A great experience for my stay here! Breakfast are great with so many varieties and choices. Gym equipment is amazing. Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. Very convenient access via carpark to the mall. Will definitely recommend to others.

The hotel was a 15 mins drive away from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. For the price paid I think it is quite decent, however, I was quite surprised that there were no hand towels inside the bathroom in each unit. It seems that you would need to request for the smaller towels. No conditioner as well - good to bring your own if you need it. There is also a smoking room in the lobby, although covered, the lobby smells of smoke which was quite unpleasant. Wish they would remove the room totally as guests can smoke outside the building should they wish to do so. Perhaps it was due to the school holidays as the housekeeping for all our rooms was not done when we got back at 2pm for a rest. The service staff were friendly and the hotel had a great breakfast spread!

I stayed here during a long public holiday weekend in Singapore, and honestly… don’t expect too much. 😂 I specifically requested a room with two beds, but I got only one bed. I also requested a high floor, but got a low floor instead. So I guess my requests were just suggestions. 😂 The in-room Google device was another story. I tried talking to it, but it seemed to understand absolutely nothing I said. Maybe we were speaking completely different languages. 😂 In the end, I just gave up. I stayed with a friend, so there were two of us in the room. We were given 2 large towels, 1 small towel and 1 bath mat. Honestly, I have no idea what the one small towel was supposed to be for. 😂 For two people, it’s basically useless. Next time, you might as well not give us one — at least we won’t have to figure out how two people are supposed to share one tiny towel. 😂 And then came breakfast… Breakfast was extremely chaotic and crowded. The most ridiculous part was when an auntie literally took our table while my friend and I were getting food. We had already taken the table. We didn’t leave the restaurant or anything — we were literally just a few steps away getting our food. But she came over and sat at our table anyway, as if it was suddenly hers. 😂 The staff saw what happened but basically just stood there and watched. We didn’t argue with her or make a scene. We simply moved to another table because honestly, it wasn’t worth the trouble. 😂 As for the breakfast itself, it wasn’t good, but it was edible. So… I guess that’s something. 😂 Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you come with very low expectations. 😂 If you decide to stay here, I’d recommend NOT booking the room with breakfast included. Sleep in, wake up late, and go somewhere else for lunch. Honestly, you’ll probably have a better experience. Overall, not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but definitely not somewhere I’d be excited to come back to. 😂

We had a lovely stay at HARRIS Hotel & Suites Batam! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a great choice for our family trip. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore Batam and visit nearby malls and attractions. We especially enjoyed the spacious room, which was perfect for our family to relax and recharge after a long day of exploring. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel made our stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you, HARRIS Hotel & Suites Batam, for being part of our little family getaway. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Batam! Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. ✨

Good location, but disappointed with the toilet issue This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I still really like the place. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also has a café, and the menu is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful when we raised our concerns. However, there were two issues that made me disappointed during this stay. Firstly, the toilet door was a little loose. Every time we closed the door, it would open again by itself, so it could not stay properly closed. Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We informed the staff, and they did help us to improve the situation, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell came back again the next day. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel with a great location and facilities. I hope the management can look into these toilet issues more thoroughly to improve the experience for future guests.

It has been our hotel to go to. Nagoya shopping centre within reach. Alot of nearby shops. However, this time round, the room was not thoroughly clean and we found previous stayer clothes tag on the side table. The towel looks old and the flooring have holes. The furnishing looks old. Otherwise, breakfast was ok.

My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

The cleanliness of the room is very terrible. With door unable to close properly and the toilet seat is broken. Bed was alright. However, theres no sound proof. You can hear the room next door shower. But the location is very superb. About 5-10minutes to the mall and the market. Very convenient Theres also in room massage. Quite cheap but not that quality

The location is fantastic. Everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. Only issue we had was the bathroom bidet was leaking badly which meant that the bathroom floor was flooded. No towels had been put into the room. However housekeeping and maintenance service was efficient and very quick. Within minutes of our call to reception towels were provided and the bidet was replaced. I was ill and requested a later check out which was quickly granted with a small charge. Thanks guys. Will definitely stay there again
