The worst Hilton. First of all, the second day I arrived the hotel had no service because they were doing work. What kind of a hotel does service and shuts down everything while guests are there?! Second of all, most of the staff and one of the bartenders are very rude. They do not want to help you. They are angry. This is supposed to be a business in hospitality. This hotel is quite the opposite of everything hospitality means. Third, when asking for full service on your room sometimes they do it and you have to keep reminding them. Fourth, someone was smoking in one of the rooms and every single guest is alerted of with an alarm in their rooms which I get if it was an actual fire. They have no business center with a computer which is unheard of. Everything in your room is controlled by your key card. Lights, electricity, everything. The ac is awful. It’s freezing and you cannot control it. It’s super hot outside and then an ice chest in your room. You can get sick in that environment. The showers have mold in the cracks. You can’t even ask them simple things like when if the bar open for coffee without being yelled at. They have a condescending bar tender who stresses out and yells at you claiming there is only one of him. That’s false. There are 2-3 others and he acts like he is working in a real bar. He’s not a bartender. In the states the bartenders are super busy and yet, they continue to have smiles on their faces and accommodate what you want. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and will never go again. They charge for everything. No complimentary coffee and just overall rudeness. In the middle of nowhere. The toilets don’t work. Their coffee machine in the room is not a coffee machine. It’s a water machine that heats up water and they don’t tell you anywhere that you need to turn it off after 2 minutes. So if you stay here, turn it off after two minutes or else it will spill all over. I will do my research next time on hotels and will not fly into Florence next time.

El hotel es grande las habitaciones grandes y cómodas pero en una zona muy mala,está en un polígono como a 20 minutos de una parada de tranvía andando por calles solitarias. En los alrededores por la noche no hay nada para poder comer o tomar algo, el hotel está vallado como una cárcel y te hacen pagar las tasas antes de darte la llave de la habitación además no te permiten pagarlas con tarjeta solo dinero efectivo. El desayuno al ser un grupo fue muy escaso y de mala calidad, no hay ni fruta ni tostadora de pan , el zumo era agua con colorante ....No lo aconsejo si vas a visitar Florencia, en mi caso fuimos en un circuito y fue lo que nos tocó .

The guesthouse is extremely well furnished, the bedrooms are as good as advertised and the private bathroom was perfectly maintaned and cleaned. The guesthouse is located close to the main means of transportation such as buses and trams, therefore it is very easy and quick to reach the centre of Florence. The hosts are higly polite and ready to help you should you have any doubts or needs. I'd like to reccomend the place for its cleanliness, pretiness and price-quality ratio!

Pasamos a este hotel donde lo encontramos muy cómodo y limpio. El check in rápido. Wifi gratuito . Él área de desayuno amplía. Personal muy atento y habla español. Existen dispensadores de bebidas y botanas en la recepción. Cuenta con restaurant y un bar. Asientos de estar muy cómodos. Estacionamiento suficiente y los elevadores de tamaño mediano. El personal muy atento. Cerca de ahí hay restaurantes y una tienda de comida. La recepción del hotel muy amplía y amena.
