The location is good, in Innerstäd. However, the building is dark and old. The room was refurbished and in good condition. The room temperature is limited to 20º Celsius (external until -2ºC). I use used a thermometer to check. The water is the biggest problem. During the stay, the warm water was not good, with a lack of warm water for 2 days (including on the checkout day). The room has no refrigerator, microwave, or electric jar, which is a problem, especially for families. I booked 6 nights but didn't recommend it due to the limited facilities.

Aquí se encuentra un albergue cerca del mercado de Navidad. Aprox. Una chica de limpieza. Un servidor femenino con gafas para el desayuno Sólo dos personas fueron amables. Y el escritorio sonrió y respondió. Como asiático, cambié mi cara cuando le pregunté. No es amigable con los asiáticos. La habitación era estrecha y reservada para dos personas No estaba cómodo porque sólo había un sofá. El valor del dinero es decepcionante porque las instalaciones están obsoletas.

Hotel que engaña por fuera. El interior está muy bien adecuado y decorado, con personal muy amable en la recepción. Muy cerca del centro y cerca también de metro y tranvías. Habitaciones correctas con camas cómodas. Desayuno incluido en el precio de calidad y diverso. En nuestro caso las vistas eran interiores por lo que quizás al pedir la habitación mejor preguntar por ello. El único pero, me olvidé unos quesos en la nevera el dia de marcha y al volver más tarde, nadie sabía de ellos...

The hotel is a great base for exploring Vienna - many places are within walking distance and the u-bahn station is about a 12 minute walk away if you wnat to go further afield. We enjoyed our stay: The room was clean and comfortable with adequate storage for a few-day stay with a fancy coffee machine, fridge and carafe of water. There were a few issues with the shower, but it was lovely when it was fixed (thank you to the Fix-it Manager!). Anna said we should mention her especially :) , but all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was graet - and set us up for the day (until coffee and kuchen midafternoon, anyway!) We took adavantage of the Environment card - by hanging a card on our door handle, we could decline the room being tidied up in return for a drink at the bar. We never usually have a drink at the bar, so that was a treat! NB: In the same street (we discovered too late) is an English Theatre!

Hemos estado desde 18 al 23 de septiembre, el hotel está bien y céntrico, pero el personal de recepción de vergüenza al llegar me dieron una factura para pagar las 5 noches, yo había pagado en la agencia Viajes Agora Almería, como era sábado por la noche me dijeron que el lunes preguntarían pero nos hicieron pasar la tarjeta de credito por el minibar decia. El lunes preguntaron y estaba pagado.El desayuno genial, en especial los huevos revueltos y fritos.Gran variedad de cafés, frutas, pastelillos..,la camarera de origen filipino muy amable y simpática hacia por hablar en español.Un 10 para la cafeteria o los desayunos y su personal.Solo hablan inglés o alemán aunque ponía que hablaban español No hay ni Tv en español ni siquiera el 24 horas de Tv española todos los canales en alemán o inglés. Los españoles tambien viajamos y podemos pagar un 5 estrellas.El último día otra vez con la factura ya estaba harta tuve que hacerle fotocopias a la factura de la agencia que era 1281€ que ya estaba pagada.De vergüenza con la factura menos mal que la llevaba. El Hotel céntrico al lado del café central, palacio Horfburg, ayto Viena, catedral, parlamento, teatro Holfbur, La ópera, albertina .

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.

In May, my husband and I went to Vienna for a few days and I was looking for an unusual and modern hotel in the city center, without gilding and crystal chandeliers:) In the end, we stayed at the 25hours Hotel beim MuseumsQuartier, and it was just a perfect hit - the hotel is crazy in every sense :) Actually, it says right at the entrance that ”We are all mad here” The whole hotel consists of cool little things that are united by one theme - the circus. But why the circus? As it turned out, the concept of the hotel is connected with the most famous Viennese amusement park Prater, where one of the first circuses in Central Europe was located. The design of hotel is crazy, even the elevator is stylized as a cage for animals, not to mention the decoration of the rooms:) But it is really cool! The 25hours Hotel beim MuseumsQuartier is located right in the center of Vienna, next to the Museum Quarter, everywhere you can walk or ride a bike, we did not use public transport at all. Breakfast is excellent, it turns into a brunch on weekends because it is served until 2 pm, a minibar with refill in the price of the room, and on the 8th floor there is a Dachboden rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel where you can enjoy modern Vienna!

