UUsuario invitadoIt was our first ryokan experience and it was absolutely stunning. There are a few rooms in ryokan and we were the only guests for that night. The room was very spacious and had tiny cute details. Onsen and kaiseki dinner became absolute favorites. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room that added intimacy to the process. Everything was delicious. The ryokan team was super friendly and ready to help with all the questions we had. As we were the only guests, we were allowed to use the onsen together as the private one — wow! It was truly authentic experience — we would definitely recommend to visit this place.

UUsuario invitadoWhat an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene. The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english. You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol. The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out. The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there. If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots. They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english. What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill! Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

UUsuario invitado酒店位於六甲山牧場邊，提供JR六甲站（離三宮站一站路）接駁車（3200日元一趟），車程才20多分鐘，對拖着行李的一家人來説這樣比倒兩次纜車兩趟公交上山花一個半小時更方便快捷，價格也差不多。 晚飯自選BBQ（5500日元/人）或者壽喜燒（4500日元/人），4歲小孩半價收費，詳情可以郵件諮詢酒店，一直有員工回覆的。 房間有廚房設施，下次還是自己超市買好肉帶過來燒烤更滿足些。早餐普通，如果能有牧場的鮮牛奶就好了。 小木屋十分舒適乾淨，設施一流，員工們英語都很好，下次還會選擇帶娃來過暑假。

IIkanukiIt was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

ЕЕлена КрикуноваМесто изумительное! Всем советую, хоть и недешево. Персонал - просто выше всяких похвал. Вас и встретят как дорогих гостей, и проводят также. Ужин - смена девяти блюд, и невероятно вкусно! Мы снимали отдельную виллу, с собственным онсеном. Все чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое для удобства. Природа чудесная. Очень всем рекомендасьон!!!

RRamil RakhimovThis hotel is beautiful and the staff provides great service! Unfortunately, I didn't get the dinner because everything was booked in the restaurant, but they offered me to bring food to my room. At first I wanted to do that, but later I decided I wasn't sure if I would be hungry at that time, so I canceled. The location is far from the center and the station, so it is better to spend your time in the village and return in the evening. This hotel is connected to another hotel, so I enjoyed just exploring everything inside. There are 2 public baths, each includes the bath inside and outside (actually, there are 3, but I didn't go outside as it was raining). It was really comfortable there. I chose the hotel only because I wanted to have an open-air onsen, and I got 2! So, despite the location, I would recommend this place because it has a decent price, it has a great service and it is a perfect place to spend the evening!

Did not manage to ask for extra pillow as the front desk are closed in the night. The coffee and drink at the lounge are close at night too. Overall a good experience and worth the price.

HhatakaEl vestíbulo era espacioso, nos ofrecieron bebidas de bienvenida y pudimos elegir la talla y el color de nuestro yukata. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fueron exquisitos y quedamos muy satisfechos. Elegimos una habitación de estilo japonés, pero al entrar había un futón preparado, lo cual nos vino de maravilla ya que mis padres, que venían de fuera de la prefectura, estaban cansados ​​del viaje. ¡Sin duda nos gustaría volver a alojarnos aquí!

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.
