My stay here was excellent. I traveled alone as a single western woman, had a safe and pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, highly professional, the services are easy to access (cafes, restaurant, spa, pool, and gym are all top notch). The room was spacious, clean, I booked the classic executive suite with kitchen but no cooking facilities. I brought my own induction cook top and groceries, which was great. The kitchen was really big and able to accommodate big meals and small snacks. The bathroom was great, very spacious with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower stall. The best thing about the place was the customer service. I have 11 packages sent to myself from Amazon, and Yunip the concierge was gracious to hold all the packages for me until I arrived. Extra shoutout to him -- thank you! The reception service was also great, they were able to accommodate my late check out. Everything was perfect, will return again soon. Thankyou!

Good hotel in Al Ain. The pool is really worth it to go for a night swim. The food at the bar downstair is fantastic (we had a pasta), and i'd recommend you'd sit outside there in the evening. The breakfeast is also surely worth it. There's also a self-service bar downstairs with some snacks wich is always handy to have. The only downsite to our stay is that we were with 3 people, we got a upgrade to a really nice hotel room, but only 1 king size bed was inside. They gave us an extra bed (a bunk bed) but the matress was really really bad. I mean really bad, not even trying to exaggiate. But that's the only downsite. Still a 5 star review for this hotel.

El hotel es superb, hay un gran balcón, el personal de servicio del hotel está muy bien en absoluto. Para ayudarnos a llamar un taxi y correr a la carretera para ayudar a interceptar. Hay muchos tipos de desayuno muy completos, en general muy bueno, un buen servicio ambiental

El personal del hotel es muy amable y la higiene también es buena. Justo en el centro comercial, hay Carrefour y muchos restaurantes. La vida es conveniente. Si vienes de nuevo, elegirás quedarte de nuevo. El desayuno es un poco sencillo, temprano no es barato, 65 dirhams, equivalente a más de cien yuanes. La mosca en el ungüento es que si el aire acondicionado está encendido, el techo sonará debido a la expansión y contracción térmica. El diseño de vidrio del área de la ducha en el baño no es razonable y el piso de la ducha está lleno de agua.

Ok , si tienes un restaurante, una piscina y un gimnasio ... etc. te hace un hotel de 4 estrellas entonces Ok este hotel es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pero maneje tus expectativas porque la calidad es de 3 estrellas en la mejor. Las habitaciones son limpias no están bien hechos, y sentir presupuesto. El baño es grande pero no está bien hecho y tenía un olor. Lobby fuera de fecha y el uso de luces blancas frescas lo hizo sentir aún más desagradable por el precio que encontré esto inesperado .... Pero! La sala de estar está equipada con un equipo de ginásio, un equipo de ginásio y una sala de fitness.

El hotel es limpio con personal amigable pero el aislamiento del sonido de la habitación es pobre, ya que aquí puedes tener un ruido divertido de la piscina y habitaciones
