Cost was slightly better than the nearby holiday inn express, reviews from other guests said customer service was great. Holiday inn customer service was not saying it was good. One night stay, didn’t have much time to check anything our spa related. Walked through the ******. Be advised ****** allows smoking. Luggage rack in individual room was a little loose, but held up. Details didn’t explain if there was an indoor pool, front desk said yes, however it was under construction. No complaints because it was only a one night stay. We will come back. Customer services all around was superb. Just unclear on the digital offerings when searching online that needs to be understood better.

Pasamos por Indiana a Missouri, cuando cruzamos en Iowa, la primera ciudad que tuvimos, estabamos listos para parar y asentar por la noche, había sido un largo viaje por el invierno y el viento como el viento.
