Buena atención, todo bien, su ubicación permite poder visitar gran parte de los lugares turísticos atractivos, y por sobre todo la comodidad de que esta muy cerca a la estación del tren, ayuda bastante, muy bueno

Buen hotel, a pasos de la estación de tren y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la Catedral y el centro. Había leído aquí mismo malos comentarios respecto de la gente de recepción, y en mi caso, fui atendida en diferentes momentos por tres personas distintas y todas ellas fueron amables y serviciales. La habitación típica de los Ibis, muy limpia, con cama doble cómoda y almohadas blandas, baño con ducha, secador de pelo y todo lo necesario. Televisión de 40 pulgadas muy buena. Aire acondicionado, lo cual fue fundamental en días tan calurosos como 17 y 18 de julio de 2022. En el desayuno buffet hay panes varios, manteca, mermeladas, quesos, fiambres, bacon, huevos revueltos, frutas, cereales, yogur y máquina para hacer café, capuchino o la bebida que se desee en el momento. Me faltó que hubiera algo más estilo croissants y galletas pero se puede decir que no fuera correcto. Siendo socia de Accor, pagué con puntos y un mínimo saldo en efectivo al llegar, y me obsequiaron con una bebida sin cargo. Muy recomendable para estar de paso por Aachen, que fuera de la Catedral y alrededor, no tiene mucho más de interés.

I stayed for over a week at the Novotel in Aachen while on a business trip. The hotel is ideally situated next to a great shopping area. Parking is super easy and you need to use our card key to access the elevator. The same card key access is required to enter the lobby after hours. Seems very secure and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room as an ”executive” room on the 4th floor, was on a corner and had floor to ceiling windows. What I liked: - Very quiet room - Comfortable bed - Mini-fridge with window and free daily drinks and snacks (5 Item selection including wine and beer) - Great desk setup with memory foam chair - Good TV with external HDMI input - Real glasses in the room - Bathroom wall mounted soap dispenser + other amenities - Nespresso machine with pods and cream To improve - WiFi, even though i was on the premium plan, the signal was weak to moderate - No USB ports - Water pressure just ok - Bathroom sink has not much counter space - AirCon only goes so low (perhaps 24/25?) as other reviewers have noted TIP: If you arrive on a Sunday to Aachen, almost everything is closed, however, towns in Netherlands are as close as a 20 minute drive and most stores are open from noon on Sunday

Cerca de las principales carreteras al norte de la ciudad y a 25 minutos a pie de la colina al centro de la ciudad. Estacionamiento subterráneo era conveniente. Las habitaciones son compactas (como la mayoría de los hoteles nuevos), pero modernas, cómodas y bien equipadas. I have stayed in this hotel quite a number of times and consistently the quality of my stay has been high. This time was no exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spotless and had everything I needed. The WiFi was complimentary and worked really well. The signal was strong and stable. There was one thing that I'd like to see changed though. You need to register every day, but the login process is confusing. After you've agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked on the button to get the free WiFi, another window pops up and it wants to know things from you. This is however not needed to sign up for the WiFi and seems to be purely for marketing purposes. By clicking on the right link, you can skip it. The room was not all that large, but the space was definitely adequate. There was more than enough space for my clothes and other things. The water boiler plus complimentary tea and coffee was convenient, just as the very large safety deposit box that easily fit my 15” laptop, plus other belongings. The work desk was small and especially with a regular chair, not suitable to work at for a longer period of time. The TV was small and had a limited set of channels, but that was not so relevant for me. A detail, but really useful, is that there are sufficient power outlets and at the right place. This makes it very easy to charge your devices. The bathroom was on the small side, but fully functional and the water pressure from the showerhead was more than sufficient. Only minor thing that I've noticed in the past too, is that it requires some engineering creativity to keep the showerhead in the right position. This should definitely be improved. It is annoying and unnecessary. Last, but not at all least, was the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed it. This is mostly a continental style buffet, but with an amazing amount of choices, including various types of fresh and very tasty breads, yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, juices, cereal, etc. This is a great example to other hotels how to serve a healthy, yet delicious breakfast.

El estacionamiento cobra 32 EUR por noche, lo cual es un poco indignante. Para el desayuno, puede considerar comer en una hamburguesería a 300 metros cerca del hotel. Las camas dobles son relativamente grandes y el ambiente es tranquilo y confortable.

No hay nada malo en la estación de tren y usted está justo en la orilla del buen objeto - un antiguo restaurante alemán junto a la puerta, la Catedral un bloque o 2 alrededor del rincón. El bar no fue tan atractivo como algunos como los otros Motel Ones que he sido demasiado- un poco más de negocios. Pero he venido a amar el color y decoración de esta cadena. Siempre super tranquilo y tranquilo.

Me quedé aquí, con mis hermanos, durante 4 nights/5 días para conocer a otros 2 hermanos y familiares/amistades. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Todo lo demás dentro del hotel, incluyendo personal, alojamiento y instalaciones, fue excelente.

La cadena siempre mantiene su nivel, sin estridencias. La ubicación en este caso es excelente, pudiendo accederse a pie a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Habitación y baño básicos pero confortables y limpios. Tiene estacionamiento pago (10 euros por día) o bien utilizar los espacios en la calle frente al hotel con parkschein (se retiran en las máquins tiqueadoras en la misma cuadra). El restaurante tiene una carta reducida pero sificiente para salir del paso y a precios adecuados. No tomamos desayuno, pero es el habitual Ibis.
