La noche pasó la noche y tuvimos que encontrar un lugar donde aterrizar seguro a los tres de nosotros (cuares y perros). No teníamos opción, pero duplicar nuestro presupuesto en la esperanza de obtener una devolución de los que causaron el problema. Encontrámos un buen servicio y un lugar que finalmente nos quedamos una segunda noche y nos recuperamos de la terrible experiencia en calor y cuidar de esta bienvenida muy cómoda.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en este hotel. Nuestra primera estancia fue para 7 noches y el personal y las instalaciones superaron nuestras expectativas. Desde el registro hasta la salida fue maravilloso. No se les pedía demasiado y los que trabajaban en la mesa delantera parecían tener el lema ”la respuesta es sí”. ¿Qué es la pregunta? Y en este entorno de COVID nos sentíamos muy seguros.

Enjoyed every aspect of staying at KPM Hotel and Residences with only one issue. On the last morning I was there, I went down to the restaurant late morning, to have a cup of coffee. I order the coffee and then asked whether I could purchase a pastry to go with the coffee. I made it clear I did not want breakfast but the person indicated that the only pastries were the left overs from breakfast. I had two pastries thinking they were for free and better than nothing. Anyhow, I was charged 7 Euros for the coffee and croissant. Both tasted like left overs from breakfast and when I looked around the pastry cart was gone and my guess is that what was there would have been thrown out. I went to pay thinking it was my fault but then because I wanted to pay by visa card, the waiter said it would be 10 Euro! I mentioned this to the staff member on the desk when I checked out and she agree it was poor service but she still charged me. It was the one big blemish on your excellent hotel and a real pity. Staff need to be able to use some judgement and/or initiative to waiver the cost is situations which ultimately reflect badly on the hotel for the gain of 7 Euros. Anyhow, it would not stop me staying in your hotel but I would be very wary of ordering from the restaurant outside of breakfast or dinner. On a more positive note, the dinner both nights in the Vietnamese restaurant was delightful.

En Beilin, para un par de cumpleaños y de aniversario, desde el momento en que llegamos el hotel no podía ser más amable ni obligatorio...La habitación era magnífica con vistas a la ciudad. El pequeño toque de algunos choques de bienvenida para mi cumpleaños fue hermoso... El desayuno era perfecto y las mesas estaban bien organizadas.. Ovos etc cocinados para ordenar y servidos en su mesa y un buffet completo. Mi sono recata in questo albergo con amici e abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti. All'arrivo lo staff è stato ben disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La camera è come quella riportata nelle foto ben pulita, estremamente calda, dotata di ogni comfort. L'albergo si trova in una zona di Charlottenburg piena di negozi e centri commerciali e ristoranti di diversa tipologia e vicino ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere velocemente le altre parti di Berlino. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio della colazione perchè per noi decisamente troppo caro (19 Euro a persona) . Unica nota dolente e per me è la prima volta che mi succede in un albergo di questo livello è stato la mancanza della pulizia della camera e del bagno dopo la prima notte e il cambio delle salviette. Comunque a parte questo è un albergo che consiglio sia per il personale che per la pulizia che per i servizi.

Las habitaciones del hotel son grandes, limpias, el baño también es grande, las instalaciones están completas, además de la nevera hay una cocina sencilla. También es muy conveniente cuando sales, el metro está abajo, al otro lado está la estación de autobús, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercanos. Hay dos pantalones de aire caliente en el cuarto, una pantalones de baño, el calor está abierto a la habitación y el baño está caliente, no frío. El desayuno es rico y cuatro estrellas. Además de ofrecer un paquete de café con soda de aguardiente y café de la bodega, el hotel también ha puesto dos pequeños paquetes de azúcar QQ, y los remolques de dientes de la bodega de dientes son para su uso.

El hotel está situado a dos bloques de la estación de Savignyplatz, con muchas opciones de compras y comidas en el distrito de Ku’damm. Kadewe está a unos pocos pasos de autobús. Es también dos paradas de autobús desde la estación de zoológico que es un gran autobús y terminal de tren. S9 te lleva directamente a BER si necesitas atrapar un vuelo. El hotel es razonablemente asequible, actualizado y muy limpio. El típico bufete de desayuno europeo incluye muchas opciones como cortes fríos, frutas frescas, pan, huevos abrasados, waffles, bacon, yogurt, etc. El mantenimiento de casas se hace todos los días. El activo más importante es el personal. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Mary K. diligente y rápidamente resuelve nuestra preocupación por el ruido y nos movió a un piso superior.

No puedo tener demasiados negativos sobre este hotel, era sin escena y el personal, especialmente Eduardo, eran más que útiles las lámparas laterales de la cama habría sido un plus como me gustaba leer y tuve que mantener las luces principales cuando mi esposa está tratando de dormir demasiado. El bar nunca se abrió no sabe por qué? Es un poco de viaje a golpear el centro, un taxi de alrededor de 20 euros por hora. Hotel no puedo defectuar, donde está situado puedo, para un turista cerca del hotel hay muy poco, usted necesita atacar un centro que puede añadir al presupuesto.

