It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. If you’re visiting Changsha and looking for a hotel that’s clean, modern, and full of thoughtful details, I honestly can’t recommend OKDAY Hotel (Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station) enough. This place really surprised me, not because it’s fancy or over-the-top, but because every little detail feels designed with care. Let’s start with what impressed me the most: the hygiene standards. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels across China, but OKDAY stands out. The remote controls were individually wrapped, which instantly made me feel reassured about their cleanliness. The bathroom even comes with a toilet seat cleaner, something I rarely see even in higher-end hotels. It’s these small touches that make a big difference, especially for someone who values hygiene as much as I do. The room setup is modern, cozy, and smart. There’s a Xiaodu voice control system that lets you adjust lights, curtains, and even the TV with just your voice, a real upgrade for a hotel at this price point. On top of that, they even provide an Aircon remote so you can control the temperature without getting out of bed (lazy travelers like me, you’ll love this 😆). Another bonus is there’s a mini fridge in the room, perfect for storing drinks, fruits, or late-night snacks. (They send me a dinner dessert to the room upon check in!) And if you’re staying a few days, they’ve got laundry service available right at the front desk. Just hand over your clothes and they’ll take care of the rest, no hassle at all. The location is also a major win, it’s right next to the Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station, making it super convenient to explore Changsha’s main attractions, grab local food, or head out shopping. All in all, OKDAY Hotel has easily become one of my favorite hotels in Changsha. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you’re here for business, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this place delivers way more than you’d expect. 🌙✨

La casa de familia está situada en un callejón al que no se puede acceder con coches, por lo que los huéspedes tendrán que llevar su equipaje desde el punto de recogida de taxis (una buena caminata de 5 minutos por una carretera irregular, con escombros de construcción), además, no hay ascensor en la casa de familia, lo que resulta un inconveniente para los huéspedes que viven en el segundo piso (por suerte, el personal nos ayuda a llevar nuestro equipaje a nuestra habitación). La insonorización es deficiente, todavía podemos oír conversaciones de las calles de abajo a pesar de que todas las ventanas y puertas están cerradas. Hay un bloque abandonado/vacío al otro lado de nuestra casa de familia, lo que no es ideal para nosotros, ya que regresamos tarde por la noche. Se podría considerar cambiar las persianas de las ventanas por cortinas, ya que los huecos son bastante grandes y se puede ver a través de ellas.

Fui a Changsha en viaje de negocios y decidí alojarme cerca de la Plaza del Primero de Mayo. El hotel es muy espacioso. En cuanto llegué al vestíbulo, percibí un olor fragante, aunque no muy intenso. Estaba de buen humor. El personal de recepción también fue muy amable y atento. El ambiente en general es muy limpio, la habitación es muy espaciosa y el aislamiento acústico es excelente. No hay ruido ambiental. El pequeño robot puede entregar comida para llevar en la puerta de la habitación y el televisor se puede proyectar y ver a la carta, lo cual es muy práctico. El desayuno es variado y delicioso. ¡La próxima vez que venga a Changsha, seguiré eligiendo este lugar! ¡Un gran elogio!

Very nice hotel with young but very helpful staff. The location is great, and easy to be picked up from. Everything went smooth and they communicated well! The room had a great view and was clean. The only downside was the AI in the room dat would go crazy at times and turn tings on and off.

La ubicación es buena... puedes caminar 10 minutos o tomar el metro (solo 1 parada arriba) desde la plaza Wuyi... la limpieza también es buena... el hotel es bastante nuevo, pero aparte de eso, está por debajo del promedio... el servicio en la recepción necesita mejorar... al joven que trabaja allí no le importa el servicio en absoluto... también tienen servicio de lavandería gratuito, pero mi ropa regresó manchada en lugar de limpia.

One of my favourite stays in Changsha! Everything that I liked about this stay was that — lobby gave off serene vibes, reception was lovely, room was clean with a pleasant gentle scent, free self-serviced laundry facility, simple yet well equipped mini-gym, and not to mention they had this sun-dried mandarin snack served with local tea. I highly recommend this stay to travellers who are travelling light and want a peace of mind from the hustling bustling city noise. One more thing! The millet porridge they offered as supper was the greatest late night snack I could ever asked for on a rainy night! (FYI, I’m not sure if this is offered on a regular basis).

Un retiro de la montaña Serene: una escape perfecta del Hustle Este hotel de montaña es una joya absoluta para cualquiera que desee paz y conexión con la naturaleza, a la vez una de mis mejores camiones en la memoria reciente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el encanto arquitectónico se destacó: edificios blancos modernos y elegantes, envueltos en un fondo forestal lujoso, con paredes de piedra rustica que conservaban un contraste caliente y terrestre. Los interiores son tan pensados como las áreas de salón cozy tienen un horno de combustión de madera que le invita a saltar y descansar (Pasé horas con mis pies al fuego, ahogar té, y olvidar el mundo exterior). Los espacios exteriores son igualmente deliciosos: patios con sol envueltos con suelo suave, donde mi spaniel caminaba por (un dulce, un toque inesperado!), y caminos de la tumba que conducen a la visión de las colinas de madera. Cada esquina se siente intencional, equilibrando el diseño minimalista con la belleza cruda de la naturaleza. El hotel está muy tranquilo, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El personal (aunque no interaccioné mucho, gracias a la seclusion) parecía atento, y los pequeños toques (como el madero de fuego que se aprieta bien por el horno) hizo que la estancia se sintiera personal y cuidara. Si tuve que hacer nitpick, es que la ubicación remota significa que necesitará un coche para explorar los puntos cercanos, pero que es parte del llamamiento para una verdadera escape. Calificación: 5/5 Este hotel no es sólo un lugar para dormir; es una oportunidad de desacelerar, respirar y sumergirse en la belleza de la naturaleza.
