I usually do not post reviews, but I had to this time to share my experiences. I stayed for a total of 5 nights, Tue and check out on Sunday(7-12 Feb 2023) Plus point -Location is really good , plenty of thai/chinese restaurants and room is huge. -Bed is comfortable, -Yoshie is one that was one more friendly staff that I remembered her name , please give her a raise or wine on me.(she is a Japanese, in case i got her name wrong) Hotel staff, is a on and off experience. The night ones tend to be more ”cold” and the day ones are much better.( again, Yoshie was the ”better” ones, there are more, but I couldnt remember their name) Now on to the exciting part... Tuesday- Checkin day, A smooth day but without hand towels and when I asked for them before leaving the place for a concert. ( they claim they were in laundry or something and I find it hard to believe for a 5 star accommodation) We were without a frying pan as well( they send it up though when i called for it) Wed- Requested for toothbrush/Toiletries and had to request again after waiting for more than an hour, as it was forgotten ,I presumed Thu- Requested to change towel when we went out in morning, nothing was done when we were back in evening. I especially informed the morning reception guys to not forget it, but someone in the middle must have forgotten it. Evening time, The staff upon informing said they will have it there in 10 mins, which they did. By the way, the phone became faulty but I didn't bother to inform as I thought I wont have much trouble with it not in use. I was wrong. Friday- The express cleaning end-up with all the towels taken away and, thats it. We found out when we were back in evening. We were left with no towels and on top of that the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to inform the reception/staff , on night shift i suppose. Again they said would be there in 10 mins, which more or less they did. Saturday- There was a huge cockroach and I had to kill it myself, informed the staff downstairs but honestly I dont expect change of room or anything, just to feedback. From the above, you can see there were full of dramas and I think these are basic expectations.(especially the towel part) Would I be back there if I ever go Sydney again? Unlikely.

La mejor decisión (eso es lo que dijeron) es que me dieron un bono para el desayuno lmao!!!! ¡Si no me lo habían encontrado, me lo habían dicho y el último día cuando me había ido, ya me habían dicho que sí, podemos llamar a la policía si quiero resolver este problema! ¡Por 2 días no han hecho nada, cada vez que llegué al escritorio delantero había trabajadores diferentes y era muy difícil encontrar un gerente! Así que si decides quedarte aquí, guarde todo tu trabajo en el pañuelo. La casa de baño es muy buena, pero no es muy buena.

Gustó · La ubicación y la amabilidad de los recepcionistas. te ayudan en todo lo posible ante cualquier problema. Nos dieron una habitación en la última planta para evitar los ruidos del pub y no nos enteramos de nada. Mucha gente joven en el hotel. Al lado de la estación central de Sydney y con ello excelente lugar para hacer excursiones a cualquier lugar cercano aunque Sydney es una ciudad que se pueda explorar perfectamente andando. El wifi funciona muy bien y el desayuno estaba muy rico. Un sandwich caliente y un cafe/te/chocolate que vienen muy bien para comenzar el día con fuerzas. No gustó · La limpieza. No nos cambiaron las toallas ninguna de las 4 noches.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de tren central. He pedido una habitación tranquila y tengo una en la parte de atrás del hotel. El hotel se ha modernizado recientemente a un elegante y cómodo estándar. Reservamos una habitación real, limpia, tranquila y tenía todo lo que necesitaba para un corto estadía. La cama estaba muy cómoda con ropa de alta calidad. El baño, mientras que el compacto, fue renovado a un alto nivel, la presión de ducha fue buena y las toallas proporcionadas fueron de buena calidad. El personal del frente es tan guapo, que se ha ido de su camino para asegurarse de que todo está bien, y nos cuenta de las renovaciones. El hotel está justo al lado del Teatro del Capitol y a 5 minutos a pie de la Estación Central. La parada de la Luz Rail está a 1 minuto a pie de la puerta delantera. Nos quedaremos aquí muy felizmente.

A great place to stay near Light Rail, Chinatown, Central, and shopping. Our room was excellent, and we found the reception staff always welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It is an excellent hotel for location, for guests who may have difficulty walking up and down sloping streets, as it is in a comparably level area.

La habitación 504 es muy agradable, para un hotel de interior. ¡Amo el pequeño asiento/mesa al pie de la cama y el hermoso mantel. Amo cómo no se utilizan bolsas de plástico en los cestos de papel.
