My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 boys aged 8, 5 and 1) stayed here for 10 nights at the end of October and had a fantastic first holiday abroad as a family. Hotel building/Room/general area - The building is beautiful! Inside reminded us of the atrium on a cruise ship. We stayed in a duplexe room which was perfect for us with 2 bathrooms and lots of space over the 2 floors and a large balcony. We had a few issues with the room (lost power and the plug got stuck in the sink) but these were resolved quickly when reported to reception. The room was made up daily, mini bars stocked up and was never dirty but the bathrooms would benefit from being updated. Outside of the hotel there is a bazaar within 5 minutes walk with some shops and bars but not much else. My husband and eldest visited Ruzgar to watch the football as it is not played in the hotel. Pools/Beach - The hotel was quiet at the time we stayed so we had our pick of sun loungers around the main pool. The kids pool was busier and the loungers more closely packed so we avoided sitting there and only moved some of our belongings there briefly when all of our children wanted to play in that area. The main pool was very cold but once you were in it was lovely as it was still in the high 20s-low 30s when we stayed. Our older kids loved the bouncy pillow and would watch all morning for it coming on. We all enjoyed the slides and would visit them later in the afternoon so never an issue getting a seat or having a long wait for a ring but I can see this being a problem when the hotel is busier. Only points for the hotel to consider is the general maintenance/cleanliness around the pool: some of the parasol bases are broken, some of the parasols themselves are tired looking, we didn’t like the cigarette holders on the parasols (but appreciate that a lot of guests do still smoke and, as Brits, we just aren’t used to it as much now), hedged areas around the pool and along the edge of the restaurant have cigarette ends and some rubbish strewn through them (not lots but enough to notice) but I do feel that the design of these borders and laziness of some smoking guests and those who don’t pick up things they drop makes it difficult for the cleaners who are constantly sweeping up. The border area between the pool and restaurant would benefit from some routine attention to tidy it up too. These small matters did in no way impact our stay, they were just things we picked up on that we felt downgraded this hotel from a 5*. Our youngest child preferred the beach and so we spent most afternoons there. The sea was lovely and warm and doesn’t get deep too quickly. Lots of sun loungers and shade available. Restaurants/Bars - the food choice is vast and the main restaurant is enormous! We always sat outside the main restaurant for breakfast and our evening meal and were extremely well looked after by Esat, Selami, Talha, Mehmet and Huseyin who quickly learned where we liked to sit, our drinks and would get us

El hotel es muy grande y espacioso, el personal es sumamente amable, como escribieron otros viajeros los empleados de recepción no son muy simpáticos pero si muy correctos. El cuarto muy agradable, todo funcionaba bien, la cama muy cómoda. Un viajero escribió que en las habitaciones que dan a la piscina no se descansa bien, llegamos al hotel bastante tarde en la noche, al no recordar este detalle recibimos una habitación con vista a la piscina. Era realmente bastante ruidosa, tanto al mediodía como a la noche había actividades con música y animadores, recién a las 23:00 había silencio. La comida en el comedor era muy variada y sabrosa, muchas verduras crudas y cocidas, carnes preparadas en diferentes formas, frutos de mar, guarniciones, hasta barbacoa en el patio del comedor. La pizza en el restaurante Bistro al mediodía muy buena. El bar de la playa excelente, sirven comidas rápidas al mediodía y las bebidas siempre frías, el barman sumamente amable y simpático. Es verdad que el personal no habla mucho inglés porque la mayoría de los pasajeros son rusos y alemanes, pero no me topé con nadie con mala voluntad. El spa es excelente, muy bien instalado y las masajistas muy profesionales. Lo único negativo es el tema de los ascensores, son muy lentos y sin ventilación. Como nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso utilizábamos mucho la escalera, lo que no estuvo mal así hacíamos un poco de ejercicio.

This hotel is beautiful and we were staying in a nice suite 405, it had a gorgeous big Jacuzzi tub and Sauna (We didn't need a sauna in July, just had to sit outside) There are 3 pools, one indoor, the main outdoor pool, and a smaller pool with slides. It's located high on a hill which means that the views are amazing. The reception staff were truly lovely, especially a brown-haired lady that couldn't do enough. We also had a very nice Waiter called Pedra who did his best to speak English to us and really looked after us on our stay. There are some cats that stray in looking for food which made my son's holiday. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and there's dedicated seating for hotel guests on the beach. Some improvement points on this hotel, the pools are not ideal for smaller children, while there is a small paddling pool for the real smallies my 5 year old was struggling to play comfortably in the pools as the main pool only has a very short shallow end and he couldn't stand at all in the pool with slides which meant that he had to be held at all times in the water and couldn't play. Also I was expecting a kids club, games room and ice skating, all of which were closed for the full duration of our 2 week stay, this meant that there was very little for him aside from the pool. There is no place to buy snacks such as fruit, crisps, chocolate or anything for pool activities like floats snorkles etc. There is a market at the bottom of the hill where you can buy all of these things however, the hill is EXTREMELY steep and torture to walk up in the heat. I did find out on our last night that if you go to a diff gate you can ring for someone to collect you from the driveway. There's no bar area to sit and relax in in the evenings but again you can go into town quite easily. I didn't to experience the spa as I was traveling alone with my 5yr old but it did look amazing. Overall I'd recommend it to couples and older children but not so much for young children.
