UUsuario anónimoMy old parents came from Korea. We - 6 people - wanted to have a great memory during their stay in Dalian. Its location was perfect, sitting at the heart of fishermen s warf, but it was right after rain that things were humid. I should admit that for the peak time and prime location, it is a reasonable price and I blame the wet weather for some smelly environment. Should avoid wet weather. It is already right at the sea. Also, the price is as much as other 5 stars that are not in this location. There are lots of insta spots in and out of the hotel, so it is whether to put yourself at the top location with a bit reasonable price or modernized hotels like Hilton and intercontinental that are farther away and a couple of bucks more expensive.

YYemzyThe experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

No sólo nos han acomodado bien en el momento de la entrada y la salida tardía, sino que también nos han sorprendido con una torta de cumpleaños complimentaria, que fue un toque tan dulce y pensable! El personal era increíblemente amable y atento, incluso proporcionando su contacto WeChat para una comunicación fácil si necesitamos algo.
Es evidente que este hotel realmente se preocupa por el confort de sus huéspedes y las ocasiones especiales. Altamente recomendable para cualquiera que busque una estancia bienvenida y personalizada. Gracias por hacer que mi novio cumpleaños tan memorablehemos definitivamente volver!

SSeanchorSe trata de un raro hotel castillo de estilo europeo puro con una ubicación muy buena, a tiro de piedra de la plaza Xinghai. Es muy conveniente para comer y viajar, y hay autos especiales que te recogen y te bajan de la montaña. La habitación es muy grande. La habitación con vistas al mar está orientada al puente que cruza el mar y la vista es muy impactante. Las instalaciones internas son un poco antiguas, pero en general bien. El servicio es cálido y atento. El vestíbulo es magnífico e impresionante. Por la tarde también se realizan actuaciones interactivas para niños. Hay varios ascensores en el vestíbulo y es fácil perderse. La calidad del desayuno es media, salvo el alto precio, todo lo demás es satisfactorio.

UUsuario invitadoI have used this hotel several times for business and for vacations, the location is great, the facilites too.Good room sizes fast internet, with top grade staff, they make you feel like your at home , buffet breakfast is good for all tastes , Reception staff and all other levels of staff go out of their way to help , Around half the staff speak English, in the basement
there is a German style brewhouse with copper vats etc and the beer is really same as Munich, The restaurant in the basement bar has a good range of Bavarian style dishes and the resident live band plays 6 nights per week (Sundays off) Guitarist , Drummer and Singer really entertain well and play from 20:00 until 24:00 with a couple of short breaks,
There is also a pool and gym, Spa and Cafe and Chinese restauarant too, Around 200 meters away is a really nice park, take the chairlift to the tower and the toboggan back down its great fun, also stroll around , see and feel the atmosphere of the various groups that use the park for walking, dancing, singing, playing card games, also Kicking large ”shuttle cocks” etc, Nearby (5 minute walk from Hotel is a large shopping complex with many eating places and shops etc, the old tram stop is around 15 minute walk and easy to use, I have used a lot of hotels in China, This one is up there with the best of them,, Its my home from home.

GGEORGE HARRY MOORCROFTWhat a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst.
There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.
