Broome Time Resort

Cable Beach|A 0.97km de la Roebuck Bay
in Oct 21 we had made a booking at Broome Time Resort (BRT) for a group of 6 of us for 3 days from 25 -29 June 22 after returning from a Kimberley Hiking Tour. After immediately receiving the Booking Confirmation in Oct 21 we believed our accommodation would be available when we arrived A day before we actually left for the walking tour BRT allowed us to leave some of our bags with them (much appreciated ) and on these we were required to label the bags with our name, number as well as the check in and check out dates of our upcoming booking (still have the bag tag) However while we were on the Tour and completely out of communication (ie NO Reception for emails or Phone Calls) BRT cancelled our booking. Although once we were back in Reception and at the BRT Check in desk we could see that they had tried to contact us 2 days before we turned up - as planned and booked for as in Oct 21 - to find our Booking cancelled and we had no where to stay We were initially told there were No rooms available but after questioning why our booking was cancelled at all and where we were meant to find accommodation on such short notice - thankfully 3 rooms were found for the one night so our group of 6 could stay (at least for this night) Although 4 of our group had to find accommodation elsewhere for the following night Besky (the Duty Manager) was able to get us all 6 of us back into BRT for the remainder of our stay (again much appreciated) However we can't be the only group to make a booking at BRT (well in advance and receive a booking confirmation) go on a trip to the Kimberley - therefore being out of communication for the majority of the trip and definitely 2 days before (we were at Purnululu) so I'm not sure why BRT wouldn't know or expect this and have another process - or whey they would cancel it at all before our booked check in date. Still have not received any explanation as to why the booking was cancelled - and even so - as the booking confirmation was received and they had our bags (with check in/ check out dates) on them whey they would cancel our booking

La habitación era muy confortable, muy confortable y muy confortable. Nos disfrutamos de tener 5 piscinas en el resort (tenía pequeñas piscinas de lazo justo frente a los apartamentos) o podrías utilizar las grandes piscinas en la sección principal.

Este pequeño y privado resort es perfecto para las familias, ya que los bungalows se configuran como ”un hogar lejos de casa”. El hotel dispone de una zona de 2 estrellas con 2 habitaciones. A beautiful peaceful location in a lovely tropical setting. The villas were furnished very well and were spacious and very clean. The pool was lovely and a great place to spend a lazy morning. It's a bit out of the way of shops etc, a car is a necessity but the resort has one to rent so that would make it easy for those without a vehicle. I'd heartily recommend the Billi.

TLDR: Parece ser popular con los que se quedan a largo plazo. No espere ayuda con los problemas a menos que en nombre de primera mano con la gestión, las habitaciones son “demasiado baratas” para eso. La idea detrás de la baja calificación es que si no hubiese habido problemas durante mi estancia, habría calificado el lugar como media, y si mi problema hubiera sido tratado de manera diferente habría dado al lugar una buena calificación. La habitación es muy baja, y sólo hay dos camas de abajo en una pequeña habitación azul. Cuando llegué, sin embargo, me conocí pronto a dos chicas que me informaron que no estaban en mi habitación, en la que cuatro chicas, incluidas yo, estaban en mi habitación, pero se iban a mudar pronto y por ahora sólo estaban guardando sus cosas en la habitación. No quería hacer un culo, así que no lo hice con la gestión en primer lugar, pero me molestó, porque eso significaba que no sólo cuatro personas vinieron y iban a la habitación, a veces muy tarde, sino seis. Me sentí que pagar el precio completo por un cuarto con dos personas extras en el que apenas parecía justo, así que le dije a la dirección. La respuesta de la dirección era ahogar que no lo había hecho antes, y luego buscar a las otras chicas que se quedaban en mi habitación para preguntarles sobre eso. Cuando no pudieron encontrarlos, me informaron que mirarían en ella y volverían a verme el día siguiente. Dejé mi bolsa detrás de la recepción para llegar más tarde y les dije que volvería a las 5:00. Cuando regresé a la persona que hablé no estaba allí, pero la persona en la recepción me dijo que no recibiría ninguna compensación porque: ya había pagado, la habitación era realmente barata, y no podían controlar si las niñas hicieran esto. No me he arguido porque no había decisión de cambiar. No me quedé en una habitación de cuatro camas, pero también se utilizaba como un depósito. Aquí hay una vibración muy larga, así que el personal y los huéspedes están cerca y parecen amigos. La zona de piscina es muy bonita y las toallas son en su mayoría limpias.
