week. It was Turkish night on Saturday which we really did enjoy. There was also entertainment on Tuesday which we missed due to going on an excursion. The pool, you get the usual suspects that put their towels down at the crack of dawn but there appear to be plenty of sun loungers. There is a slide (although the water that runs on it, get switched off at certain times of the day, which makes it unusable). There is a pool bar where you get your drinks throughout the day/night. Alcoholic drinks are very limited on the all inclusive. One type of beer (tuborg), red/white wine, vodka or gin. Soft drinks were soda water, pepsi, lemonade or fizzy orange. After 10pm there is an option to buy your drinks which I am guessing are branded, but not too sure. The town centre is a 20 min walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Not too sure how far the nearest beach is but there is a mini bus that takes you to both the town centre or local beach free of charge. The hotel arrange excursions. We only did the land of legends night show which was very good. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms. If you try the WiFi around the reception area or pool, it is extremely slow. There are no room safes, you can hire one at a charge. These are located in the reception area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all worked extremely hard and very long hours to keep the hotel clean and tidy at all times. Even when they encountered rude customers, they still managed to keep a smile on their face. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday at the grand viking hotel. The positives for this hotel, out weigh the negatives.

I would probably rate this 3-stars based on the areas where this resort falls unnecessarily short, but the overall food quality and the attitude of the staff members merits another star. For the positives, as many reviewers have stated, the atmosphere, set among about a billion older trees (they're even numbered), is relaxing. The 5+ minute walk to the beach is nice, with the road and sidewalk actually built around many of the old trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is good, and the preparation is definitely above average. The Tchibo coffee bar in the middle of the park was very nice. The negatives were disappointing and generally unnecessary. We were initially shown a room (M-6) with two single beds. When we initially asked for a room with a full size bed, we were told that the beds could be pushed together. On our second request, we were moved to room M-16, which was better. Better, but old (the main building is old and feels old). I have read that the 'annex' building is newer - it looks it on the outside. Our room was conveniently located, a short walk down one flight of stairs to the lobby bar and main restaurant - down two flights to the spa. A couple disappointments: the bathroom door didn't latch. The drinks in the fridge/minibar were never replenished. While the shower wasn't bad, the shower head had some issues, and the hot water temperature fluctuated. The evening 'entertainment' was well below average. ”Live music” on Sunday consisted of a single singer basically doing Karaoke. He wasn't bad, but it was below the quality of other resorts Other nights, including their ”Miss Armas” competition we're pretty forgettable. Bottled mineral water was not carried. They ran out of things (like ayran) at thr bars. The beach bar and snack bar seemed like hastily assembled substitutes (when compared with other resorts). The beach was rocky whereas that on the adjacent Nural resort (admittedly more expensive) was largely cleared of rocks and sandy. The ”beer house” near the Tchibo coffee bar was never open - apparently closed for the season. The sheet we were provided with times said ”ultra all inclusive”. We have been to both all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. This was definitely not ultra. Sorry for the long list. We gave this 4 stars because of the positives. The disappointments are submitted for management review and for future guests to set their expectations. We are happy that we went - it was a relaxing five days - but we are unlikely to return.
