We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

Останавливались на одну ночь, вечером и утром были в аутлете. С 7 до 10 европейский завтрак с роскошными гигантскими круасанами и вкуснейшими пончиками. Вещи утром сложили в багажную комнату и занимались шоппингом. Заранее вызвали такси и все успели. К сожалению поздно оценили наличие бассейна. Отличные авторские шампуни и мыло. Это лучшее предложение в этом районе. Из ресторана вечером 5 минут

Nos hemos quedado aquí dos veces antes. Es un hotel de carácter en un hermoso ambiente. No tiene algunas instalaciones modernas. Nos sorprendió enterarse de que se había cancelado nuestra reserva de restaurante debido a la “manutención de la cocina” Pero cuando llegamos la historia real, tenían una reserva de grupo de un club de propietario Porsche que estaban siendo servidos un banquete En el jardín. No podemos volver a Porsche, pero espero que vuelvan a ver a otros clientes, porque ahora nos veremos en otro lugar.
