Great hotel, centrally located to everything! Easy access from the train station- it took less than 45 min to get from the train station to the hotel. About 1.5 blocks from the metro (about 8 min walk), this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It’s about 15 walk from the famous pedestrian street and other popular sights/ restaurants that you may want to visit as well. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you’d need. Our room faced the main road but the sound proofing was fantastic and you didn’t hear anything. While they offer laundry on-site, you actually just pass the laundry to them and they’ll return it you within 4 hours. Everything was very clean and the daily cleaning staff was great! The staff were fantastic, helpful in every way. When we arrived there was no record of our pre-paid reservation. They immediately called Trip to sort it out and checked us in quite quickly. I would stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Changsha!

The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. La casa de familia está situada en un callejón al que no se puede acceder con coches, por lo que los huéspedes tendrán que llevar su equipaje desde el punto de recogida de taxis (una buena caminata de 5 minutos por una carretera irregular, con escombros de construcción), además, no hay ascensor en la casa de familia, lo que resulta un inconveniente para los huéspedes que viven en el segundo piso (por suerte, el personal nos ayuda a llevar nuestro equipaje a nuestra habitación). La insonorización es deficiente, todavía podemos oír conversaciones de las calles de abajo a pesar de que todas las ventanas y puertas están cerradas. Hay un bloque abandonado/vacío al otro lado de nuestra casa de familia, lo que no es ideal para nosotros, ya que regresamos tarde por la noche. Se podría considerar cambiar las persianas de las ventanas por cortinas, ya que los huecos son bastante grandes y se puede ver a través de ellas.

Very nice hotel with young but very helpful staff. The location is great, and easy to be picked up from. Everything went smooth and they communicated well! The room had a great view and was clean. The only downside was the AI in the room dat would go crazy at times and turn tings on and off.

The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Ambiente: Está muy cerca de la calle Chaozong, y el Cha Yan Yue Se más cercano está a solo 5-6 minutos a pie. Pedir comida a domicilio también es muy conveniente.
