I stayed here as my partner was having his 50th in the city and as a treat i booked this hotel beautiful big room. Woke the next morning to bites on my leg wash my leg and didn't think much more of them until more bites started to appear on my body! With a trip to my G.P as i couldn't sleep with the itching and hotness it was confirmed as BED BUGS! I rang hotel 3 separate times and spoke to 3 different people and was told that they would get Exterminators into the room and not 1 phone call did i get from any manager to ask me about my experience... i also emailed the hotel and sent photos and no response!!!. Its been 4weeks since I've stayed to say I'm disappointed in my experience is an understatement.

The location is superb. Close to the train/bus station and away from the bustle of city traffic. Adjacent to the peoples park in a Georgian terrace. A great place for a solo traveller. Parking was not ideal, as it is across the street and down a lane. The staff at 1 Pery are friendly and helpful. My room was the perfect size, not too big and definitely not too small. No view, but I wasn't there for the view. However, looking across at another guest room was not something I wanted so I closed the curtain on that window. The other overlooked motley flat roofs - not picturesque. The bathroom had both bath and shower, which was excellent. Less than excellent was the lack of a shaver outlet for my electric toothbrush. And the sound effects from other rooms/other guests trying (?) to lock/unlock their doors was disconcerting. However, all was quiet after midnight. I would definitely stay here again. Then there was the Spa.....now that is an experience all in itself. I would recommend this spa to anyone. It is so quiet, peaceful. The treatment I had was over 1.5 hrs. At €135 I considered it very good value. Back neck and shoulder massage with full facial. You HAVE to try this. I chose a strong massage as I can't be dealing with faffing ... and it was amazing. My facial skin felt totally renewed afterwards. Go..go...you have to try this. Wonderful staff and everything had a calm unrushed quality even though they couldn't find my booking (made by the front desk) when I arrived.

Fue casi medianoche cuando llegamos a Limerick en busca de un hotel para la noche. En booking.com conseguimos asegurar una habitación en el Savoy. Fuimos saludados por Tony al llegar. Debido a que era una noche de viernes, no esperaban una nueva reserva. Se refería al administrador nocturno, Ali, que era increíblemente gracioso y útil. Supo asignarnos un cuarto, asistido con el estacionamiento y el equipaje, nos aconseja sobre las actividades del día siguiente y incluso nos ofreció el uso del salón ejecutivo cuando se dio cuenta de que estamos bastante agotados de viajar. No hemos hecho uso del salón porque queríamos dormir, pero el gesto en sí era muy bienvenido.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La habitación estaba muy limpia y prolija, al igual que el baño, que además tenía una ducha gloriosa. Desde la ventana del cuarto había una vista muy linda que daba al río, y desde la cual se puede ver el castillo. La ubicación es excelente; en cinco minutos caminando estás en pleno centro, y son unos 15 minutos caminando hasta llegar al castillo. El personal fue muy amable. Volvería.

Nos quedamos por una noche. Teníamos vecinos muy ruidosos que escuchaban música realmente alta. Tuvo que llamar a la recepción dos veces hasta que lo lograron resolver el problema. Kinda arruinó nuestra experiencia. En general un agradable hotel, pero un poco de renovación necesitaba.

Este hotel era muy agradable. Confortable y limpio. El desayuno no era grande. No hay selección de frutas o variedad. La cena estaba bien, ya que estabamos en un grupo y era una selección de pollo, pescado o vegetariano. La ubicación es excelente en el río con un balcón salón que replica un barco de crucero. Un lindo área para sentarse y tomar una copa. Vibe moderno al hotel.

El servicio extremadamente pobre estuvo bien el 21 de abril de 2021 en este lugar. Cuando llegué al lugar no había nadie en la recepción y me dejaron de pie en la recepción durante 1 hora (9.35 p.m.-10.34 p.m.). Llamé al teléfono fijo 3 veces. Toqué el timbre de la cámara del portero 5 veces y no llegó nadie. A las 10.35 pm llegó un miembro del personal y era evidente que había estado durmiendo y dio un “perdón” a medias por el retraso. Totalmente inaceptable

Mi revisión es para el centro de ocio, la sauna no ha funcionado desde la semana pasada, tuvimos temperaturas de hasta menos 6 grados la semana pasada, así que muchas personas dependen de la sauna especialmente durante estos períodos el día que se desciende había una señal que se puso en el lugar que se La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está en el centro de la ciudad. Esto no sería un problema sólo que ocurre muy regularmente, la habitación de vapor no funcionó durante al menos 6 semanas antes de Navidad, No hay excusa para los tiempos de reparación hasta este largo, En el centro de ocio me quejé cuando la habitación de vapor se desconectó antes de Navidad y no había respuesta, los precios de la afiliación han aumentado, los niveles de servicio han bajado, soy miembro de este club durante 10 años y la manera en que se ha ejecutado últimamente es absolutamente terrible. No tengo problemas con el hotel nunca tuvo una mala experiencia, la comida y el servicio son excelentes, pero el centro de ocio realmente deja al hotel Greenhills, los miembros y también los huéspedes que se quedan en el hotel.

Había una larga cola para el inicio, bastante comprensible, ya que un grupo de contratistas estaban ingresando al mismo tiempo. La habitación de la familia que se reservaba antes de la entrada fue para tres personas. El cuarto cama estaba cubierto debajo de la cama única. Utilizamos hoteles de viaje regularmente en el Reino Unido y nunca tuve que poner mi cama y cazar hojas de la recepción y no comenzaba este día. Así que ella puso la cama aborrecidamente, aborreció las hojas para ella y luego aborreció aportar la ropa de baño porque no había nadie en la habitación. Los buenos puntos son que las camas son cómodas, hay una Tesco y una estación de gasolina por la carretera y es sólo diez minutos a pie de la carretera al Castillo Bunretty.