En el décimo aniversario de mi sobrino, quería ir a Viena y escogí el hotel en cuestión, y me alegraba mucho de ello. El hotel, aunque distante del centro de la ciudad y del aeropuerto de Viena, está muy bien conectado con estos trenes y metro puntuales y eficientes incluso durante las horas nocturnas. La estructura se encuentra en un centro comercial que ofrece todos los servicios, incluidos tiendas, bares, restaurantes y también hay una discoteca y, por lo tanto, en caso de que se divierta, puedes incluso divertirte sin ”de casa”. Además, el Danubio está muy cerca y se puede caminar en el verde de los parques que surgen junto al río. El personal del hotel habla tantas lenguas, todos son amables y preparados y las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias regularmente, a menos que usted opte por renunciar El desayuno se sirve hasta la mañana y realmente propone todo con altos estándares de calidad y cantidad. En resumen, encontré todo lo que estaba buscando y que me habían ofrecido. Tal vez, como pingüinos, he encontrado los cojines de la cama demasiado ”mojos” pero, por el resto (como ya se ha señalado), no tengo nada que quejarme.

Stayed in January. Small, old, but cosy and very well maintained hotel. Location - amazing, right next to the central attractions and walking distance to train station, which brings you to airport in 16 or 20+ minutes, depending on the train you choose. Room warm, not too big, but enough space for short stay. Bed comfortable, there is option to change your pillow on request, but for me existing one was good enough. Shower - good pressure, water hot, small bath, fluffy towels, no shampoo, shower gel and body lotion (quickly absorbing) available. Breakfast - eggs on request, small buffet, but great quality and plenty items to choose from. Sparkling wine available as well. One type of pastry, one cake. Everything very fresh. Staff polite and happy to help with demands. Overall very positive experience, would recommend this hotel.

Nos hospedamos por cinco noches junto a mi novia, y a ambos nos gustó mucho. Tiene comodidades como alquiler de bicicletas en el hotel, un patio, un lindo living con máquina para hacer té, café o chocolate las 24 h disponible y gratis. Las habitaciones son limpias y bien decoradas. La ubicación está bien pero debes tomar el transporte público para ir al centro a menos que quieras caminar 25/30 minutos (cosa que recomiendo). No fue el 4 estrellas más completo en el que me hospedé, para mi 3 estrellas le caben mejor, aún así lo recomiendo.

Ive stayed at many Ritz properties in city centers all over the world and this one is by far and away the nicest I’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of service as well as the property itself. When I arrived (on foot) I was immediately greeted by the bellman who offered to take my luggage. Check-in was pleasant and I was offered a glass of sparkling wine. As a Titanium member, I was proactively upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Premier Executuve room on the 2nd floor. I really could not tell the difference, but it was still a very nice room (more on that later). I was happy to see they my room was ready at noon and my bags were delivered to the room about five minutes after I arrived. As a Titanium member, I was also offered a property specific welcome gift that I was able to cash in for a 17€ cocktail at the bar by the lobby. The room was absolutely stunning, and was a nice mix of modern and classic. The ceilings mort have been 15 feet high! Bathroom amenities were by Dyptique. The bed was heavenly as were the pillows and bedding; I never wanted to get out of bed! I loved how all the light switches were labeled with what they controlled. The room had a mini bar, Nespresso machine, and plenty of complimentary bottles of water that were replenished twice per day. I simply cannot day enough good things about this room. One minor issue I had, there was a small leak coming from my toilet that I reported that never appeared to be addressed. It didn’t really bother me, but it did appear to get worse throughout my stay. I was able to dine at all the restaurants during my stay. The food at the steakhouse and Italian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, service was good, and drinks were delicious. Prices were fairly high, but it was a nice splurge, and I think the quality and service delivered were in line with what they were charging. I went for a night cap at DBar, and they have a great selection to choose from. I tried the roof bar, but it was about to rain so I was advised to leave as there was no covering. My rate included breakfast, and there was a good selection of hot and cold options, and I was also entitled to a dish from the menu. The buffet was very high quality, especially the pastries; one of the best pain aux raisins I’ve ever had. I did go to the pool and liked the ambiance of the spa area; I wish I could have spent more time there. I had one service issue, which was that during my stay, it was Vienna Pride. The parade passed by the hotel entrance and I guess it got so crazy that the hotel basically went on lockdown and it was nearly impossible to enter. It took me a while to finally get someone to let me in. Not sure how that could have been avoided, but that irked me a little. Great hotel, highly recommend, can’t wait to return!

