Good Location Food is good you get what you payed for you need to be fair you are in Turkey most of people speak turkish in this hotel but its a budget hotel. you cant espect all 5 star hotels to be the same. its a nice quiet place to stay with your family and friends. we liked it there. Kids were happy so we were happy

At the beginning I have to say that for European standards this hotel has no more than 3 stars. But we had a great time in this hotel. Mostly because of people working there. ♥️ Every time they were kind, nice and smiling. I loved bartenders who always tried small talk and smiled brightly, especially those in the pool bar and beach bar. The only thing which was not too good - almost noone knew English, even in reception (one lady could speak perfect English in reception, luckily she was on duty when we arrived so she explained everything, thank you! ♥️), so it was difficult to communicate with animators and other workers, which used mostly Russian or Turkish. Nevertheless I think, in this kind of hotel (it has 5 Turkish stars!) people working there should know basic English, at least more than just a few people. And it was rather disappointing that all the animations were in Russian. Animations - well I can't say anything about evening animations because I was once, all it was in Russian so I didn't go anymore. During the day, there were some animations like darts, volleyball etc. but also in Russian, sometimes in Turkish. I was a little disappointed that all events was mostly for Russians....... However when our stay was going to the end they started to ask us if we wanted to take part in some day events. Maybe they needed time to get the courage to come to us, because of not being able to speak in Polish or English ;) but for sure all of them were kind and nice and always smiling. And the best events were during the Turkish evening. Amazing live music and everyone could learn a little bit of Turkish dance. ♥️♥️ Really loved it! ♥️♥️ The bartenders were always smiling and they made amazing drinks, especially those in the pool bar ♥️♥️♥️ and beach bar! I already miss them, both, drinks and bartenders! ♥️♥️♥️ Thanks again guys! ♥️♥️♥️ Our room was clear, everyday cleaned and with new towels. The room was air-conditioned, it was safe for free. The WiFi was pretty good and worked even at the beach, which was a surprise. The only thing in the room which made trouble was the water pressure at the shower - very low. It was pretty difficult to take a shower, and wash head especially with long hairs. Food was good and tasty, a lot of different kinds so everyone would find something. Of course after 2 weeks it was boring to eat the same things everyday but still the food was good. Although I thought there will be more Turkish dishes to choose from. The beach was close, you had to go through the road with a lot of cars or an underground tunnel from the hotel. There were a lot of sunbeds, we haven't had a problem choosing the sunbed which we wanted. Of course those which were close to water were occupied, but still there were plenty of them. There are 3 pools, and one with slides. But I can't say more about it because we spend most of our time at the beach not at the hotel pool. In the hotel most people were Russians or Turkish. Beach 5* ,Room 4*,Services 3*,Food 2*,Coffe 1*.If you speak turkish or russian ,then is fine,else you ll speak in the desert.If your priority is a beautiful sandy beach with clean water,then you should go there,else think about.If the price of holliday is low-medium then is worth it,else not really.I was before at 2 locations in Turkey with better services far away,but with worse beach, far awaySo finally,it depends what you want for holiday.Please dear hotel,do something and take machines with real coffe,not with only with solubile coffe,even we ll pay more

Nice hotel, good food and drinks;) beautiful beach and nice sand, clean water and a lot of fun during the animations . The best thing is that the beach bar is open for 7 hours and the beer is good:) F&B staff is great but best bartender is YALCIN and AKIN :)

The hotel itself looks a bit exhausted and old. And it is normal for the end of the season. But yet, if you expact a real 5*, choose another one. I chose this hotel cuz I was travelling with a baby and I needed something small, not too crowdy, with personal beach.And all those things were here. The strong side of hotel is personnel. All waiters, cooks, animators, receptionists were always smiling and greeting. HUGE THANK YOU to receptionist YAKUP GUZELER. He was were helpful and professional with all inquiries and troubles we had. First room we got was on the 1st floor and looked like it was not cleaned before our check in. Floor was dirty, as well as the bathroom, and baby bed we got had a huge hole in it :( Plus, there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, and a very weird noise coming from it every time somebody upstairs flashed. I almost got a heart attack couple of times, where we were there. We called reception and asked housekeeping to clean the room, a man came, but he did nothing. We gave them time to clean the room while at dinner, but after an hour nothing changed, so we asked for a different one. With no problem, we got another on the 5th floor. It was bright, clean, no dirt or smell, baby bed nice and not torn. Housekeeping ladies were amazing! It's a shame, that i did not get their names. Pros: - not crowdy - kiddy's pools - personnel - own beach - free wifi everywhere, free sauna, hamam, gym - good food Cons: - rooms looks like they need a refresh - on the website there was an info about kid's corner in diner with microwave, blender etc. I did not see any, but luckly there was no need for us. - food was good, but the variety was so not for 5* - coffee... disaster... it was my pain, as a coffee addicted To sum up, for the money paid and requirements looked for this hotel was good. Once again, the personnel made this trip for us. But, I doubt i will come back here.

Badly concept....No Ultra All Inclusive.....not even All Inclusive..... No 5 stars.....not even 4 stars(pictures) More tourists than place on the beach We arrived at 10 pm and we go to sleep with empty stomach Almost everybody d'ont now English....hard to comunicate Food is almost the same and many times not properly cooked Beverage was just locals ....even is Ultra All Inclusive One of our frends d'ont have air conditioning and we must change the room the day after arrival My room smell like french fries and stew every day There is just one single restaurant and one single bar and no entertainment at all In the freezer just two cups of water and 4 tea bags Even the infrastructure of the hotel is poor and on a smal area IN CONCLUSION.....NOT RECOMMENDED!!! NO 5 STARS! NO ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE!!!

Спасибо за хороший отдых, хороший отель хороший персонал. Есьть где провести время с активным отдыхом. Особенно понравились вечерняя анимация. Активные аниматоры которые всегда войдут в положение для каждого ( Erkam,Guga,Kamber, Eizan) замечательные аниматоры!!! Рекомендую данный отель. И желаю всем провести время как и МЫ!
