🥹🥹🥹 Mi estancia en el Arclight, a orillas del río Jialing, superó mis expectativas. El diseño de toda la habitación es elegante y refinado, con ventanales que dan directamente a los dos ríos. La vista al atardecer y durante la hora azul es absolutamente impresionante. La bañera junto a la cama y los lavabos dobles son muy prácticos, y la distribución del espacio es muy lógica. Las instalaciones son completas, con equipamiento de estándar de cinco estrellas; el gimnasio está limpio y no hay mucha gente, y también hay una lavandería, lo cual es conveniente para los viajeros. La merienda crea un ambiente increíble, replicando por completo la tranquilidad del sur de Italia～～～ Es muy recomendable tanto para viajeros solitarios que buscan privacidad como para familias. ¡¡¡Es perfecto!!! El espacio para estar solo es tranquilo y cómodo, con un aroma suave. Disfrutar de un baño o de una copa es muy relajante, sin tener que preocuparse por las pequeñas cosas. El cansancio de todo el viaje se disipó, fue una estancia muy reconfortante… 🥰🥰🥰

Ubicación y transporte: El hotel está en Chaotianmen, justo encima de la boca 1 de la línea 1 del metro. Cerca también está la estación de autobuses de Chaotianmen, que es una estación de salida. Si te mueves principalmente en transporte público, es una excelente opción. Si tomas un taxi, la ubicación a indicar es Guangda Holdings Chaotianmen Center. Vistas desde la ventana: El hotel ocupa las plantas 44 a 49 del edificio. Nosotros nos alojamos en la planta 49, con unas vistas espectaculares del río Yangtze y el puente Dongshuimen. La recepción está en la planta 44, desde donde se ven el río Jialing y el puente Qiansimen, así como el Cloud Park Giant Swing en Raffles City. Desde el restaurante de desayunos se puede ver el edificio donde se encuentra la plataforma de observación Cloud Eye. Instalaciones de la habitación: Las habitaciones son amplias y están bien equipadas. Apenas usamos la televisión. En la mesa había una bandeja de té y botellas de agua gratuitas. La habitación también tenía un mini-bar y un purificador de aire. El mini-bar no solo refrigeraba, sino que también tenía un pequeño compartimento para congelar. En la habitación con dos camas dobles, cada persona tenía a mano interruptores para la iluminación y las cortinas, así como un enchufe de dos polos, uno de tres polos, uno USB y uno Type-C, lo que permitía cargar varios dispositivos simultáneamente y satisfacer diferentes necesidades de carga. El baño tiene ducha y WC separados, lo que evita molestias. La tapa del inodoro se abre y cierra automáticamente, y el inodoro se descarga solo, sin necesidad de tocarlo con las manos. Si traes comida para llevar, el hotel también puede ayudarte a calentarla. Servicio del personal: Tanto el personal de recepción como las señoras de la limpieza fueron muy amables. Siempre sonreían y saludaban, y atendían cualquier solicitud de inmediato. Incluso si llamábamos a recepción en mitad de la noche, siempre respondían. El servicio fue excelente. Después de hacer el check-in, podías escanear un código para añadir al asistente personal por WeChat, quien podía ayudarte a reservar excursiones. En resumen, mi experiencia general en este hotel fue excelente, ¡una relación calidad-precio inmejorable! La próxima vez que venga a Chongqing, volveré a elegir este hotel.

Después de buscar varios hoteles cerca de Jiefangbei, finalmente elegí este y me quedé tres noches. ¡Definitivamente fue la decisión correcta! Al principio me preocupaba que hospedarme cerca de Jiefangbei afectara mi descanso, pero aquí se duerme muy tranquilo por la noche, probablemente debido a que está en un piso alto. La habitación es espaciosa y la ropa de cama es muy suave, no hace ruido al moverse. La almohada es la mejor que he probado en muchos hoteles. ¿Por cierto, de qué marca es la almohada de espuma viscoelástica que tienen? Realmente necesito comprar una. El desayuno es bastante variado y puedes disfrutarlo con vistas al río desde la ventana, lo cual es muy agradable. Lo más importante es que la ubicación es increíblemente conveniente. Para ir a los lugares más populares de internet, como Hongyadong, Kuixinglou o Xiahaoli, puedes ir caminando o tomar una parada de metro. Hay muchísimos sitios para comer alrededor del hotel, especialidades locales, Cha Yan Yue Se, Li Ruo Tao, todo a un paso. Además, justo debajo hay un supermercado y una gran farmacia. En resumen, tiene de todo. ¡Un hotel de diez!

We enjoyed this beautifully design hotel very much. The room was very spacious and with lots of luxury and unexpected amenities (eg. Your own cocktails and free premium minibars ). The view from the room was lovely ( we upgraded to the river view room) The whole hotel was like an art gallery...just very unique and beautiful, and was in the middle of the tourist area... Please keep one thing in mind that you may have to walk some steps to get to the hotel coz no car was allowed to get to the front of the hotel, but it was worth it!

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

La habitación del hotel no era muy grande, pero la decoración era única y distintiva. Podíamos llegar a la Plaza Jiefangbei en solo dos minutos. Como hacía calor estos días, después de hacer el check-in, pudimos subir al bar de la planta 29 a tomar una bebida refrescante, ¡genial! Los fideos pequeños de Chongqing del desayuno eran perfectos para los que no somos de allí, y la señora que los cocinaba era muy amable. ¡La lavandería de autoservicio fue muy conveniente!

Me alojé varios días seguidos. La señora de la limpieza venía todos los días y todo estaba bien. Chongqing es un lugar divertido con sitios como Ciqikou y Guanyinqiao, que son muy animados. El hotel ofrecía una caja de artículos útiles con tapas para el inodoro, horquillas, gomas para el pelo, etc. También había guías turísticas, lo cual fue muy, muy conveniente. Si surgía algún problema, siempre podía contactar al personal y lo resolvían con bastante rapidez. Además, se podía dejar el equipaje en el vestíbulo de forma gratuita.

Service overall was very pleasant and worth every penny we paid! All the staff were very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. A special shoutout to Ashe, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and shared some interesting history about the resort and the hotspring with us. We especially enjoyed the food at the resort. 过桥米线 was definitely the star of the meals, and 碳烤冬瓜猪 was also super delicious. I also loved their breakfast, which included several local noodle selections - my favourite was the 豌杂面! A small downside was that some areas outside the main resort area felt a little run-down, and there were mosquitoes in the open-air dining area. However, the restaurant thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent and mosquito coils, so it was manageable overall.

The location is excellent, close to two large shopping malls in Nanan District and Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3, which can take you to various tourist attractions. The room is clean, but the amenities are not well maintained. The service is average, with nothing particularly outstanding. I would look for a better alternative at the same price in Nanan or Yuzhong District.