Para visitar Viena la mejor opción, prácticamente no tienes que coger el metro para ir a los puntos de más interés de la ciudad, está todo a 15 minutos andando desde el hotel. Desayuno excelente, el hotel de una calidad superior. El trato de la chica de los desayunos Marlene y de recepción una chica que hablaba español que ahora no me acuerdo de su nombre, un trato de 10, súper atentos en todo momento y un trabajo de todos los que trabajan allí excepcional, ayudándonos para cualquier cosa y muy amables. Han hecho que nuestro viaje a Viena sea mucho mejor. Si vuelvo otra vez a Viena que lo haré, no dudaré en alojarnos aquí.

Hotel fabuloso. Es cierto que al trat**** de un Marriott de 5* las expectativas son altas, pero claramente las hemos alcanzado. Vestíbulo muy moderno y acogedor, recepción rápida y con todas las explicaciones. Incluso nos dijeron dónde podíamos hacer un test de antígenos gratuito, muy cerca del hotel. La habitación suficiente (eramos 4 personas) y con todos los detalles (amenities, albornoz, zapatillas), con una decoración moderna y un baño también muy moderno. La piscina no es muy grande, pero tampoco la hemos encontrado muy masificada, hemos ido 3 o 4 ratos, es más que suficiente. El desayuno genial, un 10: restaurante grande, con muy buena atención, buenas vistas, zona de buffet amplia y muy variada. En algunos momentos te tocaba hacer un poco de cola en la zona de tortillas y huevos fritos, pero la verdad es que iba rápido. También tienen un restaurante, en el vestibulo principal, en el que ofrecen tartas variadas con precios bastante razonables (entre 5 y 6€ la ración). Probé una y muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue que por una botella de agua sin gas de 0,75l nos cobraron 9€, creo que es demasiado. En el desayuno estaban esas mismas botellas en cantidad. El parking nos costó 17€ por noche (un precio bastante razonable, teniendo en cuenta la zona), aunque en booking decía que costaba 35. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos de cualquier atracción del centro. Es cierto que se podía estar más cerca (el hotel Sacher o el Imperial están más cerca, claro, pero otros del mismo nivel, como Hilton, Ritz-Carlton o Inter Continental están igual o peor situados). En definitiva, totalmente recomendable.

After reading reviews of this hotel I was really looking forward to staying here. First impression is like an old office block but it is very trendy inside, welcome was very friendly and a very good first impression. As the location of hotel is quite a walk into town we thought we’d have dinner in hotel. We certainly wished we hadn’t. The waiter was nothing other than rude. We had curry which was bland and just warm with dried out rice. We never received our side order which we asked for twice. Despite the restaurant having only approximately 3 other tables occupied we never received any service, we went to the bar twice to ask for a drink, then ask where our side was which still never came. Waiter just on phone and seemed annoyed when we asked something. When we asked for another drink again at the bar ourselves, we asked what deserts were available to a response of ‘fridge’ and pointed across to the other side of bar. We chose the driest brownie available and wish we hadn’t. When he came with the bill, he informed us twice service not included..which I informed him, we had received near to no service and that what we did receive was awful! He laughed. We paid over €70 for 2 bland chicken curries and a few beers & a brownie. He then forgot the drink we’d ordered at the bar so when I went up he then said he had no change (probably because I’d not tipped the awful service previously). How can you not have change from a €10 note? So after waiting for a minute whilst he kept looking in the same wallet I told him to keep the €5 euro change. It left a very bad impression of the hotel on our first night in Vienna after travelling from two other cities and hotels that offered impeccable service. Such a shame when the rest of the staff seemed so customer focused. However the reason I’ve given 3 stars is the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the gent who runs breakfast was very helpful. Room nice, a tad small, think it’s all designed to be trendy more than comfort, but no complaints apart from big, shower gels and soap, one completely empty and one with scraps of soap left. These should be changed when the room made up, especially when paying a premium for class of room. In all beautiful decor downstairs, on whole friendly staff, would I stay here again probably not.

