Our 1 night stay was good but the girl in reception is kinda rude, if we ask for a favor or question she will make face and looks tired while doing the favor or answering us. Also, the breakfast is good but small choices. But the rest are ally good and other staff.

Buen hotel, a pasos de la estación de tren y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la Catedral y el centro. Había leído aquí mismo malos comentarios respecto de la gente de recepción, y en mi caso, fui atendida en diferentes momentos por tres personas distintas y todas ellas fueron amables y serviciales. La habitación típica de los Ibis, muy limpia, con cama doble cómoda y almohadas blandas, baño con ducha, secador de pelo y todo lo necesario. Televisión de 40 pulgadas muy buena. Aire acondicionado, lo cual fue fundamental en días tan calurosos como 17 y 18 de julio de 2022. En el desayuno buffet hay panes varios, manteca, mermeladas, quesos, fiambres, bacon, huevos revueltos, frutas, cereales, yogur y máquina para hacer café, capuchino o la bebida que se desee en el momento. Me faltó que hubiera algo más estilo croissants y galletas pero se puede decir que no fuera correcto. Siendo socia de Accor, pagué con puntos y un mínimo saldo en efectivo al llegar, y me obsequiaron con una bebida sin cargo. Muy recomendable para estar de paso por Aachen, que fuera de la Catedral y alrededor, no tiene mucho más de interés.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a number of times and consistently the quality of my stay has been high. This time was no exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spotless and had everything I needed. The WiFi was complimentary and worked really well. The signal was strong and stable. There was one thing that I'd like to see changed though. You need to register every day, but the login process is confusing. After you've agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked on the button to get the free WiFi, another window pops up and it wants to know things from you. This is however not needed to sign up for the WiFi and seems to be purely for marketing purposes. By clicking on the right link, you can skip it. The room was not all that large, but the space was definitely adequate. There was more than enough space for my clothes and other things. The water boiler plus complimentary tea and coffee was convenient, just as the very large safety deposit box that easily fit my 15” laptop, plus other belongings. The work desk was small and especially with a regular chair, not suitable to work at for a longer period of time. The TV was small and had a limited set of channels, but that was not so relevant for me. A detail, but really useful, is that there are sufficient power outlets and at the right place. This makes it very easy to charge your devices. The bathroom was on the small side, but fully functional and the water pressure from the showerhead was more than sufficient. Only minor thing that I've noticed in the past too, is that it requires some engineering creativity to keep the showerhead in the right position. This should definitely be improved. It is annoying and unnecessary. Last, but not at all least, was the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed it. This is mostly a continental style buffet, but with an amazing amount of choices, including various types of fresh and very tasty breads, yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, juices, cereal, etc. This is a great example to other hotels how to serve a healthy, yet delicious breakfast.

I stayed with my family at B&B Aachen recently. It was recommended by a friend. The staff was amazing and very kind. They were very accommodating while we checked in, making sure our families were all staying in the same floor. The rooms were very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Parking entrance is in the back of the hotel. We made sure with the staff that our rental SUV fit the parking elevator. Location couldn’t be any better. Central, close to the main square, shops, and restaurants.

El hotel que se renova en tren tiene aspectos buenos y malos. Nos ofreció - viajamos con perro- una habitación no muy bonita en uno de los pisos aún no renovados. De manera decepcionante, el cuarto más pequeño con poco espacio, suelo de tela con tela de ropa y un baño antiguo (douche en el baño). Una casa de esta categoría debería hacerlo. La sala de fitness necesita urgentemente asesoramiento profesional - es simplemente queso. La máquina de motor no funciona en absoluto. ¿Por qué nuestra evaluación no es tan buena? Debido a las buenas vibraciones de la casa, al buen servicio y al ”campo de la boca”. El SPA tiene saunas relativamente pequeñas, pero si no hay mucho, basta con ellas. La piscina también es esteticamente agradable para el ojo. Nos encantaría sentarnos en la terraza para el parque de curtientes o beber nuestros cocktails en el bar por la noche. También hay que destacar el buffet bien ordenado al desayuno y el aparcamiento práctico en el garaje profundo. Por cierto, no se necesitan cuatro horas de caminar desde el hotel hasta el dom.
