We had a fantastic stay at the Panoramika Design and Spa Hotel. The staff at the reception could not have been nicer or more helpful. Whatever we needed (a taxi, directions, questions answered, etc. ) they were there to help. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite which was among the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in anywhere. It was spacious, beautiful, and clean, with a gorgeous bathroom to match. We had one day of rain and it was a delight to hang out in that room! The view of the city from our room was also spectacular. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the Sky Bar for both drinks and meals. The views were gorgeous and the food was very good. If I had to be critical, I would say that I wish the breakfast had a little more to offer, particularly fresh fruit. The only fruit I saw were oranges, apples, and bananas, but something like strawberries would have been great in cereal. I do understand, though, that breakfast for the Macedonians is usually just burek, so maybe that was why they had what they did. In any event, we would highly recommend this awesome hotel!

3+ estrella. Sala para mejoras. I was going to do 3 but felt it hard. Let me explain. As for other reviews the hotel is often unmanned. Just as well there was WiFi as we were able to correct 2 issues by phone. (chequeo y corte de energía) Había reservado un gemelo y se le dio un doble. No se nos dio ninguna instrucción para el desayuno, por suerte la dama de la mañana pudo ayudar y dar copos de desayuno (la dama era la limpiadora?) Así que todas las cuestiones anteriores podrían haber sido resueltas por el personal de recepción presente o mejor comunicación. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Parecía un tipo muy amigable. Creo que habríamos tenido una mejor experiencia si estuviera presente. Así que valorado generoso 4/5 . Pero una mejor comunicación podría hacerlo más positivo. (Me quedaría de nuevo, ya que todavía proporcionaba un buen valor)
