Buen hotel en general. Estaría de nuevo. Sólo la razón por la que rangé las instalaciones bajas es comparandolas con otros hoteles. Era limpio, bastante nuevo y seguro. También estaba cerca de muchas atracciones de Cebu City. Le recomendaría quedarse aquí

La habitación es muy limpia. La cama es muy cómoda. La suite Jr. es inexpensable y es espaciosa. La bañera tiene que ser mantenida. La cocina y el personal de espera del hotel no son grandes. Por ejemplo, el agua de servicio es a menudo sucia. Hay a menudo platos sucios. El personal de espera está por debajo de la par, a menudo no proporciona el servicio básico (serviendo el agua sucia o limpiando los platos sucios). El personal de mantenimiento de la casa es muy amable y hace un gran trabajo. Creo que por el precio es una gran opción para un hotel.

From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

Una decisión impulsiva del día nos llevó a reservar una habitación Suite Spa Amuma en Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort. Al registrarnos, nos dieron una habitación Premier que está a poca distancia a pie de la playa. No nos importó el cambio porque el precio de la habitación es más de lo que habíamos reservado, aunque no tenía 50 metros cuadrados en comparación con la suite Spa, pero tiene una bañera muy grande y está en un edificio nuevo. El desayuno buffet estaba incluido, que no es tan abundante, pero está bien para el precio de la habitación y el gusto es adecuado para los filipinos. También probamos su pizza en Cafe Delfinos y estaba bien. Lo que no nos gustó fueron los cócteles que simplemente sabían a jugo de naranja y no al Tequila Sunrise que esperaba. El servicio del personal fue encomiable en la implementación de los protocolos de salud al momento del check-in, pero cuando en el área de la playa y el área de la piscina, hay multitudes de personas (tenga cuidado con DEMASIADOS usuarios diarios y usuarios de membresía, los huéspedes internos son los que deben adapt**** 😂) no están siguiendo los protocolos y solo fueron observados por seguridad y no fueron llamados. Además, quien necesita mejorar es la asistente del spa, ya que tiende a pelear con la clientela (durante mi sesión de gimnasio porque estaba pidiendo un vaso de papel para agua y pañuelos para poder limpiar las máquinas que usé, pero ella es muy arrogante al comunic****). y los asistentes de los servicios de limpieza, ya que se olvidaron de poner agua de cortesía en nuestra habitación y cucharaditas para café / té. La playa tampoco es propicia para nadar (solo para sumergirse), está bastante sucia y espera que los forasteros le ofrezcan ir de isla en isla.

Nuevo edificio, agradables y espaciosas habitaciones, limpiarán todos los días y cambian toallas. Rellenas de café y agua. Completas instalaciones con su propia cocina frigorífico de agua y zona de comedor. Nice camas dobles. Vista de la ciudad 😍 y bonita piscina. El hotel dispone de un restaurante con un gran menú y 360 vistas a la ciudad.

PROS: -Spacious room and is aesthetically clean. -With WiFi -Complete basic amenities -With Microwave -With big drawers where you can hang your clothes. -Two tables and chairs inside. -Quiet even at night until morning since it is located a few meters along the highway. -friendly and approachable staff(except the woman at the reception on Dec. 3rd around 12 pm ish upon check out, didn't even know how to wear a smile and greet the guest.) CONS: -A little bit pricey for a single room considering that it's a bit far from Fuente circle, malls and fast foods. -No TV inside(so be ready to be bored when you're just staying inside. 🤣) -WiFi is slow specifically on the 8th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and probably recommend it to everybody.

If you looking for a hotel that can you make your staycation comfortable and safety then Moalboal Tropics is highly recommend. Their staff are accommodating their food are sumptuous yet affordable. The rooms are spacious. The pool is nice it has 2ft for the kids and 4ft for the adults and also it has slide to enjoy while you swimming to the pool. It was great to visit here we will be back as soon as we could.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Such a beautiful resort !!! I didn’t get the most welcoming check in but Ralph checked in my friend and he got a room right away. We switched to Ralph and he handed everything to quickly and there was room available for us as well . He’s so competent, approach and very warm towards the guest . Aside the check in, the breakfast has lots of options , cocktails bars / happy hours Monday to Thursday great deal !! I loved Salt and sky bar on the rooftop, the sunset view amazing . Paddle board , kayaking and the 8 different pools that we tested . Want grill menu , amazing, and the waiter will bring your cocktail to the beach as well. Over the friendly staff made the trip so enjoyable and the other guest , mainly Korean so friendly and kind. I had the best Christmas on this resort and I can’t wait to return back with my husband.

perfect position in front of PUV and ayala mall. the installation are great. the swimming pool was not too crowded. the restarant is nice but over priced buffet. the staff is welcomong. the ”pre checkin” is a ****t. 1- i won't give my bank card information on your website... so the process can not be done. 2- anyway the checkin machines in the lobby are all disconnected. sell them for scrap.
