Hoteles en Roma con balcón

Me alojé aquí durante un fin de semana en Roma por motivos de trabajo. La ubicación era muy práctica, justo enfrente de la estación Termini, y el desayuno estaba delicioso. El zumo de naranja recién exprimido estaba especialmente fresco. - La habitación era un poco pequeña, ya que la compartíamos tres personas. - El aislamiento acústico era bueno. - Se agradeció que no hubiera ningún olor a tabaco en la habitación para no fumadores. - La calefacción funcionaba de maravilla; hacía bastante calor. - El secador de pelo es un poco flojo. - Es imprescindible usar productos para el cuidado del cabello, ya que el agua dura lo daña.

El hotel no está lejos de la estación de tren. Se tarda entre 5 y 7 minutos en llegar caminando. La habitación del hotel no es pequeña. 😌 Dejé dos maletas de 28 pulgadas (no importa si las abro y las cojo). ) El personal es muy responsable y dijo que la puerta se cerrará a las 11. De hecho, todavía hay personal esperando abajo después de un tiempo, ¡lo cual es genial! Cerca hay el autobús 492 que te lleva a la Plaza de España en 5 paradas. Se tarda tres minutos en llegar andando al metro M y una parada hasta la estación de tren, donde se puede hacer transbordo a otras líneas de metro. Desventajas: La insonorización del hotel es regular y se puede oír a la gente hablando por teléfono en la puerta de al lado. El sistema de aire acondicionado del hotel está controlado colectivamente. No puedes controlarlo tú mismo. Realmente hace demasiado calor o demasiado frío. Incluso me resfrié. Además la persona de limpieza no fue muy responsable y tiró el bote de basura del baño al lavabo (en shock) Dejé mi pijama en la cama sobre la mesa.

El acceso es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero por lo demás todo bien. Está a menos de diez kilómetros de la antigua Roma y a veinte minutos en coche. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas, la cena es buena y el chico también es muy guapo.

El servicio del personal fue excelente. Siempre nos alegramos de que nuestra habitación estuviera limpia y tuviera toallas limpias todos los días. Las opciones de desayuno también eran increíbles. Dos cosas con las que no estoy 100% contento fue la ausencia de aire acondicionado en la habitación, lo cual era incómodo por la noche incluso con 2 ventanas abiertas. Vinimos la primera semana de abril y hacía calor. Además, el inicio del desayuno podría ser más temprano, como a las 6 a. m., ya que tuvimos que salir del hotel para realizar actividades alrededor de las 6 a. m. en algunos días de nuestra estadía. Pero en general todavía diría que este es un gran hotel, especialmente por su ubicación.

El baño olía fatal, pero la cama estaba relativamente limpia. El principal problema era la ubicación; es muy remota y no está nada cerca del Vaticano. Para llegar al hotel hay que subir una cuesta muy empinada, lo que hace que subir y bajar sea muy incómodo. Sería recomendable para quienes tengan coche de vacaciones, pero el coste del desplazamiento es bastante elevado si se quieren visitar atracciones turísticas.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

El bungalow estaba genial el camping tiene de todos los servicios y una piscina que si vas con niños o aunque seas adulto está genial. El único punto negativo es que en el bungalow entra muchísima luz por la mañana y no puedes descansar bien por lo demás está genial, la ubicación es un poco alejada del centro pero nosotros fuimos en bus y genial roma tiene de los mejores transportes por lo que e podido ver respecto a puntualidad también hay muy buena combinación para ir al aeropuerto en transporte público

Excelente estructura y excelente limpieza. A 15 minutos a pie del metro y autobús.
