Haoke Collection is just a stone throw away from Chengdu East station. One just need to exit the west gate of the train station, turn left and walk a straight line towards the 7 Days building, Haoke is located just at the apartment building about 3 mins further down. It will be helpful if the hotel can make a pictorial direction plan to help the travellers make their way to the hotel. Nevertheless, Haoke Collection is definitely a perfect accommodation for travellers arriving late and leaving early the next day. The hotel was already expecting us when we arrived and had our rooms ready. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, even allowing us to leave us luggages there as we set off to visit Leshan and Emeishan for 2 days. As with many of the reviews, the lift is quite some wait at certain timings due to many cleaners and their trolleys. Also probably the building lift system is a little old, hence, do set aside some time to wait for the lift from 29 level.

AAntonioGravitaUbicado en pleno centro de Dujiangyang, a 100 m del Panda Gigante de Selfies y de la estación de tren (conexión directa a Chengdu por 10 yuanes), y a 500 m del pintoresco Dujiangyan. Esta casa de familia se encuentra en la segunda planta de un complejo. No la verá hasta que mire hacia arriba. Hay un ascensor y dos escaleras para subir. Hay muchos lugares para relajarse. El propietario es muy amable y atento. El desayuno se sirve directamente en su habitación a las 8:30.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel más acogedor en el que me he alojado durante mi viaje a Chengdu. El metro está a 5 minutos a pie y el callejón KuanZhai a 10-15 minutos. Un poco lejos si planeas ir de compras a la calle Chuunxi. Sin embargo, si te gusta relajarte y disfrutar de una experiencia similar, este hotel es ideal. La habitación es bastante espaciosa (30 m).

UUsuario anónimoHotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

__zx520108800729****¡Recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, ideal para familias! La experiencia de nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El personal de recepción fue muy atento y amable; al vernos, una familia de cinco con abuelos y niños, se ofrecieron a ayudarnos con el equipaje y nos recomendaron lugares cercanos para que los mayores pasearan y los niños jugaran. El check-in fue rápido y eficiente. La habitación era amplia y luminosa, con ropa de cama limpia y suave. El salón tenía espacio suficiente para que toda la familia se sentara a charlar, y el baño, con separación de ducha y WC, era muy práctico, ideal para que tanto los mayores como los niños se sintieran cómodos. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy completas: no solo tienen suelos antideslizantes y zapatillas para niños, sino también hervidor de agua y set de té, satisfaciendo las diferentes necesidades de toda la familia. El WiFi de alta velocidad era estable, perfecto tanto para que los niños vieran sus series como para que los adultos trabajaran. La ubicación también es excelente. A pocos minutos a pie se llega a un mercado y una calle de comida, lo que facilitó la compra de especialidades locales y la degustación de platos típicos. También hay un parque cercano, ideal para pasear con los niños después de cenar o para que los abuelos se relajen. El desayuno era variado, con gachas ligeras y guarniciones refrescantes, así como postres y huevos fritos que encantaron a los niños. ¡Toda la familia quedó satisfecha! La próxima vez que viajemos en familia, ¡volveremos a elegir este hotel!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). El hotel está limpio y el desayuno es razonable para su bajo precio (38 RMB por persona). Hay un gimnasio sencillo con cinta de correr, bicicleta estática y pesas. Hay lavandería. Nos encantó el asiento del inodoro con calefacción. El inconveniente es que no hay teléfono en el hotel, así que hay que ir a recepción si se necesita algo. No hay canales internacionales en la televisión. El wifi no era estable para las videollamadas.

Me encantó el aroma del gel de ducha; de hecho, quise preguntar si podía comprar una botella para llevarme. Aunque el restaurante es pequeño, la variedad y la calidad de la comida son excelentes. Para el desayuno, la sopa de fideos picante (红油汤面) y los wontons (抄手) estaban deliciosos. La oferta era variada e incluía frutas, pan, dumplings al vapor, yogur, zumos, café, etc. Además, el personal es muy amable y atento, y el acceso desde el parking al hotel es muy cómodo. ¡Muy recomendable!

UUsuario anónimoEste albergue juvenil en Chengdu era tan acogedor que no podía irme. Me quedé allí varios días seguidos porque valió la pena. En primer lugar, el entorno es precioso y limpio. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y tranquilas. ¡Cada mañana, el único sonido es el maravilloso canto de los pájaros del barrio! La ropa de cama es gruesa y de algodón, lo que lo convierte en un verdadero placer. También hay una gran casa de té en la azotea, muy relajante cuando hace calor, perfecta para tomar té, charlar y usar el teléfono. También hay una lavandería y un tendedero, muy prácticos para estancias largas. Cerca hay un gran mercado donde se pueden comprar las delicias locales de Chengdu. También hay muchas casas de té, restaurantes y otras opciones de ocio en las inmediaciones. Este albergue juvenil es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y desconectar.

Después de un día de explorar, volver y encontrar el balcón de lavandería en el segundo piso fue súper práctico. Las señoras de la limpieza mantenían todo impecable a diario, ¡y el suministro de agua mineral nunca faltó! Todas las recepcionistas fueron increíblemente amables y cariñosas, ¡casi como de la familia! 🤭 La arquitectura estilo *siheyuan* (patio tradicional) nos permitió disfrutar de un desayuno exquisito. El Monasterio de Wenshu está a solo 3 minutos a pie, y hay opciones de comida por todas partes. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente para familias que viajan con niños!

WWichanart WangkiatThis was our 3rd time returning to this hotel during our 11-day Sichuan trip. It remains an incredibly pleasant stay! The room was clean. The bedding was comfortable. Many attractions are in walking distance, and it is close to the Mirui shopping mall which is where intercity shuttle picked us up. Breakfast has enough option and tastes good. They have a coffee shop downstairs too. ”Xiao du” AI in the room is also very helpful. Everything (lights, AC, curtain, even music) can be controlled by voice (mandarin). If there are any needs, the staff are readily available and respond promptly, even late at night.
