Un hotel increíble con un personal excelente. Ubicado a pasos de zonas comerciales concurridas. Las habitaciones tenían un diseño increíble con tecnología de punta. El personal se desvivió por proporcionarme todo lo que necesitaba cuando mi vuelo se retrasó. Es mi segunda vez aquí y sin duda volveré.

Excelente ubicación para alojarse en Chongqing. El personal fue muy servicial y amable. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era muy espaciosa y limpia. Lo único que no me gustó fueron las toallas de papel; no son muy útiles después de la ducha. En general, la experiencia fue realmente genial.

Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí; de hecho, ya lo he recomendado a mis familiares para su próxima visita. Buena ubicación, buen servicio y buenas vistas de los alrededores desde los cuatro lados del edificio.

La habitación era muy elegante y fotogénica, pero la ubicación no era muy conveniente y era un poco ruidosa por las mañanas. Sin embargo, ¡el servicio fue excelente! Ofrecían asistencia con el equipaje y visitas guiadas, servicio de fotógrafo y dulces de cortesía (tangyuan) por la noche, además de cócteles gratuitos, acceso gratuito al salón, té de la tarde y una bolsa de regalo. En resumen, ¡el servicio fue de primera! Muy recomendable.

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

Espectacular. Un hotelazo. El personal super atento, nos recibieron con un té. Nada más ver la recepción sabes que vas a estar en un gran hotel y así es, de los mejores en los que he estado. Habitación amplia, moderna, super limpia. El hotel super cerca de la estación del metro.

Hotel fantástico – repetiré sin duda Todo fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era cómoda y el hotel en general muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El desayuno fue muy bueno, con opciones variadas. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de todo pero en una zona silenciosa. El personal fue muy amable y atento. ¡Una estancia perfecta!

Super buena opción si quieres estar cerca de todo en chongqing. Precio calidad excelente, habitación muy moderna , cuenta también con WC automático, y a destacar la excepcional atención del personal . Súper mega agradables y dispuestos 🤩👍🏼👍🏼 Si volviera a chongqing me alojaría aquí . A tener en cuenta que las vistas no son exactas como indica la web de trip ya que El hotel está entre las plantas 13 y 16 ( por lo que las vistas que se indican en la web son incorrectas ) Una recepción super bonita y moderna que está en la planta 13. Ofrecen servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, pero os recomiendo mejor usar Didi ya que es en bus de linea y luego los últimos 1000 MTS en un coche, pierdes mucho tiempo en ir al centro ya que el bus para varias veces 1 , en Didi en 25 minutos por poco más de 9 euros llegas al hotel sin mareos . Decir que en recepción son super dispuestos y comunicativos . Hotel Muy recomendable!