Nos decidimos por este hotel, gracias las opiniones de otros viajeros y la verdad es que no nos defraudó. Por la temporada en la que fuimos, muchos hoteles estaban completos y en éste solo les quedaba una habitación que tiene el baño (privado) fuera, que consiste únicamente en cruzar el pasillo, porque se encuentra enfrente de la habitación. Dudamos un poco, pero al final nos animamos. La experiencia fue realmente buena y lo primero que nos sorprendió fue la limpieza del hotel. Después, nos percatamos que el tener el baño fuera de la habitación no había sido incómodo de ninguna manera y que incluso en la habitación teníamos albornoces para facilitar el traslado baño-habitación, aunque en el baño hay espacio suficiente para vestirse. El desayuno es una auténtica maravilla y el trato del personal es realmente bueno. El hotel está muy céntrico, a pocos minutos andando de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Muy amable y paciente. Higiene: muy buena, sin olor. Servicio: Muy atento, el inglés es muy bueno en la recepción y resuelven activamente los problemas de pedidos. Medio ambiente: Muy limpio, limpiado todos los días. Instalaciones: La habitación está totalmente equipada. El transporte también es muy conveniente. Está a 3 minutos de la estación de tren y hay un tranvía en la puerta. El paisaje fuera de la ventana es invencible.

This is truly an extraordinary, amazing hotel. The location just could not be any better, right next to the Opera House in the centre of Vienna. You can walk to most everything or there are major tram and Metro lines right outside the door. The hotel itself is classic and luxurious with old world charm, like being in a beautiful museum. And the rooms; without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel room I have ever had. It was spacious and comfortable with classic furnishings, sumptuous, exquisite bedding and delicious smelling toiletries. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Genuinely warm and helpful service from everyone we encountered. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The concierge, the restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping; no one could have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The breakfast was beyond excellent with the crowning touch being a honeycomb with fresh honey from their very own beehive on the roof of the hotel. I just can't wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and choose the Hotel Bristol when in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

Muy buena elección del hotel. maravillosa habitación familiar, muy espacioso. limpio, agradable recepción en la recepción, desayuno extenso, proximidad al mercado de la nariz y 10-15 minutos del centro.También a su deseo parking cerca del hotel. Recomendado. Comparación de calidad-costes TOP!!!

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

El servicio es bueno, todos saludarán a los invitados cuando entren y salgan. La decoración está muy orientada al diseño y es moderna con un toque retro. El desayuno es delicioso, con salmón ahumado que me gusta ~ A 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, hay estaciones de metro cercanas y también puedes tomar el metro.

This a small, quaint and a bit funky (in a good way) historic hotel. Room is comfortable. Breakfast outstanding. Staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Not luxury or modern, and that is part of its charm. Would stay here again. Restaurants and bars close by as is the Museum Quarter.

La ubicacion es buena. Todos en la recepción y el mayordomo fueron muy amables. El desayuno es muy adecuado con lechuga y hojas tiernas, porque la única verdura verde es el pepino. Cuando le expliqué que no podía desayunar porque salí temprano a la mañana siguiente, me sentí agradecido de intentar ofrecer un desayuno sencillo, pero para mí, era demasiado temprano en la mañana. Escuché que mi amigo vive en un hotel cercano. En lugar de desayunar, come fruta y almuerza, por lo que si hubiera tal servicio, sería mejor. Vivo solo, así que me alegra saber de usted en la recepción. Gracias por tu ayuda.

