El hotel es tan considerado y ofrece a los fans, más caliente de mano/paquete de calor, ya que el tiempo se está congelando.

- el personal inglés no es bueno, todavía utilizan la traducción de teléfonos celulares
- el tiempo de respuesta en la recepción para una reemplazación de la tarjeta de clave fue lento
- puede ver que los rincones de las habitaciones y del bar no están completamente limpios y que aunque es un hotel bastante nuevo, ya se ve un poco corriendo aquí y allí
- en una de las dos habitaciones ha sido fumado antes, aunque es un piso no fumador
- el camarero en el desayuno argumentó que el agua se enfriará cuando pidé agua fría y trajo agua caliente, en lugar de traer agua fría cuando lo pidió.
- hotel no puede emitir una factura o fapiao así que tienes que ir a través de Ctrip, que es un paso adicional molesto

UUsuario invitadoWow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

KK. PaulOverall, the hotel is quite okay and offers a generally comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities meet basic expectations. Staff service is acceptable, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth.
However, one major downside is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It seems that some inconsiderate guests have been smoking despite the rules, and the odor lingers, making the room less pleasant. This significantly affects the overall experience, especially for non-smokers.
If the hotel could enforce stricter no-smoking policies and improve ventilation or deep-cleaning procedures, it would greatly enhance the stay. As it stands, it’s decent—but the smoking issue is hard to ignore.

Una de las razones que elegí para este hotel es que tienen un autobús que nos lleva al aeropuerto.Cuando se pregunta sobre la ubicación del autobús del aeropuerto, el receptor nunca nos da una respuesta clara.Sólo dicen en la puerta delantera , La habitación está muy bien, pero en realidad la parada está en la entrada del hotel no es la puerta principal.El autobús no entrará en el hotel y sólo se quedará fuera.El hotel siempre puede hacer mejor para ayudar a los visitantes.

LLives out of a suitcase.Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

UUsuario invitadoThe stay was quite nice, the people there were friendly. If you like nature then this is for you. The hotel were clean and the amenities were provided accordingly. The person who is in charge of the room ”小孙” took care of the guests very well. If you like a quiet retreat then I would say this is perfect for you. Quiet reminder, the hotel is particularly in semi-middle of no where, and there are only breakfast available and not much options for delivery. It is perfect for a quiet getaway, but not a city center kind of travel.
