The hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff is super friendly. There's tons of food, amenities, and two malls within walking distance. The room is very big with all the basics, and the bed is huge and soft. Some shops even deliver to the hotel for convenience. The hotel is keyless and feels safe. The location is also easy for Grab drivers to find. Overall my stay is satisfied! 😊

I had a really comfortable stay at Biz Hotel Batam. The location is super convenient for getting around the city and close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean,strong AC, fast WiFi. Staff were friendly and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Batam.

La limpieza de la habitación es muy terrible. Con puerta no puede cerrar correctamente y el asiento de la toalla está roto. La cama estaba bien. Sin embargo, no hay prueba de sonido. Puede oír la habitación en la puerta de la ducha. Pero la ubicación es muy bonita. Aproximadamente 5-10minutes al centro comercial y al mercado. Muy conveniente También hay en el masaje de la habitación.

Had a pleasant stay at during my trip to Batam. Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days.

El hotel está en una zona de vacaciones muy bien situada. 1. Baño bajar un poco huele. Necesito mejorar 2. Requiere depósito para el alojamiento. Pls mejora la opción de depósito por medio de créditos de tarjetas / banco en transferencia como alternativa para el cliente a pagar. Porque los extranjeros necesitan dinero para comprar en su país. Si la gestión acepta sólo el efectivo, usted reduce la economía de Indonesia, porque cada valor de efectivo para compras en lugar de conservar depósito. Otros yo invitado bien y bueno para ir.

環境很好，周邊配套很完善，有很多好吃的，以後來還會再繼續住在這裏的，推薦大家在這裏住。。。。。。。。。
