Lovely place, lovely host, made us feel at home and welcome. Always neat and tidy. Staff were Great! We were only there for two days but could have easily spent longer...they have motor bikes and bicycles available so would have been good to do a bit more exploring. They helped us out with rides while we were in the area and even organised an excellent driver to take us back to Hanoi when we had to leave. Stones throw away from the magnificent Bich Dong Temple- an easy walk and well worth a look. The pool is great, plenty of room to relax at the end, or middle or beginning of the day... And Breakfast- Pancakes one day, Eggs the other- just great!!! Thank you very much.

Nuestro hotel incluye el desayuno pero no se sirve el desayuno en el lugar. Así que nos llevó en bicicleta a un restaurante cercano donde nos permitió ordenar un desayuno barato. Everything about this hotel is beautiful!!! Every detail, elegant and tasteful, excuding a sense of luxury and beauty - the rooms, the reception area, the restaurant the lovely garden and the pool, And, it is located in Tam Coc, in the Province of Ninh Binh, which, with all its rice fields, waterways, caves, and limestone hills is a small paradise on earth. We stayed in Sunset Valley Bungalow which has a view of the lovely surrounding countryside. The food was delicious, the restaurant cosy and there was also a spa. The staff was very helpful and , as everywhere in Vietnam, very courteous in every respect. Even though the weather was overcast and wet, we still loved our stay of 2 nights. I'm sure that when the sun is shining and the rice paddies are all yellow, a 4 nights stay would be the minimum recommended. Definitely enters my favourite hotel list

La habitación era limpia y con agua caliente, Netflix y aire acondicionado. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y nos dio buenas consejos sobre dónde viajar en la zona. Teníamos bbq y la familia era tan amable para ayudarnos con el bbq. La ubicación es ideal para viajar atravesar un barco y atrapar la cueva mua. El alquiler de bicicletas es gratis. En general, recomienda a otros que visiten este estancia para completar su experiencia en Vietnam!

La habitación era muy grande y con buenas instalaciones. La habitación está muy fría durante la noche y el AC no tiene un ambiente de calor. Te ofrecen un pequeño calor, pero no era suficiente. Sugerimos que incluyera algunos cojines más calientes durante el invierno. También hemos encontrado que el agua caliente no dura mucho, por lo que es muy difícil calentar después de un día de scooter en el viento frío. La comida era buena y las instalaciones del lugar también eran buenas - bicicletas y scooters gratis son baratos. Ofrecen servicios de lavandería y reserva de autobuses también. Hay gatos bonitos que se acostan y la zona general es agradable. El hotel está muy cerca de la Cueva de Mua y se encuentra en una ruta de scooter de todo lo demás. En general, buena alojamiento presupuestario, pero no sugiere quedarse en invierno.

I have been travelling for around 6 weeks now and this is by far the best homestay that I’ve stayed in whilst being here. The rooms are extremely spacious with A/C, the pool was lovely and the location is superb. The ladies that runs this homestay needs her own paragraph because she is phenomenal, whether it’s recommending places to go or helping with any day to day issues you may have she is always on hand to help. Our bus out of Ninh Binh was a late one but she let us keep the room all day free of charge because of how hot it was. Not only this, when we left she provided us with water and snacks to take with us. She is an absolute credit to the homestay and I cannot praise this absolute gem of a place to stay enough.

¡Nuestro primer estancia en casa no está seguro de lo que esperar, pero fue brillante! Todo encerrado en un patio lleno de árboles, flores y otras plantas. Muy relajado, tranquilo y tranquilo. This hotel is probably the second best hotel, if not the first, in the Tam Cốc Bích Động area. It is probably equivalent to a three star hotel in the US. the room I stayed in is nice but probably can use a little maintenance. The AC is not cold. It acts more like a fan. The water pressure in the shower comes and goes. Their breakfast offers beef and chicken Pho, bread, chow mein, sweet potatoes, fruits, etc. For vegans, it’s really lacking. You can pretty much have only corn, sweet potato, fruits and toast. But the front desk staffs (especially Mr. Lieu) really look after you. They proactively help you with your luggage, your transportation needs, and the recommendations on places and things to do. They are sincere helpfulness really make up for the shortcomings. For vegan travelers, there is a pretty good vegan restaurant on the main road after you walk out of the alley where the hotel is located. Ngon Vegan is located about 50 feet away after you exit the alley and turn right.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The owners of this home stay were so accommodating- we got into Tam Coc around 4am and even though our check in was not until 11am, they welcomed us in with open arms. Every morning they cooked delicious breakfast and greeted us with fresh pineapple and tea upon our return. We also used their laundry, motorbike services, and they helped us book out sleeper bus ticket to Hue- it was so convenient!! I cannot recommend this place enough, great hosts and a great location. Thank you for everything Bich and Thien, we had a fantastic visit 💗

El hospedaje está en el centro de la zona Tom Coc, no dispone de ascensor pero el edificio tiene dos plantas, la habitación tenía muy buenas vistas. La habitación estaba muy bien tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador, no hay TV, el Wifi era muy lento. En cuanto al anfitrión es muy amable, preparan desayunos y hay algunos platos de desayuno occidental, hay que hacer uso del traductor ya que no hablan muy bien el inglés.

