We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights with our two young children and some friends who also had their kids with them. We found it a real mix - the setting was really beautiful - gorgeous beach, lovely pool and nice looking huts to stay in, but there were lots of annoying problems throughout the holiday. Firstly, the food looked pretty decent - but it tasted fairly average unfortunately. As the hotel is all inclusive, this left us feeling like we were a bit stuck for dinner (although we ended up going to another hotel to eat a couple of times for a bit of variation). The puddings in particular weren't great - they looked awesome, but often just didn't taste of very much. Secondly, dinner is from 8-10pm. Maybe this is fine for many guests from the Mediterranean, but it was really late for our kids (who are normally in bed by 8) and there was no flexibility offered and no way of ordering dinner early from the restaurant or something. That left us with ratty kids getting tired and staying up late, or going to bed hungry. Another annoyance was the very loud music being pumped out by the pool. The clientele when we were there were hardly 18-30 party animals - almost everyone either had kids or were in the older age bracket, so it didn't seem to fit and ruined the general feeling of peace on the beach and down by the sea. The loud music continued into the night with raucous drum performances every few nights and loud music and singing on others. That started at 10pm and went on for a couple of hours most nights, keeping us and the kids up even later. For families I would recommend asking to stay further away from the restaurant so this would be less of an issue. Also, although there weren't many mosquitoes visibly around, even in the evenings, we got bitten to death at night. There were no mosquito nets over the beds and I assume that they were getting in through the thatched roof as we weren't able to track them down and get rid of them. My little one got 50 bites over a couple of nights and I had a couple of dozen - even using DEET and trying to cover up at night. I could barely sleep with them buzzing in my ear and ended up wearing full length clothes all night to avoid getting savaged every night! Annoying not to have nets which would have immediately solved the problem and are standard in many other hotels we have traveled to around Africa. Some more positive things were the availability of taxis outside the hotel, who the hotel were able to call for you if you wanted. We went on a tour to the nearby Bandia Reserve which was pretty decent and the (quite grumpy) hotel events guy was able to arrange this easily. The staff were nice to the kids, although a bit rude and non-responsive to us which didn't make us feel particularly welcomed. Also for fellow Brits or other non-French speakers, the staff didn't speak much if any English (to be expected and we speak reasonable French so were able to get by). There was a bit of gentle harassment from sellers

Hotel que tiene referencias muy buenas y cumple con las mismas. Esta ubicado frente al mar con una playa privada, actividades naúticas y diverso entretemiento. Tiene una buena piscina que agrupa en su entorno la mayoria de habitaciones, las cuales son muy amplias, con una buena cama, diversidad de almohadas, caja fuerte, minibar, TV, amplios armarios, un gran cuarto de baño con 2 lavabos y el inodoro separado. Me faltaron mas amplitud de complementos de baño. Tiene también servicio de toallas de playa/piscina y la posibilidad de utilizar duchas si tu vuelo sale tarde. El bufet del desayuno y la cena espectaculares, yo casi diría que casi insultantes para lo que puedes encontrar al otro lado de los límites del hotel, pero así son las cosas en Senegal. Si vas al Lamantin no te arrepentiras.

Hemos estado en Senegal con base en el Hotel Rino una semana. Excelente hotel, ubicado en Saly con playas limpias de palmeras hasta la arena. En el hotel la comida es exquisita, con una gran variedad culinaria. Dispone de unos jardines espectaculares con varias piscinas donde tomar el sol y descansar. Un servicio excelente, siempre sonrientes, educados y dispuestos a que nuestra estancia haya sido inmejorable. Ofrece un gran spa y gimnasio así como masajes entre otros servicios. Nos han organizado visitas para conocer los mercados tradicionales, las reservas de animales, Dakar, etc. 100% recomendable!!

Holà des vacances por la primera ves en Senegal . Estuve una semana en el hotel Saly hôtel que es junto a filaos ambos son muy simpático las personas agradable gracias a equipo de la resección siempre disponible gracias a la señora de la boutique muy agradable. Los chicos que mantienen la piscina y el jardín gracias a los cocineros del Saly . Equipo del animation simpático ahunque les aconce no ir solo porque te puedes aburrir. Lástima que no pude nunca cenar en el restaurante de filaos porque siempre me decían que estaba completo el representante de mis vaca me había dicho que podía ir a cenar allá . Varios clientes del filao si siempre pudieron cenar en Saly hôtel Bueno todo muy bien gracias . Y atención al todo incluido no siempre lo es . Yo regresare . Quizás tenga más suerte de poder aprovechar de todo sin problemas . Gracias también a los chicos de la seguridad y a paco el representante. A lamine el cocinero y a las chicas camareras .

Mid sized complex, arrived mid evening but few staff speak English so limited check in at reception. Full board option acceptable but nothing special, it alternates between buffet and three course menu in the evening. Cracked and chipped plates and cups makes for a poor dining experience - just replace them! The hotel is very geared towards French tourists and so not many waiters speak English. There is a rude Maitre d' who gladly swans about ignoring anyone who isn't greasing his palm. Beach bar service is very slow as is waiter service in the evening meal. This is typified by 15 minute waits to order drinks after sitting down. This is poor at the beach bar when 4 staff are waiting 6 tables when its not busy around 6pm, conversely at evening meal when 8 staff are serving 15 tables. The worst experience was at the beach bar, drinks are ordered and usually a receipt is signed for the bill to be put on the final room bill when drinks are brought. However after waiting and waiting we took empty glasses to the bar where staff were stood doing nothing. Later during evening meal a beach bar staff member interrupted us mid meal to sign the receipt nearly two hours later. I told him this was unacceptable to interrupt me eating so he passed the receipt to the restaurant barman. Then mid dessert the waiter brought me the aforementioned bill and evening drinks receipt to sign - MID MEAL again. Complaint in French to the staff resulted in the walking away. Then a clear complaint was made and received by reception who were apologetic and said it was unacceptable and I was told the Manager had left and would contact me the following day, he didn't and on following it up with reception the following day they said they had no answer. The Manager was more happy taking social media pictures than talking with anyone who wasn't French. Room is basic with threadbare and worn curtains and towels. Staff are a very mixed bag.

🛖☀️ Hotel abre sus puertas en una playa pequeña y hermosa. Presencia de tiendas, palmeras, cocotieros, abrigos y acceso inmediato al mar. Diversos tipos de cajas con o sin terrazas privadas. Muy buena conexión WiFi. 🛌 Habitaciones limpias, bien movilizadas y espaciosa ducha. camas confortables. Presencia de mosquitos de cama y aire acondicionado. 🍽 Buenas comidas incluso si los precios son un poco más altos aunque correctos, probablemente debido a la ubicación del establecimiento*****t. 🙋 Personal agradable, sonriente y muy presente. Gerente de un dinamismo fuera de pareja. Servidor adorable, sonriente y radiante.
