Hoteles en Lourdes con desayuno

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. The staff did not let us wait for long and it was the fastest check in I ever experienced! I only booked for a double room but they gave us a family room which is so spacious. The room is clean and got the basics. The staff are friendly and accomodating and helpful. We did enjoyed our stay here and will definetly book here again.

🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado También bueno mencionar, me sorprendió cuando dos hermosos empleados me dijeron al comprobar que mi reserva vino con un desayuno, pensé que acabaron de cometer un error y así que me aclaré que no incluí el desayuno ya que voy a pasar la mayor parte de mi tiempo fuera y yo tenía un vuelo temprano a París, pero insistieron y se fueron al tope diciendo: «Pueden hacer un sándwich o empaquetar un desayuno ligero con frutas para mí», un servicio sorprendente y excelente, de hecho. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la catedral, tiendas y restaurantes.

El hotel estuvo bien, la calidad de atención más o menos, algunas personas no fueron muy amables y por último debo decir que la habitación tenía la peor ubicación, literal era la última del último nivel con vista a un estacionamiento de buses.

The best was its location to the Sanctuary of Lourdes  ant its closeness to shops & restaurants. The room was a huge size for 2. Bed was comfortable, carpet needs freshen up with shampoo. Toilet was roomy very clean. Worst  - was no early check in consideration since there were no other customers checking in from 1200-1500h. Other five stars hotels were far more considerate  in my experience. I just sat on the sofa, very unwelcoming reception.  When you wanted to update on the news or watch drama no English channel.  Hotels should cater to costumers needs not personalized for a country. Very frustrating.  I might still recommend this place. There’s always a way for improvement.

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

La recepcionista fue súper amable y atenta; incluso me registró temprano, así que muchas gracias. El Sr. Miguel, el recepcionista, era un hombre encantador, pero el Sr. Jan, el recepcionista, era un poco duro al responder a la gente y trataba a los huéspedes como si fueran tontos. Me entristeció mucho ver eso delante de mí. La habitación es bonita, grande y está bien cuidada. El desayuno cuesta 10 euros e incluye fruta variada, salchichas de cerdo, tortilla, jamón, queso y otros productos básicos; es el mismo todos los días. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de la Basílica de Lourdes, lo que lo convierte en una estancia ideal para quienes deseen visitar Santa Lourdes.

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

La ubicación es excelente 👍 a solo 4 minutos a pie de la parada del autobús lanzadera del aeropuerto (justo enfrente del Hotel Paradis). El trayecto dura 15 minutos y solo se puede pagar con tarjeta. Limpieza de la habitación: caminamos descalzos por la habitación y en segundos se nos llenaron los pies de suciedad. Parece que el suelo no se limpia desde hace mucho tiempo, pero el resto de los baños, la ropa de cama y los utensilios de cocina estaban limpios y completos. La cama es cómoda. Lamentablemente, tuvimos que acortar nuestra estancia a solo una noche y volver corriendo a casa. Menos mal que este lugar tiene ascensores para personas con discapacidad o mayores. 🤩