Thuy is an excellent host, and her father’s rice wine is to die for. Very good hospitality, pool and access to the main places you want to get to! We had a lovely meal here and breakfast is good to.o. We arrived after a hard days cycling and were rewarded with a wonderful welcome and a home cooked meal. On the edge of town and that’s nice too!

Es mi primer dictamen sobre TripAdvisor y lo hago porque realmente este establecimiento y sus propietarios son excepcionales. Las habitaciones son amplias, el desayuno es muy agradable y delicioso, así como la disponibilidad y la atención de los huéspedes a un precio muy razonable. El padre le hará gustar gratis su alcohol de arroz, que es excelente (petito sabor de licor de prune). Vamos a salir de este lugar con el sonrisa y esto es muy agradable.

We spent two night here in a stunning room with spectacular views. Dzung and his wife Dep were so helpful and kind and attentive, included breakfast served on the top floor with 270 degree view of the mountains and village, free use of bikes, dinner no longer provided but the walk into the little village of Trang An in the dark with Dzung’s high powered flashlight for dinner at one of the handful of local restaurants was part of the magic and charm of this sweet little town. (Yes their most famous restaurant serves only goat, with an impressive line of vans and cars arriving on Saturday night, but I met some of these goats on a motorbike ride to the local bird sanctuary and could not bring myself to try it.) Dzung arranged the motorbike rental and offered a late check out as we were catching a late train south. Our stay at Lamia was magical. The staff were all super friendly and even helped us plan out our days in Ninh Binh to try and see everything worth seeing. During our stay we had most of our meals at the hotel as they have a wonderful menu full of delicious veggie options. If you stay you need to try the coconut cappuccino! The location of Lamia is beautiful, right in the countryside surrounded by the limestone mountains. We felt so relaxed and peaceful there. The rooms are so wonderfully made, we stayed in a deluxe bungalow with mountain view and a paddle pool. Couldn’t recommend more, our favourite stay in Vietnam. We will be back!

Sencillo pero muy bueno. Situación muy buena en Tam Coc, a 2 minutos a pie del muelle de las barcas, restaurantes y paradas autobuses. Atención enorme, insuperable, de la pareja propietaria, super amables y atentos. El último día me dejaron quedarme en la habitación sin cargo extra hasta la salida de mi autobús a las 20 h. Alquilan bicicletas (yo usé 3 días) y scooters a muy buen precio 100% recomendable

Mi familia de 4 hemos pasado 5 noches aqui.La habitación para cuatro era super. grande. Y daba al jardin en frente de la piscina .El desayuno proporciona Fruta,zumo riquisimo, café o te,y luego una gran variedad de huevo ys sea scrambled,frito,tortilla etc ,noodle..con pan...La vegetación es una pasada.Tiene unas vistas al rio preciosas.Thuong es una mujer simpática y muy agradable que te ayuda en todo.El lugar está cerca del embarcadero...no hay ruido y recomiendo este alojamiento mucho!!! Tam coc y sus alrededores tiene tanto para ver...Bai Dihn pagoda,barcas de Tran Ang,Hang Mua ,Bich dong pagoda..etc. Tiene bicis . Que puedes usar y pasear por los arrozales con unas vistas maravillosas...ha sido una estancia increible . Gracias Thuong!!!

La habitación que habíamos elegido no tenía con el aire (nuestra elección como ellos tienen habitaciones con Aircon), pero el personal muy amable nos ofreció 2 fans. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a un precio muy alto. Los barcos del río están a unos 15 minutos a pie, así que la ubicación es muy central, pero se siente lejos de todo el ruido del mundo moderno, con sólo el ruido de la naturaleza que lo hace un gran lugar para descansar.

Location location location, Hotel is really good but we were there in low season and they were undergoing work for the upcoming spring. The staff all speak fluent English and are really polite. Definitely would stay here again in warm weather season. The only real criticism is that the linen has probably seen to many visitors and was clean but very marked. Rooms have air-conditioning and heating. You can rent bikes and scooters to visit nearby Tam Coc. Lots of little local places to eat so food is no problem. You can also eat at the hotel.

