We stayed here for a few nights towards the end of October. It was such a welcoming and cosy place - we loved our stay. There are spectacular views from the hotel and the rooms are homey and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the owners are wonderful and providing suggestions and advice on activities around the area. The town was quiet due to the season closing but we did try some great restaurants near by the hotel. Our hosts were so welcoming and love making the stay special for guests with lots of lovely touches throughout our stay. Definitely book in the hot spa if you get a chance - very relaxing and magical. Thank you to our lovely and welcoming hosts Dani and Linda for making such a wonderful experience for us.

Don’t waste your Money! Plenty of better hotels in the town! After traveling around Switzerland and staying in three different hotels prior to SALZANO we were shocked when a Blonde lady at reception was so unwelcoming and unfriendly when checking us in on arrival. We were shocked at how small the room was, they offered us a larger room for an extra 90CHF a night! However this room was even more dated than the first. The first night we didn’t sleep at all, the room was so hot even with a fan, it felt like a sauna. With the windows open we ended up with so many flys and bugs in the room, and woke up covered in bites. The bathroom was so old the hotel really needs updating for the prices they are charging per night! We asked if we could check our early as we really didn’t want to stay another two nights. The blonde lady just remarked with it’s their policy that you have to give 5 days notice for cancellation and that we would be charged in full if we left! That same morning we were so surprised at how basic the breakfast was! Only Egg choice is boiled and no hot food! For the price your paying I just couldn’t believe they can’t even offer eggs or a cooked breakfast! The second day we came to breakfast at 9:30am (breakfast finish’s at 10am) there was no bread or Croissants left! 30 Minutes before breakfast finish’s and they run out of food for the guest that are paying an extortionate amount of money to stay. Only positive was the spa is modern compared to the rest of the hotel. We had Dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, that’s why we couldn’t work out why the breakfast was so poor and limited! Interlaken is beautiful this was the best part of our stay and we made sure to spend little time as possible at the hotel. Would not recommend unless you are looking for the most basic hotel for a premium price! I will not be returning

Este es un hotel para vacaciones de verano y no se recomienda si el clima es frío. La ubicación del hotel es un resort, el paisaje es realmente hermoso, detrás del lago Thun, en el verano, se puede remar y nadar, es muy agradable de ver. Pero lo malo es que las instalaciones del hotel son muy generales, no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, el baño es muy pequeño, si hace frío será muy difícil venir, todavía estoy resfriado. También hay una ubicación general del hotel. Está un poco lejos de la estación de tren del este y de la estación de tren del oeste. Es apto para vehículos autónomos. Hay autobuses en la puerta, también puede tomar un bote. La recepción le dará un boleto de transporte gratuito, pero el autobús en la zona rural de Interlaken está muy ocupado. Temprano, pasadas las 7:30, no hay más, solo para pelear.

Este pequeño hotel/restaurante familiar se ha hecho para un lugar maravilloso para estancias para explorar la región de Interlaken y Jungfrau. Las vistas de los balcones y la terraza del restaurante sobre el lago Thun son hermosas, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tranquilas, y el personal es cálido y bienvenido. Desde el hotel se puede atrapar el 101 autobús (gratuito con el paso del visitante) a Interlaken, que tarda alrededor de 30 minutos. Los autobuses se ejecutan cada hora más días. De lo contrario, es a 10 minutos a pie del cable y la estación funicular.