El personal masculino del turno de noche es muy amable, muy paciente, siempre sonriente y el servicio es muy bueno. Afuera llovió y también me pedí prestado un paraguas. La habitacion era genial mi habitación estaba en el piso superior, había un balcón en la habitación y la cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de la ciudad, con varias atracciones, tiendas y tiendas, los restaurantes de los alrededores son muy convenientes, ¡debería ser el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en este viaje! Si tienes la oportunidad de volver a Berlín, ¡tienes que elegir este hotel!

El hotel está ubicado frente a una estación de Sbahn con acceso a las líneas S3 S5 S7 y S9, que conecta con toda la red de Berlín, exelente la ubicación. El hall muy amplio ,así como el restaurante, todo limpio , acogedor y con bella decoración navideña, perfecto!. En la noche el barrio es muy silencioso, así que se duerme muy bien. La habitación muy bien , con el típico standar Novotel, amplia, limpia, luminosa . Muy bien la relacion precio calidad, en general creo que es un muy buen hotel , muy recomendable. El desayuno muy bien ,la atención muy buena, siempre había mesa disponible a diferentes horarios, Nunca se veía colapsado el desayuno como en otros hoteles. Quizá faltaría más variedad de frutas. Creo que faltan algunos detalles que uno ya se encuentra en todos los hoteles, ejemplo una botella de agua al llegar , WiFi sin cobro , y algún producto en el baño, por lo menos acondicionador . Solo habían 2 botellas un gel de ducha y un shampoo , nada más , recordaba que los Novotel solían tener mayor surtido de productos, pero son pequeños detalles, que no opacan la agradable estadía.

I was due to stay 17-19 June with my 11 month old and was unable to fly due to my son having an ear infection. I have tried to contact this hotel 4 times to enquire about rescheduling my stay, twice by email, once by phone and once on their website's contact page. I have no received any response despite being told to ”be patient” on the phone. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service given I had already paid for my stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento ”More space” al sesto piano. L'appartamento è effettivamente spazioso e comodo. All'interno c'è un tavolo con quattro sedie, un bagnetto con wc e lavabo, un altro bagno con doccia, lavabo e ripiani per gli asciugamani e altro, una cucina con piano a induzione e lavastoviglie, un letto comodissimo dotato di due piumoni singoli, una grande poltrona e un pouf. L'ambiente è molto caldo. La pulizia è buona, ma badate che le pulizie durante il soggiorno sono a pagamento. Gli asciugamani invece vengono cambiati ogni 2-3 giorni. La cucina è fornita di sale, pepe, zucchero e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. 👍🏻 La stazione della U-Bahn è raggiungibile attraversando la strada. Davvero comodissimo per spostarsi. Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi, anche se non consiglio il panificio-pasticceria sull'altro lato della strada. Il supermercato (chiuso di domenica) è praticamente attaccato. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Uniche piccole pecche il caldo eccessivo e i lavabi poco funzionali.

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

El hotel es bonito y muy bueno. Es especialmente adecuado para viajar con niños. También es una buena opción para viajes de negocios porque los pisos son muy altos y el paisaje es particularmente bueno. También está muy cerca de las atracciones, básicamente se puede llegar a pie. Continuará quedándose la próxima vez.

Booked this hotel last minute for $67 a night for a small, single room. I booked it largely due to the neighborhood which has more of a residential feel than a tourist feel. With that though know you aren't going to be walking distance to the sites but you will be within 30 minutes via public transportation (you have multiple bus stops at a train station right next to the hotel and a U Bahn station around a 10 minute walk away). Anyway the hotel is a cute, no thrills property that's small but has what you need...wifi, a bed, good shower, and a mini fridge. There is no AC which I knew about but there is also no fan in the room which was annoying. Luckily the room that I stayed in did have 2 large windows that opened. I would not stay here though during a heat wave in Berlin which I have experienced but thankfully during my recent trip the weather wasn't hot so opening a window was fine. The bed itself was okay. Not really that comfortable but not really uncomfortable either. The room is tiny and bare bones as well with limited wall outlets so you will likely have to charge things in the bathroom. Staff wasn't friendly but they weren't rude. Didn't get breakfast which looked good but I stuck with just going to local bakeries for a couple pastries and coffee which was a lot cheaper. The main reason this isn't 4 stars is due to the noise and I wasn't even facing the main street. There is a ton of noise at all hours from men who seem to be living in the pension next door (they seem to like kabobs know what I'm saying...). I'm not kidding but you will want to sleep with headphones on that you wear on flights to block out outside noise because the sound is that bad (even during the week after midnight). I still heard noise even with them on. upstairs as well throughout my stay! There's a review here who mentioned hearing running upstairs. We must have been on the same floor because I've been hearing someone running. In short would I stay here again? Maybe. I definitely would not stay here in a heat wave because to me, you need air conditioning not a fan. If it's not a heat wave, I would try to stay in the general area if I could get a good night's sleep for around the same price.
