終於沒讓我失望，去年住的君檸體驗感特別不好，對合肥附近的高價酒店失去了信心。這次很幸運，首先就是環境，每一磚一瓦感受到了用心，一問老闆果然幹過工程的，房間的裝修和用品都是精心挑選的，然後服務也很舒服，這裏謝謝手工那裡的文娟、老房子吃飯的徐阿姨和帥氣小哥，大家都在用心工作和服務。 以下一點小小的建議：既然做了管家服務，可以提前加顧客微信，發一下天氣和路線，走時可以網上管家和顧客見個面有個互動，更有利於顧客評價。這些是三亞那邊酒店的體驗，綜合已經做得很好了！小小建議希望你們可以更好，秋天準備帶着長者和孩子在來一次，走一走你們説的心路，期待下次再見啦

Para ver VAC, el hotel está frente al parque Luogang. Es muy conveniente caminar y hay muchos lugares para pasar el rato y comer. El hotel es muy nuevo y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es bastante satisfactorio solo para ver el espectáculo, pero los alrededores aún no se han desarrollado, no hay muchas otras tiendas y la comida para llevar está relativamente lejos. El check-in es muy rápido, solo 1 minuto como máximo. La señora de la recepción preparó cuidadosamente souvenirs, una pequeña bolsa de fruta y una caja de macarons. Cogí el tren de alta velocidad a la mañana siguiente y desayuné en el hotel. No había muchos estilos, pero era pequeño y refinado. Yo mismo agregué los fideos y la carne estaba muy sólida. En general, estoy muy satisfecho y volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

El hotel está cerca de las puertas de los distritos escolares de Zhongko, el servicio de la recepción es muy entusiasta, sabemos que llevamos a los niños para el examen, nos dio una habitación tranquila y nos envió la bendición del nombre de Jinjiang, que es muy cálido. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Nunca he visto un hotel que pueda realizar cinco o seis **actividades** en el mismo día (las imágenes hablan más que las palabras), con todo tipo de gente allí, desde tíos con uniformes de baloncesto, ruidosos trabajadores de oficina, hasta *********** salvajes esperando a los huéspedes abajo. En tercer lugar, el desayuno fue la gota que colmó el vaso para mí. El número de personas que asistieron al desayuno superó claramente el límite de capacidad. Esperé más de diez minutos para subir y salir del ascensor, que estaba lleno de gente. Los huevos para el desayuno siempre están vacíos y no rellenos. Nunca hay café. Si los hoteles se centran en ganar dinero gracias a sus socios para conferencias, será injusto para los usuarios de Ctrip que buscan una experiencia de consumo.
