I used to like Travelodge hotels, but they seem to have lost the plot now. This one is especially grim. There's just a Costa and a Burger King nearby so nowhere for breakfast. There was a nice chap on reception when we checked in, just as well as I had to go straight back to reception for some tea bags - none in the room - and then back again for a tv remote - none in the room. As it happens, we didn't watch the tv as it only received 2 channels. and those only sporadically. The following morning we left the ”Top me up” card on the door well before 11.00am but when we returned in the evening the card was still there and we had no tea bags or milk.

En realidad, he podido conseguir una carga en las dos noches que estuvimos allí, pero la gente debería ser un poco más pensada cuando utiliza estas instalaciones y parque en otro lugar una vez que se carga o si no pueden cargar. Hotel is conveniently situated in a peaceful area. Easy access to the beautiful Cotswolds. Rooms are spacious and clean, bit tired in places. Staff are friendly and accommodating, excellent service from them during my stay. Plenty of tea and coffee in reception. Free parking and plenty of choices of nearby eateries.
