Review: GOOD: Great location! Located on a quiet road, 2 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate tube station, 10 minute walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park is literally around the corner. We stayed there as we were going to Winter Wonderland and couldn’t have picked a better location for an absolute bargain price. Staff were very friendly on arrival and although we arrived to early to check in to our room, we were able to leave our luggage with them while we went for something to eat. The room was clean and the complimentary coffee & tea provided as well as toiletries in bathroom was a nice touch (given the price of the room, I certainly didn’t expect it) BAD: Our room (Room 21) was on the top floor (4th floor) which is exactly 83 steps and no lift (probably not a problem to most, but a killer if you’re unfit and have spent the day shopping with a child 😂) The bathroom is quite small with a sloped ceiling so the shower head has been fitted really low; again, not a massive issue as there is a ledge you can use to sit on, but was a problem for my partner who is over 6’ The air conditioning unit tube at the back has come apart, we stayed in middle of winter so didn’t need to use it - this may be an issue in summertime. OVERALL OPINION: Would definitely stay there again, the location and price far outweigh any of the negative points.

En primer lugar, la ubicación es excelente, cerca de Hyde Park y Kensington Park, y muy cerca de la estación de metro Lancaster Gate, también puedes caminar hasta la estación de Paddington al otro lado y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. La apariencia del hotel es hermosa y el ambiente del vestíbulo y del restaurante también son buenos. La habitación es bastante amplia y cuenta con instalaciones completas, como cafetera y hervidor de agua. Un poco viejo, la actitud de servicio es normal. Hay servicio gratuito de consigna de equipaje.

Desde el primer momento que uno llega al lobby se da cuenta que un lugar agradable a simple vista. Todos los que trabajan en él son demasiado amables desde los que trabajan en recepción, limpieza y en el buffet donde jamás te dejan tener tu taza de café vacía. El hotel está a una cuadra de Hyde Park y a dos de la estación de subte Lancaster Gate que cuando uno vuelve hacia el hotel desde ahí puede parar a algún pub que queda en la zona o cenar en algunos de los restaurantes que también se encuentran cerca. Muy satisfecho.

Ottimo piccolo hotel , strategico perché vicino alla stazione di Paddington , alla velocissima metro Elisabeth line e nelle vicinanze di Hyde Park. Gentili alla reception , abbiamo fatto un anticipato check in già alle 12, e un check out posticipato. Camera molto pulita, bagno piccolo, ma pulito , con bianchi asciugamani ed asciugacapelli. Letti comodi e camera silenziosa, con finestra sul retro. Niente colazione, ma nelle vicinanze c'e da sbizzarrirsi. Prezzo inferiore alla media di hotel di stessa categoria nelle vicinanze Da consigliare. Ritorneremo.

We stayed in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms. Lots of space for a family trip to London. The apartment was clean and the staff was a welcoming. The location was ideal for our family trip - close to the park and in walking distance to Paddington station. We would recommend it to everybody and it is definitely not our last stay here ⭐️

Really lovely place! Stayed in a similarly priced hotel in London before, but this is a great location and so clean and lovely. Molton Brown products and a nespresso machine are a lovely touch. No breakfast, but there’s a Frankie & Benny’s about two minutes down the road that have a decent breakfast (lots more food options around, too). Also, close to Paddington station and a short walk to Hyde Park. Highly recommended ♥️

En el hotel nos quedamos en un fin de semana ridículomente caliente (a 34°C) y nos alegramos de encontrar un fan en la habitación. Regresaré a Londres con mi otro hijo en el futuro no lejano y no hesitaré en volver a reservar el Lancaster Court Hotel.

This is a first-world problem, I know, but it's still a frustrating and disturbing story. Roseate House has always been our go-to hotel when visiting London. It's charming, well-appointed, and very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. We've stayed there several times and we are always happy to be there. However, our most recent stay there will be our last. We have two young sons. They are not happy when we travel without them. To help us stay connected while away for work, they insist that we take two of their stuffed animals with us -- a blue whale named ”Whaley” and a Highland calf named ”William Wallace”. Our boys have had these animals since they were babies. They are prized possessions. When we arrive at a destination, we take photos of their animals and send the photos home. We have traveled with these stuffed animals for years. I think parents of young children will understand this. We did this, as usual, when we arrived at Roseate House. We went out for a few hours on a Saturday morning. When we returned, the room was cleaned -- but the stuffed animals were nowhere to be found. Now, these are not small stuffed animals. Whaley is the size of a large pumpkin (see photo taken in our room at Roseate House). They are not things easily overlooked. We called the front desk, thinking perhaps the cleaning staff had somehow gathered up the animals in the bedding. The front desk staff, obviously baffled by such a strange story, said the cleaning staff had gone home for the day. We would have to wait until they arrived the next morning at 8 a.m., which is when we were to leave for Heathrow. At 8 a.m., as we headed for the taxi outside, the staff said no one knew anything about the animals. They promised to follow-up. We sent several follow-up emails to see if the animals were found. They had not. We then heard from the manager, Simon, who said he had interviewed the entire cleaning crew from that day and had checked the hotel's security tapes (I'll give him props for going that far). No one admitted to taking the animals and nothing was seen on the tapes. He offered to replace the animals. We declined. We explained these things didn't cost much, about $20 USD each. They were sentimental items that mean a lot to our boys. Replacing things so familiar to them would be difficult. We explained how sad this situation was -- someone obviously took them from our room and later denied it. In my many, many years of travel, I have never had anything go missing from a hotel room. This was the first time. I told Simon that if two large stuffed animals belonging to young boys are not safe in the hotel's rooms, what about our passports and other valuables? If something much bigger than a basketball can disappear from a suite, what about something as small as a passport? Our feelings about the quality of the hotel are the same -- it's lovely and charming and is everything we want in a boutique hotel in London. You won't be di
