«Everything was perfect from the location and food to the hot springs. But what made everything so much better was the service. Xiaoyan checked in every evening and morning, answered all our questions so promptly and kindly, and even found our lost earbuds!! It really was a wonderful weekend trip, and I am looking forward to our next visit already. «I personally loved the tent the most. The views were amazing, and the vibe was different. However, my friends didn’t like it only because it gets really cold at night and the sounds penetrates through very easily. If you’re someone that loves outdoorsy vibes without all the chaos of setting up your own tent, this is for you! We were upgraded to the main building on our second night which they all preferred. The view from the room we were given wasn’t good but, hey! It was free of charge thanks to the hotel manager that was helpful from a week before we checked into the hotel. This place is quite far from eateries or anything in general, but offers a variety for breakfast which should keep you feeling pumped for most of the day. Definitely worth the visit :)»

What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. UUsuario invitadoIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay. Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too. Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day. Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place. Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss. After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

UUsuario anónimoI had an amazing weekend here. I first saw this place on WeChat Moments and then searched for it on Trip.com. The reviews and prices looked reasonable, and my little sister loved the idea of a room facing the bamboo forest. When we arrived, we were not disappointed at all. The place was exactly like the pictures—very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Honestly, the only time I left the inn was to go horse riding which is just 10 minutes away by car. Otherwise, I was happy just staying there because there were so many activities to enjoy. My favorite part was the fancy hot springs. I also love singing, so having the whole KTV room to ourselves was a lot of fun. The food was also very delicious. The host family was incredibly warm and kind. My Chinese isn’t very good, but they really tried their best to communicate with us, which I really appreciated. Overall, the place is amazing and definitely worth every penny I spent. 😊

I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

UUsuario invitadoIt is beautiful! An oasis of peace! We really enjoyed it with our children! The houses are well equipped, beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast offers a delicious variety. In the afternoon there is fruit, cake and drinks for free. And in the evening you can either eat in the restaurant or order BBQ and enjoy your meal in the cosy outdoor dining area. Another positive point is that it doesn't feel overcrowded. You can really relax!

JJ.L00房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

¡Gracias a nuestra ama de llaves, Xiao Zheng, por hacer que este viaje a Anji superara todas nuestras expectativas! Antes de registrarnos, Xiao Zheng nos recordó amablemente que nuestro hijo podía disfrutar de los beneficios de la zona turística presentando su certificado de ”Cinco Buenos Estudiantes” y nos ayudó a reservar con antelación. El día de la llegada, nuestro hijo canjeó con éxito sus pases de esquí gratuitos, sintiéndose muy honrado. Xiao Zheng nos brindó un servicio excelente en todo momento, con un registro rápido e instrucciones claras sobre el alojamiento, las comidas y el teleférico. El hotel está situado a media ladera de una montaña, en un entorno tranquilo. En el zoológico interactivo hay ardillas, marmotas y conejos, y nuestro hijo quería darles de comer a todos. ¡Fue divertidísimo! ¡La experiencia en la estación de esquí fue increíble! Había varias pistas, desde principiantes hasta avanzados, y el personal fue entusiasta y profesional. También había varias actividades emocionantes, como el columpio de acantilado, que nos permitió experimentar la adrenalina de las altas montañas: una experiencia única. Este viaje familiar fue perfecto, desde el alojamiento hasta el esquí; ¡muy recomendable!

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
