FFreebaoMe registré temprano, a las 9:30, y me cobraron 20 euros. Las instalaciones de la habitación son antiguas, pero limpias. El lateral cerca del tren ligero no está insonorizado y el tren ligero hace ruido al golpear el suelo. Si quieres ir a la estación de tren, haz transbordo del tren ligero al metro. El tren ligero no tiene escalones y se puede llevar equipaje. Pero al hacer transbordo al metro en la estación Jotte, hay tres escalones al bajar del metro, y hay un ascensor en uno de ellos. Hay ascensores hasta la estación de tren. Marsella no es muy grande y el tren ligero está justo enfrente del hotel. Es cómodo para ir a cualquier parte. También está bien para descansar un rato después de jugar y luego salir. El desayuno es muy sencillo; es mejor comer cerca.

UUsuario invitadoUbicación: Estación de trenes para 20 dólares. El hotel no está lejos del metro, tiene que viajar a la antigua ciudad para 3 estaciones. El entorno es el edificio habitual. No hay sentido de seguridad en toda la ciudad de Marseille. Muchas tiendas alrededor están cerradas.
Hoteles: Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, limpias, el único malo es demasiado nuevo, lo que lleva al corredor, al abrigo y al sabor de metano.
Servicio: la actitud del servicio es muy buena, el restaurante del hotel y el exterior son casi preciosos

UUsuario invitadoSecond stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their control. The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep. The second thing is the area, not a pleasant place at night. Lots of
Homeless, rough sleepers and not a welcoming place. For us, simply going there to sleep and be comfortable and have a nice room it was good and we’d stay again, but it is expensive when you consider the area and noise at night vs some other better located hotels in Marseille

LLanyingyinggetianPara los turistas que vienen a Marsella en tren para visitar el muelle del Puerto Viejo, es muy conveniente quedarse aquí. Cuando salga de la estación de tren, podrá ver el familiar cartel del Holiday Inn a la derecha. Además, no hay necesidad de preocuparse por los llamados problemas de seguridad cerca de la estación. Después del atardecer, los huéspedes deben pasar sus tarjetas para ingresar por las dos puertas de vidrio del exterior. Al igual que otros hoteles Holiday Inn, este hotel ofrece todos los servicios que necesitas. Al salir del hotel, gire a la derecha y baje hasta llegar al antiguo muelle. UUsuario invitadoWe stayed in Sofitel Marseille for 3 nights in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is located right on the periphery of the old port of Marseille where all the shops and restaurants are located. It takes about a 15-minute walk to get from the hotel all the way to the centre of the old port so the hotel is fairly insulated from the hustle and bustle of the old port. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated but the interiors feel very fresh, clean and bright.
We upgraded our room to a deluxe room facing the old port at the reception and we thought it was worth it. We never tired of waking up to a view of the old port with a clear blue sky. The room itself was quite clean and spacious. There was enough room to open up two luggages and still move around comfortably. There is also a turn down service where the staff will put out the bedroom slippers and play some nice Jazz music when you come back.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night. The air conditioning control did not seem to work and it seems like the air conditioning is centrally controlled so the in-room controls did nothing. I could not sleep the first night as it was too warm and stuffy so we asked for a ventilateur (fan) the next day. That helped us to sleep better. Obviously, if you are planning to stay during the winter months then the heat at night should not be an issue.
The staff at the reception were always pleasant, warm, friendly and polite. We were upsold the room with a view when we checked in so that should say something about how friendly the staff were. It was EUR70 per night for the room with a view and it included overnight parking (EUR27 per night) so it was really only about EUR50 extra per night. The valet and the concierge were all very helpful and nice and they all speak English well enough.
If you intend to park here, do note that the roads within the hotel property can be quite narrow and the parking lots are quite narrow as well. It may be worthwhile getting the valet to help you park your car at least for the first day because driving from the car rental agencies at the Marseille train station to the hotel was stressful enough for us.
We paid around EUR300 - 350 a night but we thought it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Las comodidades eran buenas y limpias y merecían tener comentarios positivos. El hotel estaba situado al lado de un hermoso estadio y atractivo para los aficionados al fútbol.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.
However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.
While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.
