There was some confusion with my booking through Trip.com. I had already paid Trip.com for accommodation and breakfast, and I did not realise at first that this was only a prepayment to Trip.com to secure the booking, and that I would still need to pay the hotel directly at the front desk, with a refund to come later from Trip.com.
Your front desk team were very patient and professional in helping me contact Trip.com and clarify the situation so that I could understand why another payment at the hotel was required. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service.

YYee33I had a wonderful stay at Dormy Inn! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the city. I highly recommend the free supper noodle—so delicious. Definitely will come back on my next visit to Kobe!

MMairyOur stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening.
Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean.
Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅
I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now!
We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in((
Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is old yet classic. Everything is in general well maintained, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The hotel may not be so accessible compared with those in Sannomiya, but the hotel offers shuttle bus to Sannomiya daily and Shin-Kobe on weekends. It helps you get around and go to the train stations. However, do note that the bus may be full sometimes. But even so or if you miss the bus, it won’t be long to walk to Kobe (Rapid and Special Rapid) or Motomachi (Rapid), depending on the train you need to take. I really like the view. Even the room not facing the sea has a nice view both during the day and night. The Meriken park is also just downstairs.
The hotel has a free self-service laundry and a Family Mart, but there are limited items to buy after 8 PM since no staff will be there. Another limitaiton is that the gym and the food service both close after 10 PM, if I recall correctly.

RRas YenLocation is quite a walk from the station especially with extreme strong wind. The bed is hard with thin pillow, but this hotel offers unlimited drinks (coffee, tea) and FREE breakfast! That got 5 stars plus points from us!

UUsuario invitadoHotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.

DdcmcszAproximadamente 15 minutos’ a pie de Shin Kobe JR. 10 minutos’ a pie de Sanomiya. Situación era ok. La habitación no era demasiado pequeña. Medio limpio, máquina de café y instalaciones disponibles en el lobby.
El primer día tuvo problemas con WiFi en la habitación. El escritorio del frente no tenía solución a mi pregunta telefónica. Después de informar a CTrip, horas después, un personal de habla chino vino a mi puerta para ayudarme. Y el problema se resuelve. El día siguiente, el hotel envió una nota que me pidió una respuesta al tema, que fue un gesto profesional y agradable.
El desayuno era una cadena de comida rápida conectada al lobby.
A unos veinte minutos a pie de la estación JR de la nueva Junta; unos diez minutos de la casa de tres palacios, no parece que haya estación de metro cercana; hotel económico, la habitación no es muy pequeña, tiene un aire acondicionado;
La primera noche, la tarde, descubrió que no podía utilizar el Wi-Fi en la habitación; la recepción telefónica sólo sería una lástima; después de haber hablado con Trip.com, había empleados chinos a la puerta por la noche y resolveron el problema; el día siguiente, el hotel también preguntó sobre el comentario; este es un buen servicio, después de todo, si es su Excelencia, o más profesional; No como los tres torbellinos de Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma en Kyoto, las instalaciones del hotel son problemáticas y no hay problema.
Las instalaciones son generales, hay que tenerlas; hay artículos de lavar el piso primero, y los dientes de un solo plato de tamaño de la bolsa son muy convenientes; la mañana es una casa de vacaciones junto al hall, para comprar más;
Los empleados de la recepción pueden comunicarse en inglés; el primer día recibo mis gafas con un poco de lentitud, y le diga que sí. La experiencia global es buena, al fin y al cabo no es caro.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .
