Estábamos viajando por South Bend y queríamos quedarnos un par de días para visitar algunos sitios. Reservamos en este hotel principalmente porque tenía un precio razonable. El personal de recepción fue amable y servicial al planificar nuestros sitios para visitar y cómo llegar allí. La habitación estaba limpia y sorprendente. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Habíamos estado montando durante aproximadamente una semana y necesitábamos lavar la ropa. Tienen lavadoras y secadoras gratuitas para los huéspedes. ¡Qué gran servicio! ! Nos quedamos el domingo por la noche y el lunes por la noche. Los lunes por la noche sirven nachos y papas fritas junto con ensaladas y refrescos en la casa. Otro buen servicio. Un gran hotel Recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera. Durante nuestros viajes buscaré Staybridge Inns and Suites en las ciudades en las que nos quedamos.

Las hojas parecían dormidas, pero tal vez esto se debe a la edad de la cama y la madrastra de sagging? Cuando hice mi ”chequeo de fallos de la cama” encontré una madrastra muy pintada. Nuestro lugar va a permanecer para cualquier visita relacionada a Notre Dame. CN nos da la bienvenida y nuestra habitación está siempre lista. Esta visita fue para el juego de primavera azul y oro. Habitaciones limpias, cama y galletas confortables. Desayuno limitado y un personal había dejado la noche anterior. CN lo mantiene juntos.Cerca de Mall y muchos restaurantes.No hay ascensor, sólo FYI, por lo que solicita una habitación de primer piso si tiene problemas de movilidad.

This hotel is out of control. There were children of all ages running around the hotel the ENTIRE night, throwing garbage, running and screaming through the halls, racing and crashing luggage carts up and down the halls, knocking on doors and running away ALL night. The hotel staff refused to intervene and literally stated, ”There's nothing we can do.”. There was garbage all over the hotel and groups of drunk, belligerent adults openly drinking in the lobby and in the hotel hallways. The pool was full of unattended children of all ages, which is so sickeningly unsafe, and the staff did nothing to intervene. As a Hilton Honors member for more than 10 years, I have never experienced anything even remotely like this at any other Hilton property. Entirely inexcusable. The hotel staff at the desk even told us it was like that every weekend and a child actually pushed a staff member the weekend before and caused a spinal fracture to the employee. He just kept saying he wished he could help, but there was nothing he could do. There are a lot of other hotels in the area, and I would advise staying at one of them.
