La imagen promocional del ”Bar de Cócteles” es falsa y muestra la apariencia de otros bares en la puerta. No tiene relación con el B&B.
La lavandería y el gimnasio están juntos.
El gimnasio es pequeño y tiene pocos aparatos.
”La lavadora tarda mucho en lavar y secar”.
El minibar tiene pocos productos. Además del agua mineral estándar, solo hay una botella de Coca-Cola de 200 ml, una lata de cerveza y una botella de yogur.
Los bocadillos en el armario son solo una pequeña bolsa de patatas fritas y una bolsa de gelatina Xizhilang.
La sopa para la cena estaba fría cuando nos la trajeron.
El desayuno no es muy variado, pero es exquisito y está en línea con el gusto del público, y el panecillo está delicioso.
El regalo de despedida no es superficial y cuesta algo de dinero.
Higiene de la habitación:
1. Los herrajes de la habitación están muy descascarillados, el enchufe está muy rayado y el secador de pelo tiene evidentes signos de uso.
2. La bañera tiene una pegatina de la tapa usada por el anterior huésped que no se ha limpiado.

Location:
We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed.
Service:
The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map.
We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm).
Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout.
Cleanliness & Room:
The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features.
The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning.

我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。
服务（Service）：
酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。
我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。
大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。
房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）：
房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。
清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。
整体评价：
整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

UUsuario invitado這次住的酒店真的讓人眼前一亮！位置好到沒話説，周邊吃飯、逛街、打車都方便，出門溜達幾步就是熱鬧的商圈，回酒店又能瞬間安靜下來。服務更是沒得挑，前台琪琪辦理入住速度快，態度熱情得像家人，有問必答還主動給了不少本地建議，房間裏更是乾淨到讓人舒心，床單被褥一塵不染，衞生間水漬都擦得亮亮的，細節處見真章。

KKaichenbaobao車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。
點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。
位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。
總體：服務很好，

The room had a great view and was clean. The only downside was the AI in the room dat would go crazy at times and turn tings on and off.

UUsuario invitadoThe majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch).
Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst.
The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits.
The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away.
For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station
For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10. Would like to thank Ms. Song for her hospitality and helpfulness.

HHi ranzhiPara un viaje de negocios a Changsha, me alojé en este hotel por recomendación de un colega, y la experiencia superó mis expectativas con creces. El servicio en la recepción de la primera planta fue excepcionalmente cálido. La señorita que me atendió hablaba con suavidad y mostró una actitud amable y atenta en todo momento, incluso me ofreció un upgrade a una habitación con cama king size y vistas al río.
La habitación era espaciosa y estaba completamente equipada; no solo disponía de bañera y albornoz, sino que también habían tenido el detalle de dejar una plancha, lo que me vino de perlas para mi necesidad urgente de planchar ropa y camisas.
La ropa de cama fue una grata sorpresa: el colchón tenía la firmeza justa y la ropa de cama era suave y agradable al tacto. Nada más apoyar la cabeza en la almohada, la fatiga desaparecía, y he dormido excepcionalmente bien y tranquilo estos días.
Pero lo más memorable fue la experiencia de las vistas desde la habitación: al abrir la ventana, se podía contemplar la panorámica completa de la Isla Naranja y el hermoso paisaje del río Xiang. Especialmente al anochecer, con el resplandor del atardecer inundando la estancia y el vibrante cielo teñido de colores sobre el río, la sensación de tranquilidad y confort era total, permitiendo que cuerpo y mente se relajaran por completo.

La habitación estaba impecable y las instalaciones y el equipamiento eran bastante completos, incluyendo secador de pelo, hervidor de agua y aire acondicionado. Mis padres y yo nos alojamos aquí juntos y quedaron muy satisfechos. Era principalmente limpio, higiénico y seguro. La próxima vez que vengan a Changsha, dijeron que volverían a reservar este hotel.
