«En general estoy satisfecho con la ubicación y la actitud de servicio al cliente del personal de recepción. UUsuario invitadoWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Humble Boutique Hotel from March 30 to April 5, 2026, for our first sightseeing trip to Taipei. We would like to express our genuine gratitude for the hospitality we received during our six-day visit. Commendable Service & Hospitality The true highlight of our stay was the staff. From the concierge and housekeeping teams to the gym and restaurant staff, everyone worked diligently to ensure the hotel ran smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the team’s English proficiency; communication was seamless, making us and the many international guests we encountered feel very much at home. We would like to extend a special thank you to: * Kaley, Tina, and Mary at the restaurant for their attentive service. * Our dedicated housekeeper (the kind lady from Vietnam) who looked after our room on the 9th floor. Excellent Facilities & Location * Prime Accessibility: The hotel’s location in the central district is incredibly convenient. Being just steps away from the MRT station made our sightseeing effortless, and the 30-minute shuttle ride from the airport was very efficient. COMPACT GYM: It’s compact but contains most of the equipments I need including treadmill, stairclimbers, Multi- purpose gym stations and dumbbell.  WARM SWIMMING POOL: nice, long and warm - the water is kept at a temperature of 28 degree. Towel will be provided. Make sure to bring your own swimming hat if you prefer to swim. * Accommodations: Our corner King Room on the 9th floor was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a very cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. * Wellness & Dining: We enjoyed the well-equipped, compact gym and the lovely heated pool, which was maintained at a comfortable 28°C. Furthermore, the semi-buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor was a daily highlight. Each of the five main course options was delicious and well-prepared. Constructive Reflections In the spirit of helpfulness, we noticed two small areas for potential improvement. First, the installation of a few coin-operated laundry machines would be a wonderful convenience for long-term travelers. Second, as the hotel is so centrally located, there is some audible road noise even on the higher floors; however, this is understandable given the prime location. FINAL We would rate our experience a 9.5/10. Had there been laundry facilities, it would have been a perfect 10. The Humble Boutique Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Taipei. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable.

Even further, the hotel offers the bath salt for relaxation that reduces my muscle stress. Moreover, it offers a small baby chair for me to take shower with full convenience! UUsuario invitadoExcellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

UUsuario invitado1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es muy práctica: se tarda entre 10 y 15 minutos andando en llegar a la estación de metro, atravesando la zona principal de Ximending, lo cual es ideal para pasear y mirar escaparates. Además, la parada del autobús directo a la Calle Antigua de Jiufen está a solo diez minutos a pie. El ambiente y las instalaciones están bien; de hecho, me he alojado aquí más de tres veces en los últimos diez años. Sin embargo, el servicio de respuesta es algo lento. GGinLEl hotel está muy bien situado. El primer piso es Ximending La estación principal de Taipei está a 10 minutos a pie. Hay un gran 7-11, que es conveniente para comprar bocadillos de medianoche. Primera vez que me alojo en una habitación de hotel larga Hay un pequeño sofá entre las dos camas, que está bien para ver la televisión, pero no hay nada que ver. El hotel acaba de ser renovado y está muy limpio. También hay un baño inteligente. Desventajas: No hay suficiente espacio para colgar la ropa, ni en el baño ni en la habitación. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular y siempre está demasiado frío. Solo puedo apagarlo. El aislamiento acústico es un poco pobre pero aún así es recomendable quedarse 👍🏻

Había un 7-Eleven justo afuera del vestíbulo, y justo enfrente estaban el distrito comercial Ximen, una farmacia y un Family Mart, lo que lo convertía en un lugar ideal para salir y divertirse. Sin embargo, había un aspecto negativo: las condiciones sanitarias del hotel. La habitación que nos asignaron originalmente tenía moscas muertas en el baño y en la cama, e incluso había algunas moscas volando y posadas en las paredes. No me gustan mucho los insectos, así que le pedí a mi esposo taiwanés que se quejara en el vestíbulo y conseguimos otra habitación del mismo tipo. Sin embargo, esa habitación seguía teniendo basura en el suelo y el baño olía un poco a moho. Volví a quejarme, pero me dijeron que no había otras habitaciones disponibles, así que desistí. El personal fue muy amable, pero no creo que vuelva a alojarme en este hotel. Me sorprendió un poco la calidad de la habitación por la que pagué 46.000 yenes.

UUsuario invitadoMuy buen servicio porque el fin de semana el hotel en el que nos hospedamos originalmente no tenía espacio para quedarnos otros 3 días. Nos mudamos aquí a las 11 de la mañana y pudimos hacer el check-in. no era grande, pero estaba bien. El aire acondicionado estaba muy frío y no se podía encender. Era un hotel grande. Es fácil subir y bajar del auto en la carretera. Ventanas que dan a la calle. El desayuno es relativamente sencillo.
