«Hotel room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. I only stayed a night as was flying early from Ningbo after a meeting. Perfect place for an overnight before/after a flight due to location. I used the airport shuttle service, it was acceptable, but be careful that you can have it available for your flight. For me it was just okay, but they seemed a bit unwilling to take me any earlier than 06:10 because that’s when the majority of passengers where wanting a lift. That said it all went well, I made my flight and the team were very polite at every interaction. Hotel is very nice and close meaning the actual drive took ＜15m at that time of day and I was dropped directly to the terminal.»

«El hotel está en una calle pequeña y no es muy garande, pero para ser el hotel que es, es muy correcto. Habitación bastante amplia para ser un Ibis. Todo limpio y cama grande. La única pega, el desayuno que es muy asiático. Sé que estamos en Asia y adoro China pero siendo una cadena francesa esperaba ni que fuera tostadas y mermelada.»

«It’s difficult to fault a ShangriLa La at the best of times.  During this month I stayed at three Shangri La hotels in China and this is still in my view the best.  The standards are consistent; minor differences in the lounge F&B, but always good.  One of the reception staff at another ShangriLa La asked my why I liked the Ningbo one.  Very simple I replied, the staff. Helpful to a tee, great standards maintained, competitively priced.  If there’s a criticism, it’s that the in house transport is v expensive. A hotel car to Shanghai Pudong PVG costs more than a 3 night stay.»

«I would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants. Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services: 1. Cady of the reception Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure. 2. Cora (陈丽) Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior. 3. Cavan Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP. The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.»

«El hotel está en una ubicación estratégica y puedes aparcar gratis siempre que seas huésped. También está relativamente cerca de la estación de metro y al lado del templo Chenghuang, donde puedes comer, beber y pasar el rato. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, la calidad general del servicio no es un problema. La habitación es de tamaño normal y las instalaciones básicas están bien. El principal inconveniente es la higiene, especialmente en el baño. Hace más de diez años trabajé como hotelero en Intercontinental, así que sabía dónde estaban los lugares más sucios, así que fui a revisarlos como si fuera una 'falla profesional'. Efectivamente, las fotos 3 y 4 fueron tomadas cuando estaba. Abrió la tapa del inodoro después de entrar a la habitación Sí, se puede ver en las manchas de arriba que las manchas se han secado y se puede ver que se han formado por un período de tiempo. «My colleagues toilet had skid marks in when he checked into his room, hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting. The gym is dated and the equipment could do with a refresh. The rooms were terribly hot, the person in the room next to me slept with his door open all night as the corridor was cooler. I would not return to this hotel.»

«El hotel está al lado de la plaza Tianyi, muy cerca de Zhongshan Road y a solo 10 minutos a pie del templo Qita. El personal de recepción Xiao Shen y Xiao Deng fueron cálidos y educados. Enviaron la dirección del hotel y la ubicación del estacionamiento antes de llegar a El hotel, y tomó la iniciativa. Pregunté si tenía alguna necesidad para el piso.
