Elegant Stay with Excellent Service I had a lovely stay at Aleph Rome Hotel. The property is beautifully designed, combining classic charm with modern luxury. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and refined. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient for exploring Rome. Overall, a great choice for a stylish and relaxing stay. I would happily return.

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

Como es un hotel premium de 5 estrellas, calificaría sus instalaciones con una nota brutal. Las comodidades no eran excelentes; la habitación tenía un tamaño decente, pero la distribución no era la adecuada; los sofás, las sillas y la distancia entre el televisor y la cama estaban desastrosos. El servicio de limpieza diario era pésimo: no cambiaban el bidé, las toallas ni las sábanas sin pedir permiso, no preparaban té ni café, etc. Necesitan mejorar muchos detalles, ya que son un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Hoteles muy limpios y bien decorados , con jardín y piscina maravilloso, el personal siempre amable y educado , restaurantes excelentes y un buen precio !! Calidad precio del hotel tal vez un poco excesivo .. pero en general todo es perfecto

Excellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

Great locations, super clean rooms and most impressed with the bathroom, they even have a pillow menu which you can choose your type and the scent! Ahmed is super friendly, helped us with restaurants recommendations and the team is also always available to help. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great view. The only thing is the WiFi connection which is not very stable and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever traveling in Rome.

I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Nobu Hotel Roma, for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Impresionado, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, especialmente la habitación que da al Coliseo. El personal del hotel es muy consciente del servicio. Cuando salen del hotel, también toman su equipaje y toman un taxi, porque el cumpleaños, el hotel prepara tortas de cumpleaños especialmente, galletas Tarjeta de bendición, envían una botella de champagne, tienen cocina para desayunar, levantarse temprano para ver el Coliseo. Reservamos este hotel porque pensamos que era el hotel número 1 para niños en Roma. Cuando llegamos, el club infantil estaba cerrado durante nuestra estancia. No había actividades para niños durante nuestra estancia. La comida es mediocre, como la de un hotel Hilton. El conserje fue excepcional, 1000% genial. Había un halcón encadenado en el área del bar al aire libre, lo cual era extraño. Aparentemente, viene a menudo al hotel. Estaba más decepcionado que otra cosa por gastar más de $800 por noche. No se puede usar el jacuzzi en la parte superior, la piscina cubierta estaba cerrada y el bar de la azotea necesita tres días de aviso. Mediocre.