Aunque parezca disparatado, llegamos Tam Coc hacia las 4 de la madrugada en el bus nocturno desde Hue (estos autobuses terminan en Ninh Binh, pero todos hacen una parada previa en Tam Coc, que es donde se bajan casi todos los pasajeros). De la estación de autobuses al hotel, hay unos 400 m que hicimos casi a oscuras por una carretera bastante segura y sin tráfico alguno a esas horas (de día es la más transitada). Cuando vimos el edificio singular del hotel entramos al patio-jardín delantero, que estaba abierto y a oscuras y nos sentamos a esperar a que hubiera señales de vida. Poco después de las 5, ya había personal trajinando por recepción, de forma que a las 5 y media teníamos la llave de nuestra habitación (con pago de un suplemento), donde pudimos dejar equipajes, asearnos y descansar un rato hasta las 7, donde acudimos a la sala de desayunos donde nos encontramos una zona amplia y bien ventilada, con un bufet muy razonable (huevos/tortillas a petición) y completo. El hotel tiene 2 edificios, el delantero (recepción y desayunos) y el de detrás, más moderno, donde está la mayoría de habitaciones nuevas y la piscina. Personal muy amable y atento. Ambos edificios con ascensor (aunque el día de salida no tuvimos luz y no funcionó). Habitación grande, espartana en muebles y con cierta humedad. Cama grande con colchón y sábanas aceptables. Minibar con agua de cortesía y ventanas al pueblo. Tv con satélite, ventilador y a.a. Baño amplio igualmente castigado con ducha (mampara vieja y agua escasa) y toallas pidiendo el cambio. Limpieza buena y wifi bien. En el mismo hotel alquilamos otro escúter (el más económico de todos: solo 5€) que nos permitió hacer más de 100 km visitando todo lo visitable: pagodas de Bai Dinh y de Bich Dong, Templo Hoa Lu, barcas de Trang An, Mua Cave y la subida hasta el mirador.... Muy bien situado en el centro del pueblo, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. En resumen, un 3 estrellas familiar con una relación calidad-precio buena. Recomendable.

La habitación (premium deluxe) era absolutamente impresionante, con una vista muy bonita, una madrastra muy cómoda y muy limpia. El desayuno era bueno y hay una bonita piscina para nadar. El bar fue muy alto, el personal no podía decirnos qué era la hora de cierre del bar y no podía ir y recoger la información cuando se le preguntó varias veces. Ellos hicieron un descuento en la habitación porque no podíamos dormir en absoluto (es como en el bar) así que les agradezco por eso porque trataron de ayudarnos, pero en el futuro espero que puedan hacer un arreglo sobre el nivel de ruido con el El nuevo bar, de otro modo, los clientes no se respetarán por lo que pagan...

La recepción, la beneficencia, la gentilidad, la ayuda, realmente todo es excelente! La familia que gestiona este pequeño hotel es realmente excelente! La habitación es amplia, las camas muy confortables, gran cuarto de baño con agua caliente, agua y café a disposición. El desayuno es variado y sabroso! Hay bicicletas a disposición y también scooters alquilados. No hay nada que reprochar, ¡recomiendo sin problemas, no se decepcionará! Gracias a ellos y a Nguyen.

This is a very idyllic, relaxing hotel that is great on value. It has a very homely vibe but at the same time the whole property is very professionally maintained and felt like a small resort. The location is far from the Ninh Binh city (which is a good thing), but a bike ride away from the Trang An Boating complex and Mua Caves. They give out free bikes and also scooters ar reasonable rate. We took a family room, which was spacious and cutely decorated. The restaurant and the nearby seating is cafe quality cool so you can just take a drink and chill all day if you want to. There's also a decent size pool and some games. The staff is very helpful and arranged all transport seamlessly to and from Hanoi. Overall a great experience and definitely highly recommended! P.S - One of our most endearing memories from this place was of a little toddler in the restaurant who went around giving everyone toffees! ❤️

Este lugar era tan especial - la vista es atractiva, puedes nadar en el agua, puedes usar la piscina del albergue vecino, y la familia que lo ejecuta es increíblemente útil. Las camas estaban muy cómodas y siempre entraron para limpiar mientras estabas fuera durante el día, así que era fresco llegar a casa a una habitación limpia. ¡Lo hacen lavarse, alquilan bicicletas y motocicletas, reservan viajes a sus próximos destinos, hacen grandes alimentos ...Hay nada que no hacen bien parece! También pusieron todo en una sola pestaña, por lo que se hizo fácil pagar todos los gastos en una sola vez antes de que me fuera. La única cosa que podía hacer fue que podía hacer un poco de ruido por la noche con los albergues vecinos que tocan música o temprano por la mañana con motos que pasan por la carretera - pero eso podría haber sido porque mi habitación estaba más cerca de la calle. La música se iba a morir a las 11 y todavía había muchas veces en las que todo lo que podía oír era las llamadas de los pájaros que echaron a través de las montañas. ¡Qué tranquilo! ¡Estoy tan agradecido de haber encontrado este lugar!

Really simple to find - central location but just off the main road so very quiet and tranquil but lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great facilities renting bikes and pedal cycles. Laundry on site. Room was clean and well kept with excellent fridge. Swimming pool was a great feature alongside it a nice seating and lounging area. The owner and staff were very attentive helping us book taxis, getting us a reasonably priced all day taxi for sightseeing and even providing us with complimentary water and fruit for our train trip to Hue when we checked out. In summary - Great location, Great rooms, laundry on site (same day service), lovely owner and staff, excellent facilities and a great price.
