藏在竹海山野裏的治癒居所✨ 這次的民宿體驗，完全超出了我的預期，是一段能讓人徹底慢下來的山野時光。 推開房門的瞬間，就被眼前的景緻治癒了。整面牆的落地窗將連綿的竹海、層層疊疊的梯田和蜿蜒的山路都框成了一幅流動的畫，清晨醒來躺在床上就能看見雲霧在山間遊走，傍晚時分夕陽給山林鍍上暖金色，連呼吸都變得格外清新。房間的設計是簡約的原木風，温潤的木質傢俱搭配柔軟的床品，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻處處透着用心。床尾的休閑椅剛好對着窗，窩在上面看看書、發發呆，聽着窗外的鳥鳴和風吹竹葉的沙沙聲，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 公共區域的細節也讓人倍感温暖。窗邊的小几上擺着“世界很大 歡迎回家”的木牌，還有新鮮的橘子和小零食，水培的綠蘿透着生機，瞬間就有了家的親切感。民宿的老闆很熱情，會主動介紹周邊的徒步路線和小眾景點，還會貼心地準備早餐，熱氣騰騰的包子、燒麥搭配爽口的小菜，簡單卻充滿煙火氣，讓人從清晨開始就被温柔以待。 民宿坐落在半山腰，遠離了城市的喧囂，卻又不會太過偏僻，開車十幾分鍾就能到鎮上。周邊的景色四季皆宜，春天有漫山的野花，夏天是避暑的好去處，秋天層林盡染，冬天則能看雪落竹海，無論什麼時候來都能收穫不一樣的美景。晚上躺在床上，沒有城市的光污染，抬頭就能看見漫天繁星，這種久違的靜謐與浪漫，是在高樓林立的城市裡永遠體會不到的。 這次短暫的逃離，讓我重新找回了內心的平靜。這裏沒有網紅打卡點的擁擠，衹有最純粹的自然和最質樸的人情味，適合想要放空、充電的人。如果你也厭倦了城市的快節奏，想要找一處地方好好擁抱自然，這家民宿一定不會讓你失望。我已經開始期待下一次的重逢了。

Un lugar increíble para salir si vives en una ciudad enorme como Shanghai o Hangzhou - un gran entorno con agua que hace ruidos tranquilos, una zona común fría donde puedes hacer bbq, y quizás la mejor parte - los hostes están instalando un fuego, ¡Que evitará el tiempo potencialmente frío para arruinar la pendiente con sus amigos! ¡Recomendación máxima!

Perfect weekend for our friends birthday. The staff were extremely accommodating and took great care of us. They offered us everything we needed and more. The site was super dog friendly and there were lots of fun activities to try. I would recommend that everyone experiences a stay here at least once in their life. 10/10.

這次入住安吉堯珈山禾稻度假酒店體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的好評！一進大門接駁車服務小哥就到了熱情的幫着拿行李，大堂感覺環境特別舒適，裝修風格簡約大氣，燈光和香氛都恰到好處，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽潔白柔軟，摸上去就知道是定期更換清洗的，連衞生間角落和玻璃水漬都處理得很乾凈，細節處能看出酒店的用心。設施方面也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、隔音效果都很棒，晚上睡覺特別安靜。最讓我感動的是服務，前台李總和所有服務員小哥哥小姐姐全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，還主動介紹了整個農場的情況，離店時還送了精心準備的伴手禮，真的有種被重視的感覺。總之，無論是硬件還是軟件都無可挑剔，下次來還會選這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

El establecimiento del árbol Banyan Anji es innegablemente hermoso, apretado en las colinas y los bosques de bambú para ofrecer una escape escenic de la ciudad. Otro punto brillante fue nuestro concierto, Ida, que era absolutamente estupendo, muy respondente y realmente dedicado a hacer nuestra estadía cómoda. Sin embargo, para una tarifa de lujo de la propiedad, la experiencia global es inferior a las normas internacionales de cinco estrellas. La propiedad se encuentra en una atmósfera comercial, de resortes masivos, en lugar de ofrecer el santuario intimado y lento que se espera de una naturaleza de alta finalidad. Es un destino hermoso si esperas una experiencia de resortes más amplia y comercial, pero necesitas un poco más de refinado para competir realmente en un nivel mundial de lujo.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

We booked this hotel because we had seen a lengthy review from another guest who seemed to enjoy their stay. For starters check in was quick, the staff are friendly. Manager CiCi/Sisi (经理) and her team are the best. 滑索(Zipline) What attracted us to the hotel was their zipline experience however it turns out the equipment was broken. Though a day before we had inquired about being able to zip line and we were not informed about this, so we were quite sad. Amenities The amenities aren’t many, probably because the hotel is undergoing maintenance however what’s available is still satisfactory, though it does get quite boring especially in the summer heat when outdoor activities aren’t ideal. Gym is standard Laundry room is okay too Breakfast is satisfactory,nothing too fancy If you need a change of scenery or access to other amenities, I recommend going to JW Marriott it’s 5 minutes away. We had our buffet dinner there, as Anji Treasure Island Nautical hotel (VOCO) doesn’t provide any other meals apart from breakfast. By the way, this hotel is apparently becoming an IHG so I hope our next experience will match IHG standards. Additionally one of the other guests was smoking in the hallway indoor, and entered the elevator with a lit cigarette. Even the staff hadn’t paid attention to it. I hope, as a future IHG hotel they pay close attention to such issues, otherwise it loses credibility. (P.S I’m not blaming the staff but there need to be some smoke detectors especially for indoor smoking ) Environment It’s very quiet, rooms are sound proofed. The exterior environment is very refreshing especially if you came with a purpose of relaxation. Service No complaints, they are amazing . The chefs, waiters, waitresses, receptionist, manager , 保安 all good I hope in the next months when renovations are complete we visit again. We missed our zipline experience and we want to come back for it 😭

這週末和姐妹從杭州過來一個多小時就到了，安吉來野山川裏，真的強推！藏在竹林深處，落地窗正對山谷，躺着就能看雲海，拍照自帶濾鏡，發朋友圈被問爆了。帶閨蜜來，晚上窩床上看電影，超愜意；情侶來更浪漫，對着山景吃頓竹林雞煲，鮮到跺腳，晚上還能看星星。食材都是山裡現摘現挖的，簡單炒都香。不管是朋友結伴還是二人世界，這兒都能待得住。真的很美下次還來！

春假錯峯遊選對別墅，親子游直接封神！獨棟別墅私密性拉滿，庭院超大、綠意環繞，推窗就是茶山與溪流，空氣清新到像天然氧吧。室內空間寬敞通透，親子房熊貓主題佈置超貼心，小童遊樂區、繪本、玩具齊全，娃一進門就撒歡，解放家長雙手，走時管家還送我們熊貓小禮物，娃回家一路好心情，還問下次什麼時候可以再來，給贊[強]

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism.
