El hotel ofrece un servicio muy acogedor y cálido a todos los empleados, nos sentíamos muy agradables y disfrutamos de un maravilloso tiempo durante nuestra estancia de 3 días. El desayuno bufé tiene muchas opciones y muy delicioso (uno debe probar) La ubicación es fantástica, ya que el próximo bloque es el Grand Batam Mall, muchos restaurantes y tiendas a 5 minutos a pie. Atrapa el centro de Nagoya o el amor por la comida del mar, etc.. todos en pocos minutos. Seguramente que nos quedaremos de nuevo cuando regresemos Batam 🤠

After a friendly & fast registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet which was fine since we were an hour early. Decided to have coffee at the hotel's coffeehouse while we waited. About 15 minutes later the very nice front desk officer (didn't take down his name, sorry!) actually came over to our table with our room key to let us know our room was ready. Our room was a smoking room on the 17th floor. It was a very decent sized room with a comfortable extra sized king bed & large tv screen. Fridge & aircon was cold, bathrobes & slippers provided. Loved that each side of the bed had power outlets. The bathroom mirror has backlit lights that are controlled with a touch button on the mirror itself. Water pressure & water temperature control were great. The shower stall was big, which I appreciate. I have to make a special mention about breakfast. Halfway through our meal, we saw some of the staff standing by the wall. They stood evenly spaced out all through the restaurant. I thought, hmm, maybe a vip is coming. Music came on, so then i thought somebody's birthday? My jaw dropped a bit when they started dancing haha. I've gone to dinners that came with a show but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast show. Bravo though to all the staff for being so sporting!! Not sure if breakfast needed a show but it was certainly very entertaining lol. Food was good, amazing spread with lots of variety. Seating was spaced out so it didn't feel cramped. Lovely decor & quick on the plate clearing. All in all, this was a very good stay. My first time at a harris property & definitely won't be my last.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado en. Me gustan los interruptores, realmente intuitivo. Las sockets eran internacionales, así que fue genial. La piscina era agradable y limpia y también había una sauna! Así que si alguien quiere saber, el centro comercial está detrás del hotel y puede salir de la parte de atrás del hotel. Fotos sabias, sólo pongo estas pocas como las otras cosas están en el video 😅

La habitación era espaciosa y limpia con una decoración sencilla. La cama de tamaño rey con baños y pantalones de baño. La presión del agua era buena. El aire y el refrigerador estaban fríos. La puerta no funcionó, así que sólo usamos la cadena. Lo que era bueno porque las tarjetas clave sólo te llevaron a un piso específico, así que no nos preocupamos demasiado. El restaurante para el desayuno era agradable y brillante con una buena variedad de comida. Muy rápido para limpiar las placas. Sólo había un poco de espera para sentarse, pero entender por qué, como era un fin de semana y creo que era una casa completa.

The hotel's location is its greatest advantage and was the main reason I chose to stay here. Overall, my experience was excellent. The service was attentive, and the food was of a high standard. I have a couple of suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. Room 119 could be converted into a fitness room, as the hotel currently does not have a gym. Since the room is at ground level, the curtains cannot be fully opened without compromising guests' privacy, as people walking past can easily see inside. Additionally, offering an in-room massage service would be a valuable amenity and would provide greater convenience for guests looking to relax during their stay.

Convenient location near Grand Batam Mall and eateries. A good and tasty breakfast spread is provided, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They even extended our checkout time to 1pm when requested. However, the rooms at Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam Hotel constantly smell of cigarette smoke. We have requested and issued a non-smoking room on a non-smoking level, but the smoke smell keeps coming back from the toilet, even though we have aired the room. The pillows and blankets do have a lingering cigarette stench as well. It's definitely unacceptable for a non-smoking floor and rooms. Also, the towels are looking quite tired with frills and discolouration. Hopefully, the hotel will look into improving the air quality in the rooms and hallways of non-smoking levels and refreshing the towels.