The location of the hotel is great, as it’s walking distance to a lot of Viennas most visited sites and also a close distance from the subway, which can take you further out from the city centre. The room was also good, although a bit small, but no real complaint, just an observation. What brings this hotel down is the breakfast. There’s nothing done right in there. The coffee is bad (which I don’t get, because they have a fancy espresso machine up front, but they get the coffee from the back?!), the scrambled eggs are bad, the juice is bad… Everything just feels cheap and without any thought. With a better breakfast, this would be a really really good hotel. A bit of a shame.

Excelente ubicación y estancia en general. Limpieza impecable. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno muy bueno tipo buffet con opción de tortilla/ huevos fuera del buffet. Una noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel pero no nos convenció, la comida nada del otro mundo , tardaron mucho en servirnos y una de las camareras dejo caer la botella de agua mineral (8,50€) y se vertió bastante. Al pagar la cena no nos habían descontado la botella ni nos ofrecieron otra pequeña para suplir lo que la camarera había derramado. No me pareció correcto. A parte de este pequeño percance , sin duda volveria a repetir mi estancia allí.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, en una zona tranquila pero hay restaurantes para cenar. La atención es personalizada, desde que llegamos en recepción nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. Al ver que mi mamá había cumplido años un día antes de nuestra llegada, le mandaron una botella de vino a la habitación con una nota de felicitación. El desayuno es muy bueno, te preparan algunos platillos a la carta y esta el buffet, con ingredientes de buena calidad. Les comentamos que al otro día ibamos a salir muy temprano y nos abrieron el restaurante antes para poder aprovechar el desayuno. La habitación es amplia y tiene todas las amenidades. Jamás dudaría en volver a este hotel o en recomendarlo si alguien va a Viena

Nos gustaba el Hilton Waterfront en general, pero por favor vea algunas cosas buenas y áreas de mejora: - Leon y Maria en la recepción principal son realmente buenos y excelentes. Hacen todo lo posible para cuidar a los huéspedes y hacer el mejor esfuerzo. Hilton Management debe darles por su excelente trabajo. - Natasha en el Salón Ejecutivo también es muy buena en su trabajo. Mira los detalles del minuto y asegura que todos los huéspedes se cuiden muy bien. Es excelente y Hilton Management por favor tome nota de su buen trabajo. - En general, Hilton Waterfront tiene un problema de agua que ya sea viene agua muy caliente o viene agua muy fría y no es fácil de reparar. - Muchas cosas como teléfono en la habitación, llaves en la zona de sauna, etc no funcionan y alguien tiene que comprobarlas regularmente para asegurarse de que todo es insalubre. En general nos gustaba.

Pasamos una noche en este hotel. Fuimos modernizados a una habitación superior en nuestra llegada. Check-in rápido, hermosa habitación grande con sofá, techos altos, camas muy cómodas, vistas increíbles desde el piso superior! ¡Apreciamos el estacionamiento subterráneo que se produce a un coste adicional (valoroso)!

Cerca de la catedral, transporte conveniente, al lado de la calle comercial, cerca de la estación de metro, que incluye desayuno y buena comida, las habitaciones no son pequeñas, muy buen hotel y un pequeño balcón francés.

Cuando reviso un hotel, lo hago en función de lo que estoy buscando en el viaje, en este viaje estaba buscando un buen hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad de Viena con desayuno. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof cumplía todos los requisitos. A 15 minutos a pie del centro de Viena con una parada de tranvía a unos 100 metros. Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes y tenían todas las comodidades que esperarías, el desayuno era variado con comida fría y caliente. La zona era agradable y segura y tenía varios bares y restaurantes cerca. En general, si no quieres pagar los altos precios en el centro, este es ideal. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo y también recomendaría el bar 1090 cercano en Bauernfeldplatz y el restaurante griego Rembetiko a 5 minutos a pie.
