The hotel facilities are good, rooms are clean and presentable, shower was good. The breakfast buffet is large with plenty of variety for all tastes, bar is well stocked and sstaff are competant. Hotels private parking was essential for us, but tight spaces. Couple of negative points for me: It was very warm and the airco had minimal effect. Pillows could be better - way too soft.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está muy cerca de los negocios de los alrededores y del mercado navideño. Está a 20 minutos a pie de la catedral de Colonia. Sin embargo, hay muchas atracciones comerciales a pie. Personal de recepción, el tiempo de cola sigue siendo largo durante las horas punta.

Terrible experience at this hotel. No hot water on the first morning, took cold showers. Asked at the desk about it on our way out, and the desk agent pretended not to know anything about it, but that he would check and follow up with us. Returned that night, no follow up, so assumed all was fixed. 2nd morning, still no hot water. Enquired at the desk again, this time they acknowledged that the whole building had no hot water for the 2nd day. Desk agent promised follow up again, that management was discussing compensation. Pointed out that no one followed up yesterday, but was assured that he would. Returned that evening to no follow up from anyone again. At check out, asked what the resolution would be, agent didn't know we had any problem. When asked about the lack of hot water for 2 full days, the agent said we should have spoken to them at the time!!! I explained that we had, but he again could do nothing and promised a follow up by email from the hotel manager. Needless to say, that follow up never came again! I emailed their head office about what was going on with the problems at the hotel, and the complete failure of customer service. They replied to me that they were pleased there was a ”quick solution” of the problem!!! They didn't feel that there was any call for compensation for either the lack of hot water, or the hotels response!! They begrudgingly offered a €20 voucher toward a future stay! Lol. They clearly need that €20 more than me, they can keep it!! Find a different hotel to stay, the B&B clearly feels that the new Customer Service is No Service.

Gesamtes Personal super nett und kompetent. Ob im Restaurant, in der Bar oder an der Rezeption. Ganz lieben Gruß an Frau Besau. Das ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt einem schon bei der Ankunft das Gefühl, dass man sich wirklich auf uns freut.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely property. Located just a stone’s throw away from Köln Messe/Deutz station, which was very convenient for us who travelled directly from Frankfurt Airport. Its surrounding was peaceful and quiet. Checking-in by Clemens was a breeze. Clemens was friendly and answered all our queries with patience. He also gave us helpful information on dining options in the vicinity. Our courtyard facing Studio room was spacious and quiet, had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the washer and dryer every night and it was definitely a great to have. USB charging ports and power points could be found on both sides of the bed and at sitting area. Internet speed was fast. Was able to screen mirroring with my device and hence we were able to enjoy watching Netflix on the big TV screen. Daily housekeeping had also done a wonderful job of keeping our room clean, replacing our used towels and replenishing the laundry detergent. There was a small indoor pool but we didn’t have the time to use it. Our room didn’t come with breakfast, but we did try it out on one morning. Found that it was a tad overpriced at €22 as the spread wasn’t big and choices were pretty limited, the only disappointment we had of this property. Overall a fantastic stay and is value for money. Would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Cologne.

Elogio a Trip.com por la hora de renunciar a la hora de cambiar el billete de avión, el hotel se retiró 10% y el resto de Trip.com se devolvió. Para el hotel, además de ser más fatal en este sentido, el desayuno no es muy bueno, el resto es muy satisfecho. Puedo caminar al centro de exposición de Colonia y a la estación de tren de Daytes, y está tranquilo, el entorno es bonito, especialmente el paisaje fuera de la ventana.

El hotel es el hotel más rentable de toda el área de la sala de exposiciones de Colonia. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en caminar desde la estación de la sala de exposiciones del tranvía de Colonia hasta el hotel y hasta la mitad del supermercado barato de la cadena alemana LIDL. Después de que Ctrip pague por adelantado la tarifa de la habitación, no es necesario que pague un depósito cuando llegue a la recepción del hotel. Además, no es necesario pagar por adelantado el impuesto municipal del 5 [%] de la tarifa de la habitación adicional. La psicología del consumidor es muy cómoda. El estilo de decoración de las habitaciones del hotel es blanco y moderno. Las habitaciones también están equipadas con escritorios. Toda la zona es muy amplia y cómoda. El hotel también coloca cuidadosamente gomitas de bienvenida alemanas en las almohadas de las camas de los huéspedes. Como la mayoría de los hoteles alemanes, el hotel no proporciona cepillos de dientes, sino gel de ducha y champú. Además, el agua de la ducha es un poco lenta y congestionada. Me he alojado en el hotel ibis en la misma zona antes, el precio es 100-300 yuanes más caro que este hotel, el área de la habitación es solo la mitad del tamaño de este hotel, y es muy simple. En términos generales, si vienes a Colonia para participar en la exposición y el presupuesto de alojamiento es limitado, este hotel es definitivamente la primera opción.
