Vinimos por dos noches, la habitación estaba bien, el baño también. El desayuno, mientras tanto, fue genial, había todo lo que necesitas, dulce, salado, máquina de bebidas calientes y varias bebidas frías. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor, hacen todo lo posible para asegurarse de que sus clientes estén lo más satisfechos posible y que no les falte nada. Recomiendo este hotel para una estancia corta en la ciudad de Blanes, en familia o con amigos (en familia, lo ideal es coger habitaciones separadas, todavía son bastante pequeñas, éramos tres primos y era lo ideal).

Escogimos este hotel porque está en primera línea de playa y quería disfrutar desde el balcón del hotel del espectáculo de fuegos artificiales. Eso sí , la habitación con vistas mar tiene suplemento. La habitación muy correcta con armario grande y muchos cajones. Muy limpio. El bufet del desayuno bastante bien, pero si se baja un poco tarde hay que estar pidiendo las cosas que faltan, que las reponen sin problema. El único inconveniente es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia mucho ruido y lo teníamos que apagar para dormir. Dispone de SPA y gimnasio, pero no lo utilizamos.

If you want 5 star luxury I’m afraid you have to pay for it. We’ve just got back from a cheap week at the hotel Esplendid and can say it does what it says on the tin. Good bits. Air con worked fine, Pool area is nice, Location is great, it’s very clean the rooms are done daily and towels swapped every day if you ask, Breakfast was ok, you can hire a hairdryer for €5 for the week & a deposit for the tv remote is required. Not so Good bits. We had a pool facing room (which you want) but there is a night club across the road so if you can ask for a pool facing room, so you can sleep. A big one this for some people this hotel doesn’t serve Alcohol at all. They don’t mind you bringing your own in which we found the be a lot cheaper €1.20 for a large cold beer from the supermarket across the road. The pool bar food wasn’t very good. Overall it is what it is a little dated and in need of a bit of TLC but we had a good time they don’t have a lot of British guests mostly French and Spanish. But that was fine and the no booze rule keeps it quite at nights. Don’t be put off if your on a budget you’re going to enjoy it . Blanes is lovely if you want a mad holiday Lloret de Mar is 5 miles away .

En general está bien pero hay zonas que necesitan reforma, escaleras (las bajé varias veces porque el ascensor suele estar ocupado) acceso a piscina, el salón-comedor (es pequeño, sin ventanas, teniendo otra sala anexa mucho más grande). A su favor, está bien situado y hay un parking enorme gratuito cerca. (el hotel tiene un parking muy pequeño de pago). Destacar también el personal de comedor, son muy amables y serviciales todos. La comida, aunque no hay gran variedad es correcta. Sobre la piscina, un poco justa cuando el hotel está tan lleno. Habitaciones bien, están reformadas e incluyen minibar y caja fuerte, aunque las camas no son muy buenas. El baño amplio y con ventana. Respecto al balcón, el nuestro era RIDICULO, apenas cabían las dos sillas. Hice la reserva con ellos directamente insistiéndoles con la terraza y plantas superiores. Nos la dieron en la 7ª planta pero un mini balcón- Además olía mucho a tabaco, solicité un cambio en dos ocasiones y ni siquiera lo intentaron. A la salida del hotel ni nos preguntaron como había sido nuestra estancia. En resumen, el hotel esta bien para unos días, pero sinceramente para mí no tiene la categoría de 4 estrellas superior.

Food was okay we got breakfast and dinner and it was okay but was horrible but was simple. Overall it was a good stay and enjoye the time staff was very helpful and also it is about 20 minute walk to train I think cannot remember. But it was a good stay. Also just to note when we were there they did have Ukrainian refugees which was nice to know as I am Ukrainian and you will find kids sitting in the lounge but are behaved
